Gelsons

Today, June 8,2023, a crazy, potentially dangerous woman in the store wrongly accused another woman of throwing something at the crazy woman. I said, "She didn't throw anthing at you," to which the crazy woman replied, "You're lying!" I then alerted a manager and security guard about the potentially dangerous woman, but it's as if I was speaking to deaf employees. Nothing was done. I said wait until a person is attacked or killed in the store. By then - preventitive measures will be too late.

Also, I was going to buy some spaghetti from the hot bar until I discovered that it contained shrimp. I asked an employee why there are no ingredients signs in the food bar. No reason or logic.

The following ATROCIOUS CASHIER IS STILL WORKING AT GELSON'S IN SANTA MONICA, and the store pre-packages several deli foods at high prices and weights instead of allowing customers to choose how much food they want to buy.

On January 25,2023, I went to Gelson's Market on Lincoln Blvd. In Santa Monica at approximately 6:30pm. I WAS TREATED HORRIBLY BY A MIDDLE-AGED, HISPANIC (or looks Hispanic) FEMALE CASHIER AT CASH REGISTER #3.

I WAS NEXT IN LINE, AND SIMPLY PICKED UP A TINY PIECE OF PAPER FROM THE FLOOR AND PLACED IT ON THE CASH REGISTER'S METAL COUNTER. WELL, THE HIDEOUSLY RUDE CASHIER SCREAMED AT ME, "DON'T PUT YOUR TRASH THERE!" I SCREAMED BACK, "IT ISN'T MY TRASH! I SIMPLY PICKED IT UP FROM THE FLOOR!" THE CASHIER SCREAMED BACK, "WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!" I YELLED BACK, "JESUS $#*!ING CHRIST! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!"

I moved to cash register #4 where the female cashier was nice to me. I asked for the manager, told him what happened with the SICKENINGLY RUDE, RUDE, RUDE cashier at #3, and I futilely hope that she is firmly reprimanded and fired. I SADLY KNOW THAT WON'T HAPPEN, BUT WHAT A HUGE BLOW TO THE GELSON'S MARKET BRAND AND TRADITION TO EMPLOY THE MOST VOCIFEROUSLY RUDE CASHIER WHO TREATED A CUSTOMER LIKE TRASH!

SHAME ON GELSON'S AND ITS TRULY MONSTROUS CASHIER #3 AT ABOUT 6:30PM ON JAN. 25,2023. I HOPE GELSON'S CORPORATE LOOKS ON THE WORK SCHEDULE, FINDS OUT WHO THE MIDDLE-AGED, HISPANIC FEMALE CASHIER IS, AND KICKS HER $#*! OUT!
