Complete SCAM! DO NOT BUY... yesterday I went through a payment process for a childs football playpen, i got taken through to Revolut, to do an EU payment transfer, did it successfully. The money has gone out my account and bank can't reverse it back. When i looked this morning, they had it down as cancelled and their 'customer service rep' confirmed that and said they "hadn't received payment" when they clearly have. I have lodged a fraud complaint with my bank and also reported them to the maltese cyber crimes unit where i live.
I bought an Ozone generators, from Reliable Store Online and received the unit in good order. I then ordered another 4 of the same units from GeekyViews because their price was marginally better and I have not received delivery. I have contacted them repeatedly and have zero feedback or assistance.
Bought 16 July 2020. I am very unhappy with this.
I've never received my order. An email conversation with them made me realize they don't even understand english. Asked them about my order after 2 weeks of waiting, and they gave me 2 (!?) fake tracking numbers with the message "my package has reached the US and will be in my state soon". I live in europe..

Product was not as advertised, and garbage. Customer service is the WORST! Completely ignored my request for a return/refund for a product that not only came too late, but was junk.
They have ripped me off, and I would never recommend this company to anyone!

More importantly they charge quite low prices in comparison to other online stores. My dog has become highly fond of the bed, and never leaves it alone. He is happy, so I am Happy too. I ordered something from this online store with the price of 50$ about 8 months ago. After contacting them for many times they just said it is shipped. I got a tracking number for the never delivered package but when I called the USPS about the package location, they said the tracking number is FAKE!
