When you have to make a serious investment in your home from both a personal appeal as well the investment value of the property you want it done right Hank, the tech who installed my door and opener was not only on time, but also came across as an old friend I hadn't met yet Very sharp on all the "little things" you don't think about when it comes to the workings of such an item. Made sure the door was protected from any possible damage during instalment I am very much pleased with both the product and the people who install it. Would I use their services if I needed to? Called on Friday, tech came out on Monday, examined door and opener, found no problem, treated mechanism, reasonable cost (our so, n had fixed our concern meanwhile).
We had some minor damage on bottom panel of door and it was coming off track. Tech showed up and told us we needed a whole new door($1700). We opted for repair. Then was told bottom panel had to be replaced, we opted for repair, then said they needed to replace bottom seal, old one could not be put back on door. My wife and I put old seal back on ourselves. Had them back to fix door again a few weeks later. Very rude tech showed up did repair again and then charged us $160! Never explained the problem, did not tell us we were being charged before he did work. I was shocked. Good luck and be wary of their suggested work.

Garage Door spring broke in late afternoon one day and was fixed next day and works great. Highly recommend!
Cable was broken and I was quoted 250 to fix. When repairman went to fix he found plates with bearings that were bad. He quoted me 20 dollars each plus labor so I told him to go ahead. Repair took less than an hour and I ws charged 418 dollars which I thought was unreasonably high. The repairman was prompt and professional.
When I called about a problem in the middle of a snowy winter, I was able to get someone to come out the very next day. A problem with the electric eye was identified and repaired quickly. I was very happy with the service. The only negative is that I thought the $150 service charge was a bit high. This is the same company that replaced the garage door about 5 years ago and we were extremely happy with that job. This is the first time that anything needed a repair. This company does excellent work.
I have used them multiple times for different family members for garage door issues and every time we got good service. I appreciate the prompt response to find out if they are available or not and their flexibility in scheduling. Highly recommend.
These guys came out same day to fix my garage door. It was the Friday before Christmas week and they didn't charge "emergency time" like a few other places I called were going to do for same day service. The tech who arrived was polite, quick, and efficient. Would definitely recommend!
