I needed to have rush service on my garage door. A lot of expensive tools in there and my door was hanging at an angle and half open. This was the second place I called. The first told me they MIGHT be able to get someone over by Monday afternoon. This was on a Thursday. Garage Door Service and Repair was at my house 1 hour after I called. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!

At 10:30 pm I discovered that our garage door would only open a few inches and then stop. I was very concerned, wondering how I'd get my car out to go to work the next morning. After monkeying around a bit, I managed to get the door open, drive my car outside, and park it in the driveway for the night. I then shut the door but it was back to square one... not working properly. I looked online and saw the good reviews for Garage Door Service and Repair. I called the next morning, right after they opened. The owner answered and asked me to describe the problem. I did and then inquired if they'd be able to take a look at it that day? "Take a look?" he said, "We'll not only take a look; we'll fix it for you!" That very afternoon at 3pm a nice young man came to the house and had it fixed in 45 minutes. Three springs and two hinges had to be replaced. The door works as it should again. We're very grateful for this company's service and personal touch. We would not hesitate a moment in calling them again, and without any hesitation whatsoever, highly recommend them.
