The technician arrived on time, completed the job in a brief time and did an excellent job of explaining the new features (video capability, connecting remotes) that the garage opener has. I highly recommend this company.

They came earlier than our appointment which was great. They fixed our problem of the garage door not always staying down when it was supposed to by putting in a few new parts into the opener. They also noticed that the rollers were very worn, so we had them replace them too. It has been working fine since the visit. I had a spring break. They were here in less than two hours. Everything was done and working perfectly an hour later. They put in the right springs for my door weight. It works and sounds better than it ever has.
They did a wonderful job! Very personable and helpful. Explained what probably went wrong with old opener and advantages of different types of new ones and price range. Went through all features of new opener, and showed me how the wifi feature can be super helpful and tightened up the springs! Seemed like kind real people in the business to help and not just to up sell stuff. Would definitely recommend.
Repaired broken door temporarily, and installed new door the next day. Was very upfront about options, pricing, and verifying his stock. The new door is solid, quiet, and works just as it should. The installer also replaced a wooden track hanger that had split. Job well done.

Our old garage was built in the early 1900's and still had hinged Carriage doors. Garage Door arranged for a carpenter to modify the framing to accommodate a modern door and opener. Garage Door then did a beautiful new install. With quality products well installed, everything operates smoothly and quietly and at a reasonable price. Would recommend them anytime.
