Placed a small order through Amazon. Waited over two weeks to be told it was lost in transit. Why are they on Amazon?
I ordered a bottle of Oster dog shampoo on Amazon. I did not realize it came from a different company other than Amazon. The bottle was a almost $12 and was 18oz. I received a bottle of Waggle & Wiggle that cost $5.99 and it was 16oz. I was still charged for the $12 bottle. I contacted the seller. Here is their response: "I am so sorry for the discrepancy. It looks like the listing was matched to the wrong item in our system. I opened a ticket to have our store removed from the listing. We don't sell the item on the listing unfortunately. I don't want to hassle you with returning it so please donate the item if you are unable to use it. I have issued a full refund. You will receive confirmation shortly. My deepest apologies for the inconvenience." Very nice of them but I still dont have the shampoo I ordered and can not use the cheap shampoo. I also have not received the refund yet. It has only been one day but looking at the other reviews Im not holding my breath for it! I am very disappointed and will make sure that I never buy anything from this company again.
I purchased a sink that was sent to wrong address. They said too bad. It's your fault and refused to take it back. I'm going to see an attorney.
I placed an order on ebay with this company for 4 6packs of aqueon filters in small. I only received 1 6 pack. Upon emailing and asking where was the rest of my order I was told it was a misprint. I have filed a complaint with ebay. I will tell my credit card company not to pay for what I have revieved and I will not send back the package I have received because I will have to pay postage. DONOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SHYSTER SELLER. YES THEY DO SUCK. HE SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM EBAY.
Received a case on Dec. 3rd. Asked for a return today Jan. THEY SAID No, it was not in the 30 day time frame for returns. Really, 30 business days?
