Ordered a fan from them through Amazon. One of the blades was damaged--contacted them for replacement and was told to send photo of damage, which I did the next day. Sent two follow-up emails. Was told they did not receive my emails. 20% restocking fee. I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. Terrible service.
Ordered an item, never received it. After delivery was pushed back 4 business days, after the 7-10 projected delivery, the item never came. I contacted customer service and I received an email offering a replacement or a refund I requested a replacement to be sent priority. It was little to ask seeing we've waited almost a month. I was instead given a refund and was told they "could not expedite my order at this time." Not willing to go a little further to satisfy a new customer, that's fine, there are other companies who'd like our construction company's business. Buyer beware.
I ordered an item for $116 more than a month ago and they sent an entirely different item in fact two of them. In a box 4 feet high by 3 feet wide. They asked me to take photos and I did not get the return label until April 17 four weeks after the order was placed. I asked to have the item picked up but was told I would need to be home 8 am to 8 pm. So I wrestled it into the FEDEX office. I got an email they could not refund my money because I opened an A to Z Guarantee claim. I did not. I really want to picket them and have asked Amazon to remove them as vendors.
This company is located less than an hour from my home and I still had to wait 19 days for my product to arrive. I'd have cancelled but couldn't do so until the product arrived.
I asked to return it and was told they'd only give me 30% of my money back.
I'll sell the damn thing myself, why should I only get a partial refund while they sell it to someone else at full price.
Awful customer service.
My bad! Ordered from them on Amazon and when the item wasn't there within ten days (the usual time for this kind of item via Amazon) I checked the order... two weeks to three weeks for delivery of dog food. I've written them telling them their lag time is too great and I won't use them again. Will also let Amazon know.
Thus company operates under Amazon and bare and switch customers. I ordered a cane advertised for one amount if in stock. The ad stated it was in stock. When I received the cane with invoice my account had been charged two time the amount. So I requested a return but they wanted to charged me a few so I by-passed them and went directly to Amazon customer service. There are legal laws against false advertising. These are Federal crimes. When they did this to me they picked the wrong one. I have turned this over to an attorney and will be contacting the Federal Trade commission. This will be a class action lawsuit against both Gatzie and Amazon. Add to this in the comment section if joining. I will contact you or my attorney.
This company lacks in integrity. They have terrible delivery times, and will not cancel your order even if you cancel before the item ships. Do Not deal with this company unless you want to lose money.
They want you to pay for there mess up. Amazon Seller - Gatzies - this all happen on Amazons watch.
Pay for the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee for the wrong item.
A pair of Jersey gloves for $7.00 when they sell less than a dollar! Very thin brown jersey gloves same gloves were bought at Bomgaars for $1.25. I will research reviews better, this has to be the worst rip off I have had ever!
Finally got the two boxes after 2 weeks lost a lot of time waiting and not even a call to try to compensate our loss. One email stating if we got our package and this from amazon. Dont order from the gatzies!
Order a Johnson Pocket Door mounting kit and they had shipped it to me missing the door attachment plates. I wish i would have read the reviews before I order anything from them. After contacting them 4 times, where they told me they shipped the replacement part and never receiving it. I had to reorder the expensive part from another source. I would give them zero stars if possible.
Buyer Beware - I ordered a Snow Brush on Jan 03,2018 and it was supposed to be delivered on Jan 18,2018 but it was never delivered. They gave a me new delivery date of Jan 24,2018 and it was not delivered on that date either. As of today, Jan 25,2018 they are saying that the item was lost even though Gatzies had given a tracking number from the start of this process. If I could have given less than 1 Star I would have.

I ordered a quart of Varathane stain from Gatzies. The container leaked into the shipping bag. (See picture) They want me to repackage, go to the post office and pay for shipping to return their defective shipment. Ludicrous!
Ordered 2 holesaws through Amazon. Other arrived in days (free shipping). Here we are over a week later, and even though tracking info said 15-20 May today is 20th and still not here! I had to go out and find item and buy commercially! I am demanding a full refund.
Ordered on July 10. Promised July 24, which seemed like a long time. The 24th came and went with my package in UPS not moving. Now July 28, Amazon tracking says the package was delivered at 11pm last night It's not here. I WILL NEVER MAKE A PURCHASE FROM GATZIES AGAIN. NEVER
I'm not sure why Amazon would use a company like this. Ordered Feb 1,2018 and it is Feb 19 and I still have no idea when it is coming. I read the online reviews and I guess I shouldn't be surprised but the reviews are littered with comments just like mine. Stay away from Gatzies!
Ordered from AMAZON and it took close to three weeks to receive. Once received the product was damaged. I requested the return and refund and was quickly approved. The problem is they are slow and whomever does their shipping needs to go to school for shipping 101. Inappropriate packaging for an item that is fragile and not to be bent. While I will say their customer service is OK, their shipping is not.
So here's what we have... You ship me the wrong item, (not what you advertised on your website), make no attempt to get me the right item, and now it is going to cost me money to ship the wrong item back. Pretty slick customer service.
Do not order from this company & try to return your product, you will get stuck with shipping charges when you go to send order back. I was stuck with an order of furnace filters that were the wrong size & tried to get them to exchange before shipped to no avail, when my order arrived, I went straight to the UPS store here in my city to resend, the cost of the shipping was more than the purchase price of the furnace filters.
