I ordered an item on May 12,2017 from Amazon from them with the Prime designation which indicates I should receive the item in 2 days. After 5 days there was indication that a shipping label had been created, but UPS had not received the package. After contacting Amazon, and Gatzies, they finally got the item to UPS and delivery is scheduled for May 27 - Fifteen days after I ordered it, when an promise of 2-day delivery was implied by the Prime designation. Pathetic customer service and poor justification for their incompetence. Avoid this seller, they not only fail to meet their obligations to the customer, but display a lack of concern for doing so as well.
Ordered a floor grate that was in many pieces when received. The top and bottom frame was separated and bent almost double. The movable louvers were loose out of the frame as was the opening and closing mechanism. The item was loose in a cardboard box with no packing and just raddled around in there. Terrible service. I have learned my lesson.
I cancel my order because it was taking so long to get. I dont like there way of being nasty, without coming out and writing it. Told me the order would be shipped between June 2nd and June 12 th. Then notified it will be delivered June 12 th. After my inquiry of course., it went to the 12th. Please use caution when using this company.
They suck! It's basically a scam. I order supplies for a job and paid for overnight shipping and nothing. I called Amazon to figure out why and they said they would send an email to the company. Still nothing. They don't even have a phone number to call. Don't by from Gatizes.
I ordered from Gatzies through Amazon. The shipment came, but the wrong item was sent. I contacted Amazon customer service by phone, and they sent an email to Gatzie's and told me to expect an email from them within 24 hours. A representative from Gatzies contact me through email stating that Amazon matched the sale to the wrong item and stated that, she was going to issue a full refund, and for me to keep the incorrect order sent to me. I am very happy with the outcome!
I bought a duster from Amazon and it Schratched my SiriusXM radio and I can't get it out. This will make me have to buy another one and to get it and have it put in it will cost me 1292. 50.

This company got away with selling me a dog door that does not fit the dog house. Want to charge me a 20% restocking fee on an inaccurate product and now claiming they have not received the return item. When I complaint about this Gatzies then offered me 25% refund to keep the product. PLEASE TELL me what will I do with a dog door that does not fit. What part of the game is this? Amazon blocked my review because the 'vendor' was offended by my comments. YES, THE TRUTH HURTS! Amazon has done very little to help me retain my refund on inaccurate product. Given the numerous of low scores and reviews on GATZIES, I hope Amazon take further action to prevent this company from selling anything on their site. BUYERS BE WARE OF GATZIES
It should never have taken over a week to let me know it was out of stock. Very poor customer service. And i havent yet seen my money return yet. Will not order from them again.

I placed an order on the 26th through Amazon. I paid $56 extra for two day shipping. Tracking the package with Fedex I found that the order did not ship until the 28th and I will not receive it until the 29th. That is not what I paid for.

Purchased Finish Line Fluid Action Ha Powder (60oz size) supplement TWICE through Amazon.com. First order was shipped 2 business days after order was placed and I received the order before the confirmed Amazon delivery date. So when needed again, reordered SAME exact item/size. Order was shipped a week after order was placed even though ad states "ships within 2/3 days". Will NOT order from this company again even if I pay more for the item + shipping fees!

Item was broken when delivered July 24th. Sent back item for refund. Emailed Gatzies 3 times for refund. No replies, no refund. Going to BBB. This is not right.
I ordered an item from Amazon.com through Gatzies on 6/1/17. The order was suppose to arrive between 6/12 and 6/19. The order was processed on 6/8 and I received a DHL tracking number. I contacted the seller on 6/13, because the tracking number showed that it was invalid and/or hadn't been received by the carrier. The morning of 6/14, I received an email from Gatzies customer service with a direct link that they claimed would work better than the link provided by Amazon. When I clicked that link, it showed the same thing as the Amazon link had and like it showed when I copied the tracking number and went to DHL myself. It wasn't until later that afternoon (3:30pm EST) that the tracking number showed received by DHL, which means they didn't even take it the carrier until AFTER I contacted them. Because it shipped late, my delivery window was then pushed back by two days and the item was received on 6/21.
The issue does not end there... I ordered an item that was clearly listed as a 6 pack. Did I receive a 6 pack? Nope. I received a single book cover and not the six that I ordered. Luckily, Gatzies was willing to let me keep the book cover for free and refunded my money, so that is at least positive towards them, but it was still a lot of hassle for what I received.
