I do not recommend selling your games here. It was a good place for a short while. But they changed their policies from one day to the other, making my shop not viable anymore. They decreased the number of items that you can list, and they increased the fees. Now they are extortionary. They also unlawfully deleted about 70 of my keys without warning. Their help desk not only did not do anything to sort it out, but they were rude, sarcastic and tried to gaslight me.
If you have a shop here, back up all of your items as soon as possible. Or better, take them elsewhere. Otherwise you will end up losing them. Avoid this marketplace and go somewhere else where you are less likely to be ripped off.
And if you have made the mistake of investing any money in what, and I hope I am wrong, it looks like a tulip market. I am sorry for you. And if I were you I would definitely cash out my money before it is too late.

I've been a loyal Gameflip user since 2018, completing dozens of successful transactions with high ratings.
Recently, my account was permanently suspended based on a few disputed transactions – despite the vast majority of my sales being smooth and problem-free. I even opened a ticket to remove a negative rating from a buyer who admitted he made a mistake, but instead of resolving it, my account was suspended. The problem isn't just the ban – it's the lack of communication and fairness, and the fact that sellers with 95%+ success rates can be punished for a few isolated issues (which happen in any marketplace). Meanwhile, other sellers offering the same services I did are still active – which raises serious concerns about how fairly policies are enforced. I've contacted support multiple times (Ticket #*******) and even reached out through Reddit and Twitter. I still hope Gameflip reconsiders and treats long-term sellers with transparency and balance.

And not a large one... overnight hold. This is not ok -- discrimination and harassment... they may just be trying to stretch out employee work hours but not anything were going to do here for any length of time. And I was rejected after the three invasive photos giving them exactly what they asked for -- the charge was always approved on my end, by the way.

Very buyer centric with a lot of security for all parties involved. You can get a lot of fantastic deals there with legitimate codes. If you need a digital good, Gameflip is where to go.

I bought some products from a company called care bears when they showed up on the game they gave me things I did not order and I was never given the things I did order I highly recommend don't deal with this company or gameflip. There's several other companies out there.like Odealo that I had a really good luck with very professional. I put in a grievance which didn't help. All thay said is that they were going to hold her money from the company for two days while you work it out with the vendor and then release the money to her whether you work it out or you don't so the company gameflip takes no responsibility for their vendors and you're screwed Either way you will lose your money.

Ridiculous and unserious platform that I hope will not use my personal information for illicit purposes.

I received a ban twice. They asked me to upload a photo of myself with a message for them and my identity document. I did it and they banned me.
The first time I purchased while entering the USA for work, using a US phone number and my work address, but I was banned for reasons no one knows and without the possibility of appeal. When they write you an email and you try to reply, a message arrives saying that you wrote to an address of a non-existent group.

Absolutely without seriousness.

I've been with Gameflip since 2018, At this point the app isn't worth it unless u want to pay for Xbox games that are on gamepass for free... Gameflip also added a system in which after a seller fails to send the item. They get additional time, meaning your money is stuck in limbo and once you get the chance to cancel the order you need to wait additional time for your bank refund. Overall not worth having the app unless u want verified scammers to hold your money hostage for a week. No Thanks

I was scammed for over $400 on Gameflip and they will not reimburse the money I lost…
Traded an item online, I have proof as it was all recorded, straightaway went to click delivered on my advert and the buyer had cancelled their order.
Gameflip have advised they will not reimburse the money for this scam as I didn't click delivered. How is this fair? It is a flaw in their system.

I joined gameflip in 2023, I'm from Brazil and I love shopping there the prices are very affordable, apart from the website which is wonderful, both the interface and the speed when purchasing items, deliveries are very fast, the website is perfect without any worries to do, thank you gameflip for existing.

I was confused about how to get more money with my little capital, and after I thought, "I got the idea to sell pet adopt me. I was confused about where to sell before, but my friend suggested selling on Gameflip, and it lasted up to 4 years. I have found my livelihood here

I mostly had good experiences when buying (except 1 time when I got scammed), but as a seller this is a really difficult platform where to sell games. There aren't enough buyers on the platform and it's really difficult to sell, even if you have the cheapest prices on the market, even 60% off for a new released game, but no one will buy for days/weeks/months. The only time someone can buy your game is when you basically set a price really low (almost free), then you have a guaranteed sale.I think the platform should do more to attract buyers and promote new games listings.

I've been using Gameflip for the greater part of 3 years and haven't had any issues with my purchases. It's a marketplace with resellers selling keys and it's the best way to get the most for your buck. I'm a gamer that wants a good deal/price for games/gift cards and Gameflip definitely does that for me.

The few times that I've had issues with a purchase in the past, 4 out of 5 times I'm able to work with the seller and get a refund without issue. The few times where the seller is unresponsive, I'm able to escalate up and Gameflip has sided with me to refund the purchase. Most issues are due to keys being advertised as of being from another region or they were already claimed by someone else. I take a screenshot of the issue and send it up and it's been quickly resolved.

Users are verified before they can sell/buy, so it adds additional checks to reduce fraud/bad actors. Gameflip also offers free promotional credits or drawings/sweepstakes to win money for use on the website.

Overall, it's a great website, they really do a great job managing the marketplace to the best of their ability (it's a balance between privacy vs. control). I've saved a ton of money using the site and will continue to do so. 5/5!

I've been using Gameflip since 2021, and each year, it gets better. The excitement never fades away when it comes to this website. It's so convenient in many different ways. Gameflip is like the biggest thrift store for all the gamers out there who love great deals! Whether you're buying or selling, it's a reliable platform that consistently delivers.

I simply don't buy a new game until I check Gameflip first. I've been using the site for years and will continue to do so. I mostly buy Xbox games and Meta Quest games, but that's not all they have! I've bought lots of gift cards for Roblox, Doordash, Walmart and more. They also have Fortnite items and Vbucks. It's not just for games. I have only had two negative purchases; with a particular seller canceling my order so he could sell at a higher price. I just don't buy from that marketplace seller anymore. I prioritize instant delivery items, but if those aren't available it's never taken more than 2 days to receive my purchase. The majority of them I have received within a couple hours.
