I got scammed by a seller on Gameflip, Gameflip doesnt care

I bought an in game item on Roblox and got scammed for 100$. Once I bought the item the seller said they delivered the item when in reality they didn't. They somehow came up with some fake proof to send to Gameflip and Gameflip accepted it. I have used Gameflip for almost 3 years now with little problems and never really had to use the Gameflip Gaurentee System, however this was one of my first times having to use it. When buying pets through Roblox this is how it works:

This is what they sent me. First of all this wouldn't even make sense for what proof I could send, they were asking to see my Robux when I didn't buy any. Something tells me they don't actually know what people are buying and selling on their marketplace. They need to hire someone who actually plays the games on Roblox or understands them to re do their entire system. I sent a video of me in the game I purchased the item from and searched for the pet I bought in my inventory. I'm not too sure if they wanted me to search my Roblox inventory, or the inventory in the game I bought the item from. I assumed it was supposed to be in the game I bought the item from as showing them my Roblox inventory makes no sense. However whatever I needed to do wasn't good enough for Gameflip. If I did it correctly, and they just thought the proof the seller provided was enough someone could make an account and change their name to the username the seller was supposed to deliver to, and deliver the item on a copy of the game to an alternate account. Its also possible to do lots of things with photoshop. Anyways, I complied with Gameflip and did what they said. After almost THREE WHOLE WEEKS they finally replied and cleared it. My profile is very trusted with many positive reviews, over 10,000 dollars worth of purchases and I'm Gameflip verified. After 2 years of using Gameflip this is the first time I got scammed. Now that I know its possible to get scammed its defiently good to know. One thing I would recommend is to only buy from VERY trusted sellers. Especially if its a very large purchase. If I new getting scammed on Gameflip I never would of bought a Rainbow Rattle on adopt me for 2400$ because the seller was mostly new. I got lucky however and the seller was legit. BE CAREFULL BUYING AND SELLING ON GAMEFLIP! THERE ARE WAYS AROUND THE GAMEFLIP GAURENTEE SYSTEM!

I tried making a ticket, however I'm being ignored.

After almost 3 years of using Gameflip I'm quite disappointed this was the outcome. I'm not really mad about the money, but the fact that Its possible to get scammed. I thought it was a safe marketplace, turns out not so much.

Still waiting on $300 refund, customer support not helpful.(Banned)

The first two orders were fine buying digital goods through gameflip(IjjI inc), it was just a one-time checkout process through PayPal for the exact amount of the item if you use them. The Sellers left positive marks about the transactions. I am paypal verified no history of negative activity. A few weeks later I decided I wanted to try to purchase a gift card from the marketplace. As I was going through trying to buy the item. Gameflip was forcing me to only add funds to my account in increments of $100 max. They seemed to disable my paypal one-time checkout process for just the exact amount for an item without warning or email. If you send emails to support, they won't address the issue at all. I have copies of the support conversation. I did the increments 3 times which is dumb to be honest, this flagged my bank transactions for fraud which honestly upset me. I was still $100 increment short for item I wanted. So, when I go to do this last increment, Gameflip freezes this last transaction for review which caused me to the miss the item I wanted because it was sold on the marketplace. This upset me even more and requested a refund period and not dealing with this platform period. Since they seem to disable your paypal on your account and try to force you to do some dubious/dishonest add funds only process in increments to avoid paypal protection or banking protection mechanisms. Any Normal sound business just like ebay has a simple checkout process with paypal or a regular credit card transaction for just the item price amount. Not some mechanism to force you to do increment amounts of funding. Their customer support is atrocious, they won't address any issues you bring up, or even point you to any terms, because they know they are not exactly transparent about anything, very vague. They just bury everything across the site. They don't give you exact amounts about anything or supposed limits. They don't tell you why paypal is not showing up during your checkout process. Their customer support in my case will only offer to permanently ban your account in exchange for a refund. Even if you decide to cancel any transactions within in a hour or same day, your only option most likely is to take a permanent suspension from their marketplace. They banned my account and still now have my $300 for ransom. Refunds are a normal part of any business process within reason. I did no charge back to try to work with these guys in order for them to offer any explanations about the paypal issue. But once again their customer service is just horrible in my opinion. They avoid properly addressing any of your concerns for an amicable fair solution for both parties. When their only main response is to just to offer to ban you in exchange for a refund, in essence they are saying they don't give a hoot about you as a customer nor want you as a long-term patron for their business. Do they even have a customer service manager? I did not use any of the funds or take anything from them, just asked for normal refund requests the same day after their customer service was not helpful. If they were actually helpful, I would have let this issue pass with no refund request and this situation could have had a positive outcome. Word of advice Just be cautious and diligent when dealing with this site.
