SCAM SCAM SCAM

Same story as everyone else! Bought a chandelier March 2024, no indication it was on back order. Called 10 days later - THEN I was told it is on back order with new ETA. I have called 5 more times when the new ETA comes & goes. I cancelled the order 1/22/25. It is now March 2025 - ONE YEAR later. They have had my money for over a year and I have no chandelier & no refund.

Stay away people! Stay away, this is a scam and fraud and needs to be reported to the attorney general office. They take people's money and offer promises in return. It's all a lie. I am suing this company and planning to get it on the news soon. I'm contacting the news company's and contacting investigative journalists to get someone involved to stop this criminals ones and for all.

Sent out damaged items

Both chandeliers were terribly damaged prior to being sent (the shipping boxes were NOT damaged). They offered me half off after I sent photos, and suggested that 'I bend' the metal back into place. Seriously?! The lights are crooked and practically hanging. I don't want this mess. I finally had to file a fraud claim with my credit card. Alex is a horrible customer service rep.

I purchased (4) large 3 tier chandeliers and (9) single tier ones. The orders were very delayed and manufactured with many errors and dents. I had to rewire most of them to add the correct length (10ft) of wire to match the length of chain supplied. Most lights were missing an important nut (added in photo) to support the chain to the base which they shipped later when I proved that they were missing. The 3 support rods between tiers were not evenly spaced and caused the tiers to hang crooked. They sent me adapters to relocate the rods.
The lights are relatively inexpensive but the the long waits to get the proper parts and time to repair them myself were not worth the savings

Ordered a $800 chandelier just to receive an ugly spray painted chandelier nothing like the pictures on website. Then such a hassle to return & get our money back even had to pay $130.00 to return out of my pocket because they want it returned with Insurance if not you're responsible for any damages so on top of paying to ship back you have to pay for insurance & the signature upon arrival not worth it at all total SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

F rating with the Better Business Bureau. You will receive a piece of junk, made of the poorest grade metal, manufactured lopsided/warped that even the glass does will not fit on the light, candles are welded crooked. This is only the beginning to your nightmare. You contact them and get a extremely well rehearsed "slick" run around, for weeks. Finally you have to contact Better Business Bureau and they then blatantly lie and tell BBB the fixtures were purchased over 2 years ago, so its not under warrantied. You then have to take your time and upload your receipts proving they are lying. They then reply that you have to eat another $400.00+ and pay return shipping, are you kidding me? What respectful company would ever do that? They are scammers and liars. PLEASE google their name (they also run under Spectrum Home Furnishings, you will find they are 1 star and pulling the same scam on others. Better Business Bureau has them rated as "F". Please save yourself misery and shop ELSEWHERE. Lamps plus has very similar chandeliers and also Amazon, companies who will stand behind their product and customers. Would also like to make you aware my licensed electrician inspected the wiring and was shocked, actually said it was a fire hazard due to the wiring and not to mention missing a ground wire. Im sure China has different standards and regulations, but beware could burn your house down. Spend a little more money and get quality and more important safety, it has truly been a nightmare and still have not received a dime of my $2000. 00 back. I will also contact the attorney general, someone needs to stop these con artists.

The worst company to purchase from. Ordered my chandelier on 4/25/2022. Gallery ship time on the order was 3-7days. I never received a shipping email so i called several times. I have spoken with several customer service representatives keep telling me they are trying to locate my order, I have asked Gallery to cancel my order due to non-communication and bad service. Now they are playing the phone game. Ohh, let us track your order and we will call you back or email you. No call back or email sent for 3days. They are seriously the worst company to deal with. I am still waiting for a full refund to be sent to me from Gallery. I would suggest purchasing your Chandelier from Amazon.com with tracking and any issues Amazon will definitely respond. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM GALLERY HOME LIGHTING.

Horrible Customer Service

Bought 4 barn wheel Chandaliers. None are round, they are oval and some are bent up and down. One item was the wrong Chandalier sent. I ordered in plenty advance before installation bc of Covid and time taking to ship. They sent me a bronze and not black and the Down rods are solid vs in segments like pictured. Even after pictures they lied and said I received the correct item, even with proof. They refuse to send me correct fixture. Now I have to have the hassle of disputing with cc. Horrible quality and horrible customer service. Will not fix their mistakes! Do NOT BUY. Don't be fooled by the cheaper price!

I order the light in September 2nd, 2021. They never send any tracking number, I try to email them, and they said the light at port but they did not know when it will arrived. They said the wait might be couple months. I still waited, but They never send any. I call in to cancel and want my refund back on January 4th, 2022. They said will process my $2014. 62 for me, but they never did. I called again in Febuary 2022, They said sorry and say they will processed but Until today, March 15,2022, I did not received any thing. I called again and toll them if they did not process the refund, I call call the general Attorney at their state. Then they finally put me with the manager, She said I should received by friday, March 18th, 2022.

I ordered two lights one chandelier from them. I have an excuse that the back order will take 4 months. I will find out in a few days what resolution I can hope. If I lose my money will tell the world about the lack of professionalism of this company and advise the BBB and all other I can find.

Fraud website

Ordered a chandelier in November; paid $1800. I was told it was on back order until February. Now I'm told it's still not in stock. They offered a refund and I agreed. It's been 2 weeks and I still don't have my refund. They keep saying I'll get it in 24-48 hours but they don't issue it.

This place is a nightmare
I ordered a chandelier and they sent the wrong item but buyer beware because they make it IMPOSSIBLE to return it! You pay for return shipping (even though THEY messed up) and you also must pay for it to be insured
The customer service is horrible and rude because they don't want to help, they are the absolute worst! I ended up paying over $800 dollars for something that I didn't order and won't work in my home

I ordered 2 chandeliers without doing my due diligence. I called week later to check status and was told the items are in back order. Calls were picked up by same 2 people with Phillipino accent. Were Rude so I cancelled. It's been 2 months since cancellation and they havent refunded the money.

Thieves! Save your money!

I order four chandeliers from this thief four months ago. They never informed me that the items were on back order, until I emailed them two months later. There was no resolution or proper response. The only communication has been one-sided, with me constantly sending emails. These people are thieves! At this point, it has been FOUR months and I am out of $500 for chandeliers that NEVER arrived. No refund has been issued, either and no communication of when the chandeliers will possibly arrive. According to them in the beginning, they were supposed to have come by September. It is now November 28. Save your money and take your business elsewhere.

These people are charlatans and will take your money and lie to you and perpetuate lie after lie when you call regarding your order- mine arrived damaged.
Purchasing anything from this company is tantamount to opening the window and throwing away your money. Looking into filing fraudulent charges against this company.

I ordered a chandelier from this company - about $500.
They sent the wrong thing - I returned with their shipping label and have confirmation of the return from UPS. The company refuses to talk to me, address the issue, issue a refund, or replacement product.
Essentially they stole my money.

Horrible horrible customer service.
Filing a BBB complaint, and will go to small claims court next.

They sell Chandeliers and they still can't get it right... 1) After purchasing I never received a confirmation. I had to call to get one and they emailed one that made no mention of their company name. 2) I received the first box for my chandelier and it was Votives. The next day I received the chandelier with instructions to hang the crystals, BUT there were no crystals in the box?. 3) I called and they advised the crystals are sent in a third box because they are fragile. (I'm in NY Neighbor to the NJ Warehouse). One Week later, I called and they never shipped the crystals after my last call?! 4) I was a bit irritated that it was now 1 month from my order date for an item that was in stock. 5) A week later I received a package and it was not my crystals... It was another box of votives!? The electrician was installing the chandelier without them so I called them infuriated. After holding 25 Minutes, they said they would speak to a manager on Friday (It was late Thursday) and approve shipping the crystals to me overnight. 6) Friday I called and they confirmed the crystals will be overnighted to me and I would get a tracking # later via email. 7) Friday, Saturday and Sunday came and went with no tracking#... 8) I received a notification from FEDEX Monday morning that a package was shipped GROUND SERVICE?!
I usually don't criticize companies on reviews, but this was a complete atrocity and nothing gets me angrier than when a company manager agrees to expedite a shipment in a good faith effort for having to chase an order for a month and fails to even do that!? Who wouldn't get angry? The Service department was very negative as well. It was as if they had to deal with upset customers with every call. This company needs serious help. They need to get order confirmations fixed so customers get them, they need to post specs of the Chandeliers they sell. That's all they sell so it needs to be right and they need to treat their customers like they are valued and not outsiders they need to tolerate. They need to monitor orders to ensure all is on track for customers. This was as bad as I have ever seen so I had to write this review. I do hope this company get's it together. It is a shame with such a history.

I ordered a chandelier which was shipped quickly. When I opened it, the chandelier had extra pieces, wrong pieces, and the crystals were all different shapes and it had a completely different item number and name. I contacted the company by email. They told me that it was the same, just not to use the extra pieces. Then I told them about the crystal bead chains were wrong and didn't connect to the chandelier the way they should. Again, they told me " it's the same for sure " and that they would send extra pieces and asked how many did I need. At this point I was still willing to try. Then I discovered that all of the crystals pieces were different shape that what I had ordered. I had continually asked for an exchange, but they continued to refuse. I asked for a refund and they said I could keep the chandelier for a discount. Its beyond rediculous since they sent the wrong chandelier! I told them I want to return it for a full refund, but they told me I have to pay for shipping! They sent the wrong chandelier and I am being penalized. I dont understand why they cant just acknowledge they sent the wrong item and send the correct one. Is it really that hard?

I purchased 4 different Chandeliers and I paid almost $ 2400 that is advertised on the website. No delivery and no update. When I asked for update They told me, the product is not in stock, instead I can purchase something else or I have to wait. Please do not trust them and do not be fooled by their false advertisements. I agreed to stay on their waiting list, but after consulting with my bank, I disbursed the payment. And now I am waiting to get my money back and I decided to inform wherever possible and do whatever is needed so that profiteers like this company do not play with people.
