I purchased a product that is advertised on the website. No delivery and no update. When I asked for update I was told the product is not in stock, instead I can purchase something else. Finally cancelled my order, now there is no refund.
This company charged my CC for a chandelier I purchased in November. It is now April. No product. No tracking number. I keep asking for a refund. That does not come! Do not use them. Do not buy from them.
I'm convinced there is no real product or businesses here. They lied about when they would send out the 2 chandeliers. They lied about when they would send out tracking. They lied about refunding my credit card. They tried to send me money (don't fall for this method) instead of a refund back to my credit card. They called it a refund so they lied about that too. I had to contact my credit card to file a dispute. It took 32 days to finally get a refund. Now I am getting spammed by a similar chandeliers company when I am on the web which, I believe to be the same "vendor."
