My Gadget Guard screen protector has been a wonderful investment. I have a nice phone case and I take good care of my phone but inevitably over time my phone gets dropped and the screen protector cracks. But my phone itself has never cracked and I'm able to contact Gadget Guard for a replacement and I only have to pay for shipping! Thank you, Gadget Guard for your great product and your wonderful warranty!
Not only does this product not keep it's promises, but the glue damages other areas of your phone. Minor issues are Constant Fingerprints, just shocking and touch sensitivity issues. I wanted my money back $50 and because I bought it at US Cellular, I can only get another liquid Guard, like I really want to do that. There is also a tendency to rip the face off your iPhone. I am sorry it was ever put on and I never had a chance to say otherwise.
I've now spent $80 in 10 months purchasing and replacing *free* screen protectors. The $10 shipping and handling is ridiculous.
My keys scratch the glass screen and then even the littlest of pressure will make the glass crack and I have to get a replacement. They last about 2 months then I have to get a new one. I will leave it on as long as I can b4 changing because of still having to pay shipping every time. They dont make any other cases that I can use for this phone that have stronger screen protectors. I have to say at least it is easy to get a replacement sent out. That I would give 5 starts for.
Not on GadetGuard"s part, my order looked like it was sitting in North Platte, Nebraska for a week. I'm thinking if expedited shipping was paid for USPS owes GadgetGuard some money :)

Had a uag protector since purchase, I think this is 4 or 5 replacements. Got this protection Aug 10.2018 10$ each the round edge is the problem.
You sent me my screen protector in good time, and it does work, but it is probably a centimeter or so smaller than the last one you sent me. I am going with it for now because I am due for a new phone soon and I am also going on vacation in the next few days, so I won't be around for a replacement that is the correct size as my previous protectors.
I received my order in a reasonable amount of time, however, I paid $50.00 at the store to protect my screen and it cracked shortly after that. I paid $10.00 for a lifetime guarantee product only to receive it damage. It was replaced at no cost. Customer Service was good but the product itself is expensive and doesn't have the quality of a screen protection that I would expect for the price I have paid.
I have not received it. I have spoken to USPS, UPS and Fed Ex, no one has seen it thus far. Please advise on what to do next. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
AT&T made it sound like there was free replacement if I got this thing... so I got it. It cracked within a couple days... BUT, the real kicker is I have to pay $10-15 each time (for "shipping")! I'm now on my 3rd screen... and even the new one has a "mark/flaw" on it. I probably won't ever purchase one of these again...
Honestly I'm not happy; this is the second time I've ordered this item; we bought our cell phones in June this year. This product is a bit cheap; the day after I put it on it got a scratch, it's not that good :(

I've had this screen protector twice b4 and never had an issue. This screen does not stick properly to my phone and bubbles pop up from out of nowhere. I'm not happy with this purchase. And I really like this screen protector.
I need tempered glass shield for my iPhone 6.
I took the product you sent me to Verizon store and they said it would not do what a tempered glass shield will do.
This is my 5th replacement. I have tried everything to keep it from coming off. I have even taken it to Verizon and they put it on. At $5.99 for shipping I have paid approximately $30.00 in shipping costs plus the original cost. Need something to protect my phone. If enlarge the photo you can see its coming off.
Install video did not match the layers of the packaged screen protector. Install failed and screen protector 'chipped' near camera opening. Ordered a replacement - for another $10 shipping. Maybe a second try will be better. Also, the registration process seemed detached from sales. I ordered the product directly from Gadget Guard. They asked for a copy of the sales receipt, what type of phone, etc. All this info should have been readily available. Frustrating.

Cheap product, lasted 6 weeks before it started peeling off. ATT installed it with 0 bubbles underneath and it still peeled off on top left corner and then spread. If it wasn't for the warranty, I would have went with a far superior product which I'll do after this one starts to peel.
I ordered one for my tablet, the one sent is not the right one. Different then what i ordered. Im waiting to hear back right now
After waiting for my screen protector to finally show up, it was received damaged. I am hoping they will replace it without the ridiculous shipping cost.

Apparently I was registered for the wrong size screen protector. I did not realize this until I put it on and it did not fit. Thankfully they are sending me the right one, but when I asked if I would be charged the shipping and handling again, they said this ONE time they wouldn't and made it sound like they were doing me a favor. An overpriced product that broke too soon? And that I still had to pay to replace? Please don't pride yourself on customer service.

I recieved my new screen protector within a few days of placing the order, as expected and the process was quick and easy. By the next day there was a slight crack across the screen and the top right corner is smashed up just from being in my jeans pocket. I already can't even take selfies cause of the cracks. I'll need to order another replacement and pay another $8 shipping fee and I haven't even had it a week!

I got the item and went and had professionals put it on and cure it. It was 3 days later that my phone slipped out of my hand and smashed everything including the LED. I need my phone because I am a counselor and do telehealth. What they don't tell you is you have to wait to get your phone fixed and somehow before that get another phone to take a pic of the broken screen. I did not have another phone for that My screen and led was 320$ that will not be covered.

Bought through AT&T (they installed it) when I got my new phone. After paying $40 for this thing, it cracked within a month! Sure, they have a warranty... but you have to pay $10 EACH time for "shipping" to get a replacement! The last screen protector I had I paid $10 for and it lasted the 3 years that I had my phone! My phone was in perfect condition! I am not happy with this product and will never buy one again.
Cover doesn't stay attached after a short time it comes off and is not reusable
