Super easy to use and the rep walked me through everything. Everything was delivered as promised, right down to the time my passport would arrive. I would not use any other service!
Customer Service answered all my questions with concise information and helped me navigate the form. I had questions regarding my name change which happened after the passport was issued and inserted into the back of passport. I wanted to ensure that my married name would appear in the front.
I needed my passport renewed quickly as we planned a last minute trip to Italy. There are many services out there but g3 was recommended to me by a friend. From the moment that I filled out my application everything went very smoothly. A representative called within the hour and explained the rest of the process and what I would need to do. I mailed everything in and received my new passport back 7 days later. G3 also keep me informed with updates during the process. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend!
I used them to renew my passport. Truly great service. Not only were the instructions on the website very clear, an agent walked me through the process on the phone to make certain everything was done correctly on my side. I used their least expensive expediter service ($99), sent them my materials on Saturday, and had my new passport in hand on Friday. Emails along the way kept me informed of the progress throughout the process.
