They start friendly, with a great app, then, they cancel doctor phone call, you can't reschedule, and request nothing but test after test on your penny. Charged my account for consult, and meds(that I never received), and then start the process over. STAY AWAY!
Don't use this company. They get you to buy a 39.00 menu plan and then they bill your card 288.00 for the year. It is non refundable and the menus can be found in any magazine. They are crooked and misleading. I will never recommend this company. Bait and switchers!
I am deeply disappointed with my experience with G-Plans. Despite paying $395 for a 4-month subscription and an additional $229 for semaglutide, I have faced a series of issues and delays.
Initially, I was met with unprofessionalism when the doctor assigned to me was not licensed in my state, causing significant delays in my treatment. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation, I received casual responses and no real solutions.
Furthermore, I was instructed to repeat unnecessary blood work, adding to the confusion and frustration. The promised delivery of my semaglutide has been consistently delayed, and I have been left in the dark regarding the status of my order.
This lack of professionalism, disregard for customer concerns, and numerous errors have severely shaken my trust in G-Plans. I urge you to rectify these issues promptly, provide accurate information, and uphold the standards of service your customers deserve.
I expect a swift resolution to these matters.
I signed up online for a $38 single fee service level. Within a day, I was charged in additional $250 for subscription based services and related products I did not register for. I am currently disputing those charges through my credit card company as well as attempting to resolve with G plan via email as no one has picked up any of the telephone calls I have made nor returned the voicemails calls. At this point we are I have received an email saying I did register for subscription services and supplement products that I did not sign up for.
On the screen where it requires you to schedule a call with a doctor, it won't let you. If you try to chat with support, it says your email address doesn't work. I sensed immediately that something was wrong and called my credit card company to refuse the charges and get a new card.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrible. Charged me over $200 I didn't make that selection. Took forever to get customer service to answer back and they blamed me. Never got a refund. They are theafs find a different plan.
So I was looking into the options that they had, and was taken to a payment page before all the terms and conditions have been read and before making a decision if this was the plan for me. I saw that there was a discounted offer and when I hit back, it would not take me back and for some reason I was subscribed to the plan. Now, the subscription cannot be reimbursed so it forces you to use their product. Their customer service is only a mr Larry Philips who stated that he had called me multiple times and really he tried calling me once during lunchtime on a weekday where everyone is busy working. So I attempted to call several times, and these scam artists do not even pick up their phones. It's always a voicemail that you have to leave and 9/10 the phone line is busy. Run away from this company! And run fast!
I am a victim of this company I signed up for 39 promo and I was charged immediately an extra $150 for an upgrade that I did not sign up for. I then immediately canceled the subscription and made multiple attempts by email and phone call to get a hold of a supervisor. I explained the situation to them they said it was my mistake on my end even though I never agreed to upgrade or to any additional charges oh, they denied refunding me and made up some BS about their company policy and no refund. This company makes false advertisement and they charge your credit card even though you did not agree to payment Please be aware and contact the Better Business Bureau and do not give up on getting your money back I am now dealing with them at this current moment they are literally theft. Shame on them for being an unethical business and stealing from people.
I cancele subscription within 5 fraud of purchase. I kept getting daily emails which I responded to saying I want this canceled. Then I started calling, over 15 times but never spoke to anyone. I honestly don't believe it's a real company!
I paid my initial fee and then I had made an appointment to get my Rx and had to pay for the Rx. However after a less than 5 minute conversation with the Dr, she said I don't qualify. I tried to get my money back and they said I can't. I can't get the prescription yet I have to pay for it. They are refusing to reimburse me the $229 for the Rx as well as the $297 for the 3 month program which is unless since I can't get the Rx
I attempted to purchase one month for $20. Within one hour I was charged $290. I was not able to receive direct support help. When I called was not able to reach a person but only to leave a message that was never returned.
This company is a scam! They have a ridiculous customer service helpline, and the emailing is a joke! I never received meds, nor did I get a "Physician" phone call. Plus, they charged me another $229 after they stated it was canceled. I am currently disputing the charges with my bank!
In my opinion this is a scam and rip-off. They charged my credit card $288.01 for services and subscriptions I did not ask for. They refuse to issue a refund and refuse to allow me to speak with someone of authority who could address my issue. I have filed a complaint with both the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company. They are preying on people who are trying to improve their health. This Dr. Goglia, if he really exists, should be ashamed of himself.
This plan didn't really work out for me, it's less intuitive than some of the other apps out there and didn't really deliver much for results. What was really terrible about it was the customer service. I was on the pro plan so they make you call if you want to cancel, and after the first couple weeks I was already wary and definitely by the end of the month when they re-billed me I wanted out. I tried repeatedly to cancel, and either it was not the correct office hours or the phone would ring and ring and ring and ring and no one would answer. I left a voicemail, and then called again the next day and they finally picked up. They were no refunds as well as was promised when I signed up for the plan. I think the person in customer service may have been trying to help me but I had his hands tied by the way this system is set up. Through and through this was a frustrating experience.
I stupidly signed up for this plan. The following day I cancelled because I finally was informed how much the medicine in. Guess what, NO REFUND. I called the credit card to block the company. If there was an option for zero stars I would choose that.
Very polite customer service that wastes your time. You place an order with a 30 day guarantee. They can't find your order nor your email, though you have the number in your email that they sent you. You call and they promise to escalate and personally get back to you. They don't. The subscription you sign up for to get a discount is unalterable because there's no place to sign in. So they've got your credit card and charge you month after month with no way to cancel other than canceling your credit card. Complete fraud. Lean is just choline and some other non-proprietary stuff that you can get otc for much less. Don't fall for this scam.
Hard to get a hold of customer service, hard to cancel a program and the platform will not modify fully for specialty foods. The company charged me $127.99 and I learned quickly that I wasn't able to use their platform for my specific health conditions.
It took me a long time to finally reach someone (multiple days /emails /messages) and I asked for a refund. Apparently their policy says no full refunds but when signing up, you don't have access to the policy.
The person Said "I can go outside of our policy and offer you a refund for $78" only. Ofcourse that is another tactic to feel like you are being validated.
They utilize sleazy marketing tactics that aren't authentic or transparent. Don't waste your money!
Saw their ad on IG, advertised one price but after your card gets charged your bill is $288. Apparently, the bundle they supposedly discounted you have to pay for upfront for a year, if you upgrade you can not get a refund despite their ad stating refund if you are not fully satisfied no questions asked, couldn't use the app, customer service is horrible... tried to offer me free cookbooks when I wanted to cancel... highly upset. False advertising scam. I reported them to the BBB, and currently disputing the charges on my credit card.
I thought I signed up for a $39 program but was charged a total of $288. I had no idea that was what I was being charged. You did not have an option to confirm you order. I immediately got in touch after receiving a receipt via email within minutes. I was given a runaround story and repetitive comments via many emails. I was told my subscription would be canceled but I still had to pay $288. I am in the process of filing with the BBB and FTC and am going to dispute with my credit card. Their customer service is horrible but I can tell that is what they are trained to do. I would be interested to find out if any of the many, many customers who are in this same position got an actual refund from this company.
I have sent them countless emails on how they charged me for the annual plan without my consent and they ignore me completely or send a response that does not address the issue. I have told them and sent screenshots of their website glitching when I was on it and other people reporting the same issue. This website me me feel unsafe for them having access to my card information and suggest people steer clear to avoid the same issues. It has been the worst experience of my life with a business and regret ever coming across them. This site scammed me. I wish I could give it a negative stars.
Answer: Agreed! Very POOR customer service. Nice but dumb. I haven't gotten to the refund stage yet... will let you know how that goes...
Answer: I'm going to file in small claims just for the principle.
Answer: That's exactly the same problem I found. Their response was the packaged meals meet diabetic guidelines. But, that means you have to spend more money to buy their packaged meals. More money? What a concept. It's deceptive from the beginning. I can't believe nobody's sued them. There should be a class action suit against them. This is the first time I personally have run into a company that has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. They have been rejected by the Better Business Bureau. You've got to be pretty bad to get to that point.
