Wasted almost $700 and they refused to refund anything! DO NOT sign anything w G Plans unless you just want to throw money away. They are running a SCAM!
I saw the advertisement and it looked promising, however when if you sign up for the annual plan, they DO NOT REIMBURSE YOU. They ALSO charged me for supplements that I DID NOT CONSENT TO BUY, totaling around $300... I called customer support to cancel and receive a refund, but they would NOT refund anything. They said their money-back guarantee is only for the shorter month-by-month plan and that they couldn't do anything about any of it. They took my money, and even though the supplements were unopened and untouched and I didn't sign up for them, they would not refund anything. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING and VERY DISHONEST. DO NOT BUY if you're looking for your money back.
This business is very cagey. I saw charges on my credit card that I did not recognize. Nothing in the charge that referred to G-Plans. They charged me two different charges over the past two days. I contacted my credit card company to dispute these charges and stop all future payments. One was for a fitness plan and the other was for meals. Only when you open the box you see the it was sent by G-Plans. I actually had to cancel my credit card in order to stop all payments to this fraudulent business. I also continue to receive e-mails from Cici, supposedly my instructor commenting I haven't opened the app as yet. I continue to send e-mails back, now up to 25, telling them I canceled the account within eight hours after I was sent an invoice for $120 more than I approved. I signed up for the supposedly $29.00 plan but was charged over $120.00! Forget the lies that they tell you during the video. I have also sent two comments to the BBB, letting them know of the fraud. This is unbelievable. It's like the circle of hell. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR LIES!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL DECEIVE YOU. Dishonest company with shady practices. They charged me a total of $526. $229 for meds and $287 for doc fees. I canceled same day because the virtual doc appt I had they kept me holding literally for 50min for the doc to join the call. Whole holding I used my daughters phone to call the company directly and explained to them that I am still holding for the doc and he said to me that I missed my appt. I said it's impossible because I'm still holding for the doc on my phone. So being that they lied about me missing my appt I told him to cancel the entire subscription. He assured me all was canceled. I see on my credit card they only refunded me $229 for the meds and half of the $287:and then charged my card for $14 food subscription that I never ordered. They still owe me and I am going to call bank to reverse these charges.
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING WITH THEM. THEY ARE DEFINITELY SCAMMERS.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - they scammed me out of my money for things I opted out of, and they keep insisting that I purchased. I initially thought I was purchasing a plan that was $39 and then I realized they had charged my bank account $288 for stuff I opted out of! Inmediately reached out and they took a week to get back to me via email just to tell me that it was non-refundable! Total scam and fraudulent! Do not fall for this scam!
THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM SAYS 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE UNLESS YOU BUY THE YEAR AND THEY YOU SCREWED... TRY TO GO IN AND LOOK AT THE TYPES OF MEALS THE PREPARED MEALS OFFER AND THEY CHARGE YOU AND THEN YOU ARE STUCK. YOU CANT PREVIEW BEFORE YOU ORDER. I DIDNT EVEN REALIZE I WAS ORDERING I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO BE LOOKING AT THE OPTIONS NEXT THING I KNOW I HAVE 100 CHARGE ON MY CC. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AS USELESS AS $#*!. THEY TOTALLY SUCK AND ARE BEYOND USELESS... DOOOOO NOOOOOTTTTTTT BUYYYYYYY OR EVEN LOOK AT THIS SCAM OF A SITE.
Contact number can't get anyone to answer. Didn't get medication or doctor visit disputing charge with my card! Poor customer service. Scam
Lost 20 pounds in three weeks but there was a hefty price I paid. Got sick. I regret it. Please talk to your doctor before starting any diet.
I specified in the beginning questionnaire that I was a diabetic, but nothing in the initial meal plans was compatible with a diabetic diet. The only way that you could get access to a diabetic meal plan was to purchase time with a counselor at $50 a pop, excuse me 49, I don't wanna be in accurate. When I questioned them on it, I was told the plan that I purchased was nonrefundable, and I was also told that there was a meal plan that was prepackaged that was compatible with the diabetic diet. This, of course meant that I had to buy all of my food from them, and not purchase and cook my own foods. In other words, I had to buy their processed food. No thanks everything with them was more money. More money more money. This is not a diet plan, it's a scam. Shame on them for trying to scam. The people who need the help the most. Don't buy from them. The fact that they have a 1.1 rating should tell you something. On their site they only post five point ratings, and I know that they have less than five point ratings because I wrote several. They only show the positive and they never show an evenhanded report of what people say. Anyone who only shows five point ratings and never shows any of the negative should be questioned from the beginning. Don't do business with these people. Somewhere in the beginning, they may have had a good idea, but they're only in it for the money now in my opinion. I'm going to try and find a lawyer that is willing to take them on. I will also report them to the Better Business Bureau.
I was very skeptical. Who has ever heard of a metabolic type? Not me. My only complaint would be the "free meal box". While the first one is free, in the fine print it shows that if you accept that free box, you are automatically signing up for recurring delivery of the boxes, as well as a recurring payment to be deducted for them. I found out the hard way and was not happy. Before I had a chance to even start the plan I wanted to cancel. I was livid. I called to cancel and reached someone immediately. He canceled the meal boxes immediately no questions asked. He then offered a crazy low monthly price for my meal plan (which is reflecting on my bank statements)
I have learned that on the weeks I am not able to stick to the plan very well (life gets a little busy sometimes) those are the weeks I see no improvement on my weight loss, and sometimes even gain. I can't explain it, but eating 5-7 times per day, the foods that are laid out in my plan, it really does work! I am down 10 pounds already and I just started this about a month and a half ago!
Before G-Plans, I was eating healthy, going to the gym at least 4 times a week, drinking water. Everything that I know to do. Yeah I was getting stronger, but I was not losing fat or weight. In about a month and a half of eating more and sticking to the plan, I am at 10 lbs down and counting.
I see a lot of negative reviews but I am experiencing quite the opposite and I would highly recommend this plan to anyone looking to lose weight, or just eat healthier according to your metabolic type in general. I honestly don't feel deprived of anything. There are so many foods that I eat that are "forbidden" on other meal plans. Bottom line, if you read the fine print you dont get surprised by a charge, and if you stick to the plan, you will see results pretty quickly.
I ordered month deal 39.99 they charged and signed me up for annual subscription 190.oo + 97.oo for pills. VERY RUDE AND WILL NOT DO REDUND OR RETURN
SCAM!
I only signed up for the medicine, which it turns out I'm not eligible for and they only refunded about half of $400 or so I had to pay
Once you sign up, there's NO WAY to cancel. It's all based off AI and you cannot get out of it. You'll need to cancel your credit card in order to get anywhere. SO FRUSTRATING
I have no way to reach them! Dont join! I did trial and was charged immediately instead of after certain amount of time
Damnit i wish i read these reviews before making the mistake of trying this. Yep $200 later after false advertising for $39. Should of known better.
This sunny Sunday morning I thought I'd go on goal d and order me some Wegovy. Well it's not that simple. They take you to a quiz. Then a page where you have to pick from 2 choices either the whole 12 months I think or 6 months can't remember which but it's like almost $600 for the medication or a reasonable sounding $129 for Wegovy or Ozempic for a month to reach my goal weight of 140 in 15 months! Hmmmm. Doesn't sound too bad! I sign right up and enter my debit card number. Then I'm taken to a page that says I then have to schedule an online appt for 20 min with one of their doctors to get a prescription, and after I scheduled one (one wasn't available until October 18th), I saw on the bottom that the medication would be $229 after I thought I'd paid $129 already! The previous page had said the medication was only going to be $129 a month, so that was false advertising right there! Then after I was done with the transaction, (I did not submit the $229. Just the 129), my bank fraud dept called me to see if I authorized the purchase of $129 and I said yes and so I checked my bank account and g plans only, knock on wood, debited my bank account, so far, for $1. I guess for use of their site?! But now that I went ahead and like a dummy authorized that transaction, I look for G plans to take out that $129 in the next few days and then God knows what else. Ugh. The crap these scammers put people through!
ITS A SCAM! Do not even enter Your crédit card number: even without confirming, they Will charge several $$$! And they just tell you they cannot refund and its too bad.
DO NOT BUY!
Sam, scam, de scam.scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scammers
Answer: Agreed! Very POOR customer service. Nice but dumb. I haven't gotten to the refund stage yet... will let you know how that goes...
Answer: I'm going to file in small claims just for the principle.
Answer: That's exactly the same problem I found. Their response was the packaged meals meet diabetic guidelines. But, that means you have to spend more money to buy their packaged meals. More money? What a concept. It's deceptive from the beginning. I can't believe nobody's sued them. There should be a class action suit against them. This is the first time I personally have run into a company that has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. They have been rejected by the Better Business Bureau. You've got to be pretty bad to get to that point.
