I signed up for 6-mth pd in advance + medication charge of 229 ea time. SINCE SEPT-30 I have recv'd 1 dose.they con't with nonsense msgs but NEVER DO ANYTHING TO FIX THE ISSUE. So I'm out 770$ NOW THEY STATE THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS!
To start, the company does business by misleading people. They promote a semaglutide injection and get you to pay a $129 fee just to get access to their network of doctors that can prescribe the injection. I never scheduled an appointment but when I called to get a refund they said because I missed the appointment the money cannot be refunded. I told them that if I had known about the appointment I would've canceled but they said "I" made the appointment when I created the account. That was a complete lie. I never created an account because the minute the payment went through I realized that what I had signed up for was not what I had expected.
Their customer service is horrible and quite honestly frustrating. Do yourself a favor use plush care app, it's $19.00 deductible and get use insurance. Medicine is covered through my.
Completely unable to reach them for a resolution. Their website seems to be designed to take your money and then never allow you to receive any benefit or service from them. Their website is a trail of dead ends. There is no telephone number to reach them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TEM.
It's a total scam! I opted to pay off the meal plan for $99, and then they want to charge $10 for the "free" five meals. I was supposed to make a zoom doctor's appointment but the first available was on Christmas at 6:15 in the morning! Ridiculous! They wanted to charge for the medication and the doctor's appointment all at once but I told them that I am not paying in advance. On the morning of the appointment I would've happily paid, and when they write the prescription, I pay for the medication when I pick up the prescription. Do not pay for anything like that in advance! Trying to get the refund for the $99 plus the shipping. I will call my bank to let them know it's a fraudulent charge. Do not trust this company! They hung up on me twice when I called to ask them questions about why they were trying to charge me for everything upfront.
I was charged nearly $600. My promised doctor's appointment was never held. My money was never refunded. In fact, I was charged again for a ridiculously infantile diet program.
DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS. IT IS A RIPOFF.
They tell you it's $297 but what they don't tell you is there is an additional charge of over $1200 for the medical doctor and support system. That's fraud. Don't do it. You will never be able to speak with them. It's impossible to get them in the phone. Run!
I wish I had read reviews before trying this. The company is a nightmare. SCAM! They take your money and then you can't get any real answers about charges or canceling. I had to get my credit card company involved to dispute the charges.
I signed up a day ago. My bank flagged the charge so I had to call and say that I did authorize the charge. I have been trying to cancel for more than 48 hrs now. I've sent multiple messages and called. I am put on hold every time but when it gets to 20 minutes. The call disconnects. This is awful. There are other reputable companies out there. I should have done more research. I will be canceling through my bank.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. CANNED TXT MESSAGE RESPONSES. NO FOLLOW THRUE.YOU CAN TXT EMAIL OR CALL STILL THE SAME POOR SERVICE...I AM GOING TO PUT A MESSAGE ON INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK SINCE THEY DOO NOT ANSWER OR RESPOND. PRETTY SAD SINCE THE DR. WAS ACTUALLY VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH WITH HER ASSESSMENT...
I never received my medication and they took the money out of my bank. Couldn't get a refund. The pharmacy tried contacting the doctor and no answer. I think they must be fake. I'm out $229 plus $375 to join. I can't afford that kind of rip off I'm not leaving proof of purchase it has my information on it.
My bank put original charge under dispute. G-Plan was unable to reprocess when I called. It required call, e-mailing link for me to reprocess but it was only part of payment, and then a manager to reprocess. The doctor did not show for first scheduled appoint bcse of this billing issue and there was no cancellation e-mail. I had to contact them to find out why. Rescheduled and the doctor didn't show for second interview and again no cancellation notice. They also double billed me for the g-plan directly against my credit card which is on file. After 2 no-shows, about 8-10 contacts, and over billing directly to credit card, I am cancelling. Save yourself time and headache - avoid this company.
From the get-go, this has been a huge mess. The first month, they "forgot" to submit the order for my medicine, so it was weeks late. I've tried to contact customer service over and over and have so many issues, but nobody will contact me back. They keep charging my card $76 PER WEEK for food boxes I've already told them I don't want, but there's "no way to cancel them", so they "have to" charge me the fee and then reverse it, so I always have $76 in return limbo with my bank now. I'm now into my second month and still have not received the second box of medicine yet. I'm trying to contact customer support again and nobody will answer my calls or email me back. It's been a nightmare. Don't try this service, it's horrible.
Customer service - there really isn't any
Website ease -awful, robotic, nonintuitive
Food. Inedible!
Meds never arrived after multiple calls
This is a scam - they will refund partial $$$$
DONT BE LURED INTO THIS. THE GOVT NEEDS TO SHUT THEM DOWN
You cannot get customer service or actually speak to anyone. My credit card initially flagged it as a fraud charge (it is smarter than I am). Could not get any assistance or get the app to work.
DON'T be fooled! I ordered bases on the add that indicates that customers will have a virtual visit with a physician who can prescribe the GLP-1. Paying up front for something I NEVER RECEIVED, it's ludicrous and quite honestly I believe it to be a scam leading people to order the meal plans. I've reached out to customer service, left a voicemail with no response in 5 days, I've emailed with what I believe to be a bot demanding a refund and still no luck pr a human.
This sunny Sunday morning I thought I'd go on goal d and order me some Wegovy. Well it's not that simple. They take you to a quiz. Then a page where you have to pick from 2 choices either the whole 12 months I think or 6 months can't remember which but it's like almost $600 for the medication or a reasonable sounding $129 for Wegovy or Ozempic for a month to reach my goal weight of 140 in 15 months! Hmmmm. Doesn't sound too bad! I sign right up and enter my debit card number. Then I'm taken to a page that says I then have to schedule an online appt for 20 min with one of their doctors to get a prescription, and after I scheduled one (one wasn't available until October 18th), I saw on the bottom that the medication would be $229 after I thought I'd paid $129 already! The previous page had said the medication was only going to be $129 a month, so that was false advertising right there! Then after I was done with the transaction, (I did not submit the $229. Just the 129), my bank fraud dept called me to see if I authorized the purchase of $129 and I said yes and so I checked my bank account and g plans only, knock on wood, debited my bank account, so far, for $1. I guess for use of their site?! But now that I went ahead and like a dummy authorized that transaction, I look for G plans to take out that $129 in the next few days and then God knows what else. Ugh. The crap these scammers put people through!
I am deeply disappointed with my experience with G-Plans. Despite paying $395 for a 4-month subscription and an additional $229 for semaglutide, I have faced a series of issues and delays.
Initially, I was met with unprofessionalism when the doctor assigned to me was not licensed in my state, causing significant delays in my treatment. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation, I received casual responses and no real solutions.
Furthermore, I was instructed to repeat unnecessary blood work, adding to the confusion and frustration. The promised delivery of my semaglutide has been consistently delayed, and I have been left in the dark regarding the status of my order.
This lack of professionalism, disregard for customer concerns, and numerous errors have severely shaken my trust in G-Plans. I urge you to rectify these issues promptly, provide accurate information, and uphold the standards of service your customers deserve.
I expect a swift resolution to these matters.
I signed up, had my consultation with the Dr., was approved. They told me I would receive my meds within 5-7 business days. Two weeks later, I contacted G-Plan to find out where my meds were. After several phone calls to get someone, I was told that they were refunding me because they couldn't get me the meds. No other explanation...AND...I still was charged over $120 for the Dr consult that was not refunded even though G-Plan blamed the Dr. for not being able to get me the meds. Total BS all around. I wish I would have read all these reviews before ordering G-Plan...DON'T BOTHER!
I live in VA. G-plans let me sign up, pay almost $1000 for my membership in full + first month prescription; allowed me to schedule a doctor's appointment in order to get the prescription. It took 2 weeks to get on the calendar. Called in for the appointment and got ghosted, which lead me to call customer support. It was at that point, they let me know there are no providers in VA and therefore no one would be calling in for the appointment and I would not be able to receive the prescription. Wasted my time and made money of the interest of my money sitting in their bank accounts before fully refunding me.
Also, if you try their meal plan trial BEWARE: it also auto-renews (very unclear notice on this) for $65/mo PLUS $10.99 for shipping and it costs $60 to cancel it! This company is such a scam.
Signed up for g plans two weeks ago for the charge of 129. After signing up they continuously charged me for things not mentioned on the purchasing page! Meal prep and some nasty protein powder I don't want and never asked for. Nor did I ever willingly order! Extra charges totaled 300! Not including the 129 fee! They only offer partial refunds even though you never authorized the other charges. They make you send the things you never ordered in the first place back to them and on top of that charge you a restocking fee for wanting to return them for the money they stole! Lol. They are f*cking thieves and it's a big scam! Don't do it. Customer service is incompetent and will gaslight you too! Don't bother!
Answer: Agreed! Very POOR customer service. Nice but dumb. I haven't gotten to the refund stage yet... will let you know how that goes...
Answer: I'm going to file in small claims just for the principle.
Answer: That's exactly the same problem I found. Their response was the packaged meals meet diabetic guidelines. But, that means you have to spend more money to buy their packaged meals. More money? What a concept. It's deceptive from the beginning. I can't believe nobody's sued them. There should be a class action suit against them. This is the first time I personally have run into a company that has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. They have been rejected by the Better Business Bureau. You've got to be pretty bad to get to that point.
