Personally I found the app very helpful, I eat a lot of different new things I was not used to and I am slowly but steadily losing weight, at the speed they predicted - no idea how they do it, but it works! Yes, it's pricey and yes, sometimes the whole thing looks doggy, and their customer service is non-existent, but I decided to take a leap of faith and it was worth it! I have been on tons of diets in my life, this is so far my favourite!
The doctor's appointment and medication is fine but I'm paying extra for a meal plan and app that doesn't work. They trick you into trying their free meals, but then you pay $65.00 for delivery of the "free" meals and then you are committed to buying five more boxes of five for $75.00. On the phone they will tell you that they will cancel it but then they just keep on coming. The "chat" button on their website/app doesn't work as I've tried six times and never once received a response. Stay away - their are other plans. Do your research better than I did mine or I would have found all the complaints. Instead I only found the positive ones that I think they must pay to advertise on those sites.
It's a total scam! I opted to pay off the meal plan for $99, and then they want to charge $10 for the "free" five meals. I was supposed to make a zoom doctor's appointment but the first available was on Christmas at 6:15 in the morning! Ridiculous! They wanted to charge for the medication and the doctor's appointment all at once but I told them that I am not paying in advance. On the morning of the appointment I would've happily paid, and when they write the prescription, I pay for the medication when I pick up the prescription. Do not pay for anything like that in advance! Trying to get the refund for the $99 plus the shipping. I will call my bank to let them know it's a fraudulent charge. Do not trust this company! They hung up on me twice when I called to ask them questions about why they were trying to charge me for everything upfront.

Save yourself. This scam is an endless loop or "I'm sorry that happened, let me reschedule you in 2 weeks" which is always the next billing cycle. You never speak with a doctor, you never get the medication, no one ever answers.

Free trials are only for NON-discounted plans. Hence, most everybody that went through the link where it gave a discount can't get a refund.
Also, didn't show the fine print for additional charges on that page. A statement saying check everything else in Terms and Conditions without a link is pathetic.
And actually, I did read it. There is nothing about additional charges that others have mentioned.

Gave it a try, not my thing. Tried to cancel it, but it seems difficult. The cancel option in the app is not working, they want me to call them, which is ridiculous. The chat is useless, it's just some robot giving automated answers. Now I'm trying to cancel via email, they keep sending new offers even though I think I've made it clear that I just want to cancel the damn thing.
This company is only out to steal money. Being a victim myself and reading the stories of others, the practices of this company is illegal. No one will go after them because they have more serious cyber crimes to deal with. Unfortunately we the consumers are left to fend for ourselves to battle these scammers. This is by far the most unethical company I've ever come across. I signed up for their services on Instagram and chose to "upgrade" which was advertised as a additional $20 fee. There was no disclosure of any additional costs. I then am charged $288! I reached out to the company within 10 minutes of purchase requesting a refund for ALL services as what they charged me wasn't what what I agreed to. They refused. It's complete bait and switch tactics which amount to fraud. This is now a legal issue.
I came across this website answered the questions filled out the information and next thing you know it took my money without a final review, I asked to cancel they said before we do why you wish to cancel? I explained why and then they say "I apologize, we are unable to cancel orders for meals once they have been placed since they are processed and forwarded to Sunbasket." This is BS. I asked for this cancellation immediately after they took my money. Don't do it the customer service sucks and they're all about keeping your dollar. I wish I could give them no stars a big fat ZERO.
My bank put original charge under dispute. G-Plan was unable to reprocess when I called. It required call, e-mailing link for me to reprocess but it was only part of payment, and then a manager to reprocess. The doctor did not show for first scheduled appoint bcse of this billing issue and there was no cancellation e-mail. I had to contact them to find out why. Rescheduled and the doctor didn't show for second interview and again no cancellation notice. They also double billed me for the g-plan directly against my credit card which is on file. After 2 no-shows, about 8-10 contacts, and over billing directly to credit card, I am cancelling. Save yourself time and headache - avoid this company.

This company is a complete scam! I went through the whole check out process and checked out at the price of $39. When I got my receipt emailed to me, it was for $288! DO NOT give this company your banking information! They will charge you for things that you never agreed to! Also, customer service is a complete joke and completely useless! Will be disputing the charges ASAP!
I signed up ignorantly thinking this was just about a diet plan that would help me kickstart my healthy lifestyle. Little did I know they were going to charge me upfront, ignore my messages, not answer their phone, not answer their "customer support chat" and send me on a roundabout way to cancel this subscription. I will just be blocking this with my bank so they cannot continue to charge my account. This is ridiculous and I feel really dumb for trying to choose something good for myself.

OK... so the idea is OK and the recipes are good and it seems to work a little. But the support is zero! The site appears to be in beta testing and is missing key elements. It is really too bad because it has potential, but after nearly 3 weeks I haven't been able to reach anyone with a brain that can answer simple questions about the site and using the plan. The promised "personal coach" never made actual contact or returned a call from customer service. The site has a STUPID BOT that takes you around in circles.
Honestly, the food is good and I've lost 3 pounds OMG wow 3 whole pounds in 3 weeks... but aside from getting you started and giving you ideas, the program lacks follow-thru and the site just isn't complete. TOO BAD!

This company is a scam! They make you think you're getting one thing and then start charging your account with items you never agreed to or wanted. They refuse to make it right and will not refund any money. Even my bank recognized them as a scam thankfully and stopped the $151 charge I never approved. I cancelled my subscription prior to the 30 day money back guarantee, requested the money be returned to the card it was taken from. They claim they did refund it, but somehow the refund never reached my bank account. When I notified G-Plan of the lack of refund, they claim it is my banks fault. Come on G-Plan, it's just $39.00! Is it worth your reputation? Next time I'll do better homework. Hopefully, others will read this and not be taken advantage of. If I could give a less than #1 rating, I sure would.

Impossible to cancel or speak to anyone - unclear what you are signing up for - tried to cancel after a day of free trial. Three weeks, 20 phone calls and 10 emails and messages I have had to set up a block on my bank account. Total scam.
I responded to an online add for what I thought was a subscription for $20 per month. My credit card was then charged $288. I called the customer svc # and after several attempts to get someone on the phone was told that I had signed up for the pro plan and that it was non refundable. I have been trying Years after having my baby to loose the extra weight and nearly lost faith until my friend told me to try G-Plans! I not only lost the weight but am keeping it off! I finally have a healthy relationship with food and look forward to all my meals! If you are willing to out in the work you will reach your goal!

I recently seen the advertisement for the G-plan. I thought it would be a good way to get a meal plan for myself. As I was signing up they had these offers called a bundle. It has extra stuff in it to help with sleep and weight loss. I said no thank you to it.
When I checked my credit card. They had changed Mr for the bundle!
I'm not sure what to do now, as they refused to give me back my money.
I attempted to cancel within 24 hours because app was so difficult to navigate and was confusing. I paid nearly $800 and am told I will receive $12.99 back. WTH?!
