Dear traders, this prop firm is highly doubted being their proclaimed as prop firm. As I have experience, the worst ever prop firm. They are blocking me in their discord, FB page and other forums. Their designated so called account managers are dummy and are only for the purpose of diverting issues of traders. Plz avoid this prop firm in your trading journey. If any Fundednext authy has guts then refer with issues wrt account id no *******, okay...
After the validation of my two phases and 6 days of real trading, I receive an email saying that I used a strategy based on high frequency trading while all trades before the news are manual. I send an email to the chat, their support and my account manager without any answer since a week.
I will report this kind of scam to the European financial control authorities in order to put them in their blacklists.

January 20,2023 after I did my research, although I have read some negative reviews about this Prop firm I decided to give it a try. Because they had an offer that are very enticing, offers that other prop firm don't have. I Pulled my Card and Purchased 200k evaluation.
After few hours waiting, I have not receive any emails regarding my purchase, so I decided to contact support. They told me that they have not received my payment yet, they need to check it with the un-captured payment that I need to wait for 2 days for them to verify. So I waited.
I verified the transaction from my bank and payment was made to Fundednext. I inform the support regarding the the transaction, that the amount were already deducted from my bank account. They told me to wait until it was manually check.
January 22,2023 I contacted the support again (chat with Nuhash) he affirms that my payment were already been captured and they will provide my account within 14hrs.
Tired of waiting I contacted the support again (Chat with Sadaqat) he retracted the statement of nuhash and told me that they did not receive my payment. I repeatedly show Sadaqat my bank statement and certification showing that my bank already deducted the amount for the said evaluation.
Up until now I have not receive my paid evaluation with them.
Some of you may disagree with me but this is my experience with this prop firm.
Its not my fault if you did not capture my payment, maybe you need to improve your backend so that cases like mine in the future wont happen again on your customers. And please train your Customer service representative for them to know how to deal on such issues.

Fundednext is a scam. They are thieves. I purchased an evaluation account on December 30,2022, as of today I have not yet been given the correct account. The MT4 credentials provided to me are incorrect, I cannot access my account and trade. They do not give me an answer, my manager does not respond, in customer service they pass the case from one person to another and nothing, only a robot responds, they do not give me a solution. I have been charged the money and have not been provided with the evaluation account.

When it sounds too good to be true it usually is. This company is not a legit company. They claim to have a support staff, yet each agent states the same thing like a robot, and oddly you 'the client' cannot even cancel your own account. You have to contact the account manager! My account manager, John Leo, has been ignoring my messages since I informed him that I would like to close my account. My evaluation account was paused for breaking their daily loss "rule," and they wanted me to pay another $300 to reset a DEMO account that I am not even making money off of! These rules are just another loophole for them to get more money, while they continue to string you along. I then emailed them, as it states to do on their own website when the client would like to close their account, but you guessed it, they cannot help! Just the same runaround, "contact your account manager" who's telegram account is ironically just now having technical issues! Hope you are following their game, because they think they are slick. Just filter all the negative reviews--they all say the same thing, SCAM! They are using your money to fund themselves! I cannot wait to see what response they will have to my review. Their unprofessionalism is comical, and only further proves that they are not a real company with a large support team like they claim. I would guess they only have a handful of people sitting in India somewhere. I ended up contacting my creditor to block them since there is no way for ME to remove my credit card, or close MY OWN account. DON'T TAKE THE BAIT!

Due to privacy and security purposes, our traders' credentials and account access are only given to their dedicated account managers. Thus, in the case of any account handling purpose, they are the sole person to serve you with it.
If your account has breached one of our major restrictive rules, the daily drawdown, then your account will be paused and terminated. But as per your statement, you are still in the demo account, so there is a chance to reset and get your account back at a discounted price. As a firm, we try to follow certain rules and encourage traders to do the same. We hope you respect our decision.
If your issues are still pending, kindly give your manager a knock; they will assist you further.
Please do not use funded next. There server laggedA few of my trades. I have photo evidence of it they admitted it to me and still refuse a refund or redo of my 30 day trial demo I paid $556 for the $100,000 demo. The account manager is only available gmt time so 1 am I'm on east coast it's not a true chat you send a message and have to wait maybe 10-12 hrs for response. Since I did not have pictures of every signal trade that lagged they are disputing if I'm lying or not after it lagged and I took another trade they used that as grounds to deny me a refund. And told me just keep trading. There customer service is terrible and they are not gonna refund you the loss in your trading account or a refund go elsewhere and don't get swindled like me I'm so upset. I truly thought this was a good company. Who's to say they are not purposely making the server lag certain times of the month. So no one is able to pass the 30 day trial I have waited one week and still my loss is being disputed please review pics below I was able to take. Server issues will leave you in the red and the don't care to wait and not refund you that or your money and a redo is also out of question. They wanted me to pay again huh yea right. Go elsewhere! All my pics are losses due to server error. Also them admitting we have server errors

As you have always been informed, this server lagging has been an unfortunate event on our broker, Eightcaps' end. We have nothing to do with the server errors. Even then, for all the demo traders who faced issues, we have tried our best to deal with them one by one, and your issues have been taken care of. We cannot refund or reset your account, but given the amount of mishaps you experienced during that time period, we can and have dealt with them.
Like you, many traders faced the same and all are under control now. So kindly do give your account manager a knock if your issue has not been taken care of yet.
We are here to assist you, dear. Even if, due to the geographical location difference, you face a delayed response, kindly be patient and solve your issue with your account manager.

We have dealt with you a thousand times. Stop spreading false rumors. You had someone else from Karachi trade your Phase 1 challenge, then you changed your name and completed Phase 2 from Faisalabad. So stop these false rumors.
Profit share in the demo phase is a very unique and lucrative option. We don't get to see this feature from other prop firms. Being a new prop firm, FundedNext was able to scale up quickly with its customer support and very competitive offerings.

I recently brought their 100k prop form challenge from fundednext and I was charged twice for a total over 1k. I asked for a refund, but they keep insisting they only got paid once?! And as you can see the the bank statement, I was charged twice

Worst and bad company. Thieves and scammers. You shouldn't go there or buy any of there accounts. They are big scammers just want to rip you by all means and forced you to buy there accounts. I am talking on base on my personal experience and I am sure many traders have gone through this as well. They made it clear you make 15% of the profit you make in phase 1 and phase 2 of challenges. I got my live account and making my profit. Just because of news that came in while trade was on they told me I violated rule which was on profit. I closed the trade immediately I saw the news in. Now was able to make other trades after the news. You wouldn't believe the next day I got email I violated. They disabled my account. Refused to give me my 15% each on both phase 1 and phase 2. They took out my profits I made from trading live account. This prop firm is the worst prop firm have ever experienced in my life. They were asking me to buy new account. Dude you have my money with you. Took all my money
Dear Trader, Kindly delete your account number screenshot and your deel ID screenshot. This is your personal information that should never have been exposed.
Now comes your consternation or accusation. Evaluation Model News Trading Rules- You can trade during the news without restrictions in the evaluation model's assessment phases (phases 1 and 2). But once you receive the real account, as the market is exceptionally volatile during news times and also because this is the most likely time when slippages can occur, you are not allowed to open or close any trade 2 minutes before and after the news. This includes market execution and opening/closing pending orders (including take profit and stop loss).
Dear, we know you are a good and profitable trader. But whether it is intentional or unintentional, it is definitely an unfortunate event that you lost your account due to breaching the Evaluation model news rules. You closed your account at the exact 2 minute duration of the news time. We wish, we truly wish, that you did not, and that you could easily bear the losses. However, it is what it is. So, for the live account, you will earn 80% of the profit you made after deducting the news profit.
You will also earn a refund of the subscription, $99.
Now the 15% profit share from the challenge phase. Dear, Once you gain 5% profit in the real account, you will also receive 15% profit on your phase 1 and 2 targets. As you could not grow 5% of your real account. That is why, unfortunately, you are not eligible for the 15% profit share from phase 1 and phase 2.
I hope your confusion is clear. We are honestly following the exact rules stated on our website. There is nothing scammy about us and we really hope to have a long journey with you.
Didnt got the real answer waht i needed, i have been asking them to explain me the consistency rule in a better way. No one did all they did was copy and paste from their rules dashboard. Until i did really got worried in 3rd weak... in 2nd weak i did asked them do i have the restriction to trade the lot size by the upper and lower limit. They said no their is no restrictions on that. So i didnt mind it but then in 3rd weak after i saw that minimum lot size i can take is 6.69 which doesnt match my trading style now they says that yess i have to be in between upper and lower limit of theirs. And after i gave them screenshot from the last conversation all they said was sorry and to maintain the lot size. And the chat was being closed without asking for any other help or listening to me. They jst gave their own testimony feels like i was being tricked and trap by them. All the proofs are on the given screenshots. It was very disappointing. They have been clear with consistency rule as per their own. I am disappointed by the customer service and thier support. They said two different things two times. Not keeping up with their own words

I started a $50k challenge had a 90% win rate and was one day away from passing the challenge In 5 days. Never used a lot size bigger than 1.50 at a time and somehow I was entered into a 50.00 lot size. And failed the daily max loss. Contacted customer service was told I get a discount of $30 to retake. Worst challenge I did yet feel like I was scammed back to ftmo. Stay away!
You know where you went wrong. Posting the same fake comment on different platforms won't make any difference. Kindly prevent from spreading false rumors.
The customer service is really helpful, understanding, patient, and compassionate. My visa payments have occasionally caused me problems in the past, but they were easily fixed. Every time you click the chat button, someone is there to assist you. John Leo, my account manager, has been at my side the entire time and has never let me down.
