Terrible customer service

Don't buy Fugoo. I've had 3 fugoo speakers in last 5 years. I will not be buying another due too horrendous customer service.
Fugoo advertises how important customer service is to them but try calling their support number and you get a recorded loop to email or chat. The emails go unanswered and the chat is a bot. Really unfortunate because their product is decent.
Product never did even turn on. When I sent it back to be replaced I had to pay for return shipping. Don't buy Fugoo is my advice
