Do not order from them. It's a subsidiary of 1-800-flowers and it's difficult to get delivery updates or confirmation of delivery. I live in a major city and received an email saying the fruit basket was delivered but it was nowhere to be seen. When I called the service number, they said the local shop was closed so there was nothing that could be done. This was ordered for a holiday party so there was no time for a replacement. Such a headache, don't order from here.
Gave good choices & reasonable prices I was happy with my choice Well I was looking for Birthday but I noticed they had a lot of others for different holidays. Good choice

I placed the order for my mother in love. She had an unexpected surgery and is in rehab. She had been down. The Fruit basket arrangement arrived right after her therapy. It really made her day. Easy to order, tracking and all! This made my day!
Unfortunately without my knowledge the recipient of our arrangement was moved to a different location so upon forst attempt, the delivery was unsuccessful. However i was able to speak to customer service, give them the new address and they sent the new information to the shop. The shop delivered just in time! Great customer service!
I made a mistake and ordered from here(thought it was edible arrangements)and it was a big one! Ordered a cake and 6 dipped strawberries for my Grandmother's 88th Birthday to be delivered on her exact birthday. The order was delivered the next evening.

I was kind of worried after realizing that I didn't go to the edible Arrangement site and actually ordered from Fruit bouquet instead I read the reviews And for the most part they were terrible So I was just hoping for the best...thankfully My order came without issue and my mother loved it,it was a birthday gift... the only issue that I had was they never sent me a confirmation email so had I not took a screenshot of the payment I made I would have never had a order number to check the status of my order.
Ordered a delivery for a Sunday and received confirmation. Their tracking doesn't work so I spent 20 minutes on their chat service. They farmed it out to deliver on a Tuesday which is too late. They farmed order to save money and screw the customer. They made a few extra dollars by delivering on Tuesday, which is too late for what I needed it for.
DO NOT USE. They will find every excuse in the book, they gave me the run around three different times from three different people on three different countries. If you do use them, don't expect your gift to arrive on that specific date. Ended up canceling my order for a refund then deal with those people anymore. Anything with 1-800 in the name is probably a bad idea to use in the first place so that is my fault.
They come Completely failed to deliver on the product
(1)I ordered the food basket on february 12th twelve from my wife to be delivered on the 13th 1 day before valentines day. The basket never arrived
(2) I submitted an inquiry and no one contacted me until the 14th valentines Day to tell me that they couldn't complete the order. A complete waste of over 60 hrs of my time an no valentines day gift for my wife.
(3) on the 14th when someone finally reached out they offered me a 20 dollar credit and my money back. A complete waste of time and terrible offer for my wasted time. I asked to speak to a manager and it's February 24th I'm still waiting no one reached back.
(4) I called American express and got a refund on my own this company is horrible and unorganized
I ordered 2 items in the past 2 days. I order one flower bouquet and the other one was fruits. They delivered the first time the flower bouquet. I called because I have a missing item. They told me they are going to send it the next day. The next day I received the same flower bouquet. I called them and they have a really bad customer service. They even can't find the order number. I don't recommend this website at all!
The fruit looked like it went bad I feel like fresher and more presentable fruit should have been considering the price that I paid for.

This company has a great product but AWFUL customer service. They don't give you and delivery ETA. The customer service reps can't give you any tracking. My order that I placed was late because they didn't communicate to me. When the order came it was dropped off by a doordash driver. This company needs to fix their logistics and be more transparent their customers. You will be disappointed in delivery with them unless you are ok with your order arriving at any time.
Order was never delivered. Called the company several times and they never delivered the order or contacted me.
I placed a order with this company for $71.43 that's fine not the problem.
But unbeknownst to me, because it was not brought to my attention never mentioned, or asked my permission if it was ok to hold an extra $71.43 over and over again they just kept saying that's the policy and I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back! So I asked it's not in your policies and procedures to state this up front she said no! But it's in the policies and procedures to take the money and tell you afterwards her words! That just doesn't sit right with me. So me my family and friends will never use you guys again people shopping for the holidays and you guys doing what you want!
I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to a business. The delivery person reported twice that "no one was there." It is a business -- and they were expecting the delivery. Customer service was "curt." I cancelled the order -- NOT an easy process. Never again FruitBouquets.com!
Click the 15% now offer, they do not apply it. Spent over 40 minutes on the Chat to get help, they finally said I must start the order over again. Huge waste of time and they do not honor their promised savings.
So we ordered a bouquet of fruit and whatever i. Tuesday November 21,2023 to be delivered Saturday November 25 by 6 PM. It was made abundantly clear it needed to be delivered by 6PM. I even asked can they guarantee it, and they did. It was for the woman who owns the salon where my wife goes, whose mother had just died. The salon closes at 6 PM on Saturdays.
So sure enough, here it is Saturday 11/25 and around 6:35 we get a call from the local franchise that the driver was at the salon but it was closed. Come on.
The place charges over $100 for a few dollars worth of fruit on sticks made to look like a bouquet. Get it there on time.
And when we tried to cancel it, the woman at the grand chose said she had to check with someone and get back to us. Still no call back. Fortunately we used Amex and can dispute the charge easily.
Answer: Once I got a hold of them they put me on hold for a long time and call conveniently hung up I had to call back several times... Had to request a manager and even then they hung up on me..
Answer: A somewhat legit company, but poor quality of their product.
