My order did not arrive in the box that was in the photo. Came in plastic bag instead. Felt deceived.

Fruit order was delivered a day late as you sent it to the wrong address. In spite of this, recipient said it was delicious.

Had a few problems with the website not showing my order, but customer service helped me out. They were awesome. And the fruit basket that I sent was perfect and the person I sent it too loved it. So, everything went well.

This order was placed the evening before delivery was requested, and this company delivered on time! Thank you so much for helping me out last-minute!

My wife loved the arrangement - easy to order, delivered fresh and delicious.
Ordered the large arrangement - thought there might be a little more but nothing to compare it to.

My wife's sister sent her some Shari's Berries for her birthday and they arrived a melted mess. Their packing and shipping is terrible. Buy from another supplier.

This bouquet is fairly close to the picture of the one I ordered. It may have a bit fewer pieces in it.
My sister is very happy with it. The first picture is what I ordered, the one that went sideways, is what I got, so pretty close.

I'm very satisfied with the service, the fruit bouquet and the delivery. My daughter sent me a picture of the fruit and the ballons. She was very surprised to receive it.

Same day service was great. Recipient loved her basket. Package was secured properly and was very attractive.

I wanted to surprise my wife at her job for our anniversary with some chocolate strawberries. Order never showed up on day promised. Called for refund and they insulted me stating they would only refund half of what I paid. After arguing I finally got full refund. Order finally arrived to my wife's job 4 days later. Not edible had to throw out. Chocolate was all melted and strawberries smelled sour.

I thought the product selection was great and the ordering on-line was very user-friendly. My only complaint is with the cost.It seems like the service charge and taxes were much higher than expected. I made the choice of the arrangement because that was all I could really afford. What I thought was $60 turned out to be over $80. I went ahead and ordered it anyway, but will probably not do it again.

Flower arrangement was very much like the picture, and strawberries covered in chocolate were a big hit - fresh.

Ordered for a birthday gift, never came.
Do yourself a favor and make sure you order thru edible arrangements, Not some knock off like this place.

Ordered something for a family member 5d in advance. Never got a call &&& website never Updated tracking info. Called them got told they would deliver before closing which was 3hrs left to closing. Called 30m before closing time got told would be delivered the day after. What's the point of setting a date if it won't be delivered on that day! So expensive yet service is so horrible

Had a dozen assorted chocolate dipped Strawberries delivered for my daughter & son-in-law's anniversary and they were thrilled! They said that the Strawberries were really big and perfectly ripe! In fact, they hid the Strawberries in the back of the refrigerator so they can enjoy them after their son goes to bed. Hahaha! I am very pleased and will order again!
