I originally started on the edible arrangements website when ordering this fruit basket and paid through the site only to find out the morning of the delivery that it was through a different company after spending over an hour on the phone trying to reach someone in their stores or in customer service to be told that my order didn't exist through them. I ordered this a week in advance for one of my coworkers birthday's and was unable to select a delivery time when ordering and was apparently transferred between sites while part of the ordering process. Was given two different order numbers 1 when confirming order completed and 1 when order was delivered. Was meant for a coworker that left at 1pm and was delivered after 3pm, and there was no company contact that I could find on trying to call them to see about making sure order would get to delivery place in time.
I ordered chocolate strawberries, cheesecake bites, balloons and a note to be delivered to my husbands work place over a week ago to be delivered before a certain time frame. On this this they kept sending me msgs that it was going to be delayed and that they would deliver it on their time. Then when I called they said that the balloons were not going to be available nor the note. So then I asked if it can be sent tomorrow and they said there will not be anything available. I got so frustrated with them over the phone I ended up getting a headache with their lack of customer service and accommodations. I ended up just canceling the order. Ruined my surprise for my husband. I will never use this website, if I can just report them to another agency I would I'm so furious with them.
Ordered for same day delivery. Paid for same day delivery. Was told they would delivery. No delivery - they wanted to give me a $20 credit for a future order and deliver my order two days later.

I ordered choclolates, balloons, A Mother's Love flower boquet, and a nice card for Mother's Day. My Mom did not even get her card or balloon. The delivery date I was told was different then when it was actually delivered as well. Too expensive for the products and customer service you receive.

I was able to customize the delivery date for a Sunday. I was in the loop on the production and delivery. My friend sent me a picture and I thought it could have had more of the gaps filled in, other than that satisfied with this service. Happy to brighten someones day with a surprise like this.
I wanted a delivery on the day BEFORE it was actually delivered. It was for my cousin who was leaving for vacation. I wanted it on the day before she left, but it came on the day she left! Why even ask for the delivery date preference when they don't even listen!
I thought I was ordering from edible arrangements first off. My bad moving forward, this company was not customer friendly or anyway shape or form that it should be for a paying customer. This company does not have integrity or reliability. I needed my arrangement delivered to the recipient by a particular time if this surprise was even going to work and they could not guarantee this. They can barely communicate to the customer and get the job complete and be helpful. When I finally called back to cancel my order they told me they cannot cancel my order but if I do want to cancel, to call back at 8pm! Furthermore the arrangement would be delivered somewhere by the already(my location of delivery was not 100% sure based off of what they were not able to guarantee for me) do not use them.
Wow I'm am so appaled what they delivered to me was nowhere near_$60 dollars the fruit was bruised, sour, and had weird taste and at the bottom they had nerve have dirty water w steale lettuce. You wouldn't realize until after ate all fruit. I spent almost $100 trying help a business I'm very disappointed.
I ordered a for Mothers day 2022 from fruitbouquets.com for a delivery window of May 5-May 8th. They attempted delivery May 6th and the message did not provide a reason why delivery failed. It mention that delivery will be reattempted until successful. Mothers day was yesterday and my mother in law never received my gift. Today i have been on hold for a representative for over an hour now. I am highly irritated. We lost my husband and her son to cancer and I wanted to try to give her a little smile and to let her know that she is loved. I tried to track the order and it doesn't say what is going on. I paid by debot card so I can't cancel the payment. I clicked on something that said chat eith them but nothing opened. This company sucks and $80 dollars down the drain.
SInce I can't see my grandchildren during this lock down. I wanted to send something but not candy.
My daughter-in-law immediately facetimed showing the 3 grandkids chomping on pineaplpe flowers and chocolate apples... She stated the fruit was delicious and the delivery guy was fun and kind... a perfect gift for any occasion
I ordered a fruit arrangement for a colleague on Sept 25,2023, and it was delayed until today and was told it was going to be delivered in the morning but still has yet to be delivered. Needless to say, this is a horrible experience and I definitely do not recommend this business.

Do not waste your money or time! I ordered days in advance, called the day of the ensure it would be delivered while someone was home. Only to be told the delivery period is between 9am-8pm and there is nothing they can do about that. So I'm supposed to sit at home alllll day & just wait? I asked for them to cancel my order & issue a refund & was told they would.
Fast forward to 6 pm, we get back home & the bouquet of FRUITS is sitting on the GROUND! I called again & they offered me 50% refund. I am so upset! Please save yourselves the worries.
Placed and order for same day service at the beginning of the morning, it is at thee hr of closing and the business is about to close. No deliveries. I do not play about my money i will be calling BBB!
Initially, I thought this was crap as I could not cancel my order online. However, when I called a costumer service agent, they were able to assist. Meldie did a great job, helping...On the other hand, do not use this site because you cannot obtain a refund for your canceled order.
The overall response from the recipient was satisfaction with the quality of the product. However, when I inquired whether or not the Mylar Happy Birthday Balloon accompanied the order, the recipient's response was: "What Balloon?" Somewhat disappointing, considering the whole point of the gift was for a birthday. I have contacted business directly by e-mail, to ask for explanation, or at the very least, to credit my account for the cost of the balloon. Guess that is the chance you take, when you place an order for a gift to be delivered out-of-state.

I took a chance on ordering Fruit Bouquets instead of Edible Arrangements and it was a mistake. It was my grandson's birthday and all day he was waiting for this delivery. At 1030a I had a message that a delivery was attempted. I called Cust Svc and asked what type of attempt was it because the family was home. They didn't know and they didn't reach out to the local store or make any effort to find out. Then I received an email that the local florist might not have the fruit. I called several times during the day, sent several emails and they were all returned with the canned answer, "your delivery is scheduled to arrive by 8p". Of course it never arrived, they never made an effort to research and I disappointed my grandson on his birthday.
They kept saying my delivery was made and all done, but really they have no clue where to deliver even though I have them a direct address and still can't find. Even gave them the name of my apartment complex and the office address but nothing. Kept saying it was delivered but they can't even find it. Liers..
Horrible experience. Ordered for my father's 75th birthday. Received an email that there was an attempted delivery. However my parents were home all day. Called company to confirm and was told the email I received was a glitch. Called back after the delivery window closed and was them told it wasn't a glitch but attempted delivery took place. Requested a refund and they laughed. Assuming now this is a scam and the $100+ will not be refunded. Will update if refund is received.
Answer: Once I got a hold of them they put me on hold for a long time and call conveniently hung up I had to call back several times... Had to request a manager and even then they hung up on me..
