I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday even paid for expedited service by NOON these people were good in taking the order and money now it's been 3 hours that the flowers should've been delivered and still waiting! They offers $15 dollar coupon on future orders... do they really think I'll be using their services again?!
Nightmare... They have charged me $100 and did not deliver my order. No one responds on phone or email. Never order through them again. Worst experience of my life.

They're ridiculous. I purchased some flowers for a friend of mine living in New York but they deleted my order for no reasons. The client service continue to asking me to call them and then they close the chat giving me no possibilities to reply. I cannot call them because I live in Italy. Why can't they tell me the $#*!ing reason via chat or email? This is ridiculous
Do not use this company. Although they advertise a lot on sponsored links Google an Bing! To look legitimate, they are fraudulent! The took a payment from me after being on hold for almost an hour promising same day flower delivery for my mother's birthday. Overcharged my card. Never e-mailed confirmation. Never delivered the flowers or called the three contact numbers I provided. When I spoke to my mom at 9pm tonight. No flowers, no call. I contacted customer service and they offered an "apology call" with a "promise" to deliver tomorrow. The day after her birthday! After offering numerous other ridiculous alternatives to refunding my credit card, I demanded, and they said that it would be refunded. Along with a 15% discount on my next purchase. Even with the "unbelievable offer", I don't think I'll be ordering "imaginary flowers" from this e-commerce based scam again!
For the love of God avoid this headache. If this is a surprise for someone it WONT be delivered in time and will likely be the day after being delivered to you instead of intended person. Even the delivery driver didn't know where he was going and I had to stay on the phone with him. PITIFUL.
I ordered two identical centerpieces. One for my step-daughter who lives in California and one for my son who lives in North Carolina. The one my step-daughter got is beautiful, made with red and yellow roses, lilies and carnations and a variety of greens. The one my son got ionly a few red carnations, fake holly berries, a pine cone, some greens and a large ribbon. The one my son got looks cheap and pathetic compared to the one my step-daughter got. The florist in Louisburg NC is obviously cheap and pathetic.
I've tried for 2 hours to place an order, kept asking me to sign in, I said guest, wouldn't let me do that, kept saying put in password, called 3,4 times, same, one part of business doesn't coordinate with OTHER? FINALLY, I exploded & said forget it, BETTER part of 2 hours & NOTHING accomplished, except they have 2 credit card's WITH my data & 3,4 visits to site! I better not see any charges! So frustrating! Grrr. A minus 1, if I COULD give it!
Mother's Day flowers - no delivery. Their "wecare" customer support email: no response. I tweeted them and they sent a nice reply to DM them and they'll respond shortly: They blocked me on Twitter before I could! Found their number on my credit card statement because it's NOWHERE on their website: no answer.
Going to dispute charges with my credit card company. AVOID THIS SCAM WEBSITE!
What a waste of my money. Horrible customer service, horrible delivery, horrible everything. Never again.
