NO GOOD SERVICE AT ALL

I PLACED A FLOWER ODER FOR A FRIEND IN CHINCOTAGUE LAST JULY 10TH Order Number: ******* AND THOUGH THE PRICE WAS 40 US DOLLARS I WAS CHARGED 56.71 US DOLLARS WHICH INCLUDED SHIPPING AND HANDLING BESIDEES THAT I'VE BEEN CHARGED FREE SHIPPING SINCE THEN EVERY MONTH 13.00 US. I NEED HELP TO STOP THIS MATTER AND BE REIMBURSED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I sent an email to express my disappointment:

Good Day "From You Flowers",

Please reference recent orders: 4074xxxxx and 407xxxxx.

I ordered a live plant and flowers for my daughter-in-law's funeral - which was yesterday.

We did receive the arrangements, however they were not as requested.

The "Classic Dish Garden" I requested the Premium level. We received a ceramic pot (about 6" wide at the base and maybe 8 or 9" wide at the center with a few live plants in it. Is that the Premium version? I was very disappointed and embarrassed to see a small pot of plants sitting by the casket of my 35 year old daughter-in-law at the funeral service. I wanted the live plants to be a special gift to my 11 year old grand daughter. We were going to transplant these items into a "Memorial Garden" for my grand daughter to take care of as a simple remembrance of her mother.

The One Dozen Long Stemmed Red Roses was actually a special order. I ordered this arrangement though your customer service representative "Shamar" who assured me it would be no problem. We ordered a dozen roses (9 would be red and 3 would be white [to symbolize My Son, My Daughter-in-law and my Grand daughter] to be placed in the center of the arrangement. I asked Shamar several times on the call if this was going to be a problem, he assured me it would not be a problem. I even told him I didn't mind paying extra for the special arrangement, but he said it was not necessary.

Your customer service during the order seemed easy and pleasant enough. You did deliver the flowers on time; thank you. However the size of the arrangements and the inability to deliver the finished product as requested was very disappointing and embarrassing to me, my wife and family members.

When I called and spoke to your customer service representative "Sharel", I believe, to share my disappointment with the finished product. She looked up the information and said she could do an adjustment on the size cost, but never extended an apology for the error or embarrassment. I thanked her for looking into the matter, but ended the call before any adjustment was done to the order cost.

After thinking about this for a while longer, I felt it important to reach out to "From You Flowers" management to see if any resolution would be offered by "From You Flowers". At this point I am pretty upset. If this matter is left unaddressed by your management, I shall not purchase any of your products in the future and will share my experience with your company with all that I know.

I pray that you and your employees never have to face the tragedy that my family has had to go through. If they do, I hope they will not be embarrassed by the floral arrangements, like we received from "From You Flowers" that they send to the departed family members.

All items are subject to slight substitution according to local availability and season as stated in the product's delivery information on our website. This allows the florist to substitute with a similar container, flowers, color scheme or plant to ensure delivery is made in a timely manner. We sincerely apologize for your disappointment with the substitution made. We have also informed the delivering florist of the complaint, and they asked that we extend their apologies to you as well.

Thank you and once again, please accept our apologies.
