I bought three pairs of shoes from this site. The shoes that were sent to me were awful and not even the same brand, style or colour I ordered, not resembling what I ordered in any way. Getting a refund is impossible. Emails go unanswered and the only response I did get was to tell me there was no record of my transaction. Feeling pretty stupid and down $330.
Hi there!
I ordered a pair of altra running shoes on a site called eccleaning.be and I received a pair of fake dressing nikes. I´m going to complain to my bank but i didn´t keep the addresse from where they sent the fake pair. Anyone who received the fake shoes could give me the addresse in Chine?
Thanks!
Bought shoes on precisionpt.com.au and it's a scam, no answer, no refund, nothing. Don't order on this website!
This Company also operates in Sweden with a Swedish adress (ending with. Se). I ordered a pair of Clarks and got a fake pair of Birkenstock... tried to email but there's no answer. I have filed a complaint/refund to my banc and hope that they will pay me back. They said that they do it normally. Can't Believe the level of rudeness by these guys! If only the Money Went to people in great need, but I suspect they are pretty well off after all these scams...
Everyone please beware they now have another company website called lasermaxroll.co.uk.
I have to say something did not feel right when I was ordering but the dress looked really nice and the price reasonable. The minute I pressed send and got the email from fristpay and a service named cheap wedding dresses I knew something was not right. I googled the names and found this site. I had originally found no reviews under lasermaxroll. I called my bank who tell me the money had already been taken (in less than 5 mins!) and the amount was more than I paid for. They also have no information under there shipping and returns tab so bottom line I am sure if I get anything I won't be able to return it. This NOT a UK company but a chinese scam. I don't leave out much hope for getting what I ordered but my bank cannot raise a dispute for 15 days. Oh well let's wait and see. I just felt I need to get the name lasermaxroll into the internet reviews as I did not see any when I initially searched.

Now is not First Pay, they continue under Fritspay. Google it and you will see hundreds of complaints about these scammers from China. What about a complaint to the Chinesse Embassy in each country - Happy to know their citizens are theifs? Maybe they know already but to tell them in their face can be very pleasant or a kind of compensation from those scammers. Also related to *******@fritspay.com is the email *******@gmail.com - same bastards with different collars. The web they have used to scam me is www.youbuymyhouse.co.uk - They will get caught finally!
I have the same case as what i've read here. The website was here in canada so i made a canadian payment also. After payment i got an email says they took the amount for my purchased already. But i was surprise when they said Due to the foreign exchange rate the amount that displayed on my statement might be a little bit different from the real price. And says, Bonworth will be displayed on my credit bill. Also the number they provided was in china so i did research on the email that they used for me and the website who took my money and i discovered i am one of the victim too. I tried to cancel but only they says they took my money already.and the rest explanation sounds not credible. My Question is: is it possible that my bank will refund me? Because i feel that i will wait for nothing of what I've ordered.
Do not buy from this site, ordered a pair of knockoff Oakley sunglasses $28.00 us no shipping or tracking number given, but sure took my money out of my account quickly, this site was a paid advertisement on Facebook (shame on you Mark Zukerberg) for taking money from scammers believe facebook owes me a $28.00 refund, doubt I'll ever see it, since it's in a billionaires pocket now
It is another scam site operated by Fristpay. I ordered a pair of Y-3 shoes. They redirected through a store called Bonworth. Everything was phony. I cancelled my credit card immediately after I read these reviews.
Hello everyone I've bought a dress for 80 euro on the website: www.avimingenieria.com and I also received the mail from fristpay.com. When I saw the clients assistance number on the mail I tried to call but noone replied. I sent e mails but noone replied. One month is passed from my order and I didn t receive anything yet... wtf. $#*! people!
This is a total scam. They do not sell you what you ordered! I orderered two independent hats and over a month later I received some sort of batman hat I never ordered. You cannot return it to them for your money back either.
For the princely sum of £71 I received 2 odd shoes (not even a matching size!) sent to me from China. No response from website: sensoryfirst.co.uk The receipt came from Fristpay. I'm following that up with my bank now...
Another idiot right here! Cant believe I didn't check? How do we get these sites taken done? Or reported? Don't use Beautybysara.co.uk, paid via firstpay.co.uk.
I tried to order something from an outdoors clothing site. The site looked okay from my phone so I didn't suspect anything. I should've read the retour part of the site as it was full of spelling errors. All I got was a fake pair of Diesel jeans from China in the wrong size. I tried to call the number included with the e-mail, it is a number from Fuzhou, China. The number was not reachable. On the site called icareis.nl I couldn't find any contact information. Typical scammers site, I should've been more careful. Well I can kiss goodbye to my 72 euro's..
Same issue with not being able to log in to the website. I ordered a pair of Pumas, and got the same email everyone else has gotten.
The payments of this webshop (which is supposed to be located in the Netherlands) http://www.rubyvdsande.nl are also transferred via Fristpay. I just ordered an item before checking for any reviews, and got an ambiguous e-mail from Fristpay - my bank told me that they charged 5 Euros more than they were supposed to do. I closed the credit card and tried to cancel the order, but I am guessing they'll invent some clever tactic for arguing why it is not possible - if responding at all. Looking forward.
Should be a zero rating. Have a look at nwbfs.co.uk really professional looking site, Similar experience there. Filled out the order form and paid with card. Received an e-mail from fristpay.com, Order paid successfully notified! Please don't reply this e-mail directly as it was sent automatically! There was no notice of when delivery might be expected. Tried to sign in to the account created with to nwbfs.co.uk This message appeared Error: Sorry, there is no match for that email address and/or password. Beware! Don't be fooled really dodgy looking outfit. Since then i received a pair of fake Gucci shoes and decided not to pursue matters further, after reading some of the other reviews.
By the way it is Fristpay.com not First pay.
Similar story ordered from Stilllifestudio.co.uk because they were in the UK. The shoes I wanted were Kalso Earth which are only availalble in the states and I thought it was great I could get them in the UK, I would never have ordered anything from China. Stupidly I didn't check the website and the shoes that arrived were not what I ordered, they were Asics. Hilarious emails to and from their customer service, *******@gmail.com telling me they were hot sellers and number one and I should like! Don't like and don't think Emily. Service is very nice thanks.
Payment was made via Fristpay.com which when I googled I discovered I am not alone! MasterCard now pursuing it for me.
Answer: Dear Lindsay I am sorry to tell you that you are not going to receive the shoes neither the money back! That's a SCAM! After my experience with it I am very careful now and before I purchase anything online I search the Web renew! See the bright side of it! The amount is not to much... Could have been more... My suggestion to you is immediately stop your credit card as they can sell it or made other purchase on your behalf. Wish you all the best
Answer: Dear Sainaa I am sorry that you have to go through this as well! I went to my bank and asked to block the transaction and refund my money back and luckily they did it. That's the only way to get a refund. I hope people will be more aware of this gang of thiefs! All the best Federica
