I booked a flight buying the full insurance. I cancelled the trip calling 3 times edreams, they give me 3 different contact number of the insurance company as it is a different company that has nothing to do with edreams. I waited 40 min each time I call, no refund was given to me.

The merchandise I have received is significantly different from the picture. Very slow delivery if you are not leaving in USA. Customer service is not supportive or helpful. Such a shame I cannot post a picture of what was delivered to me.

I have purchased some products, they arrived immediately after 2 days and the tracking number was provided. Safe with fantastic customer service and selection of products. The product I love most is Crest teeth whitening! Really fabulous after 1 hour you have a whither smile :)

To all consumers I advise to block your credit card if you have made a payment to FIRSTPAY. If you don't your credit card number may be sold and your money will disappear from your account. Please block your card immediately.
