I paid extra for express shipping because I wanted the bikini for my trip. Well it did not come in time and I emailed and they said it was because it was out of stock. Well why didn't anyone inform me of that before I paid the extra shipping. Then they refused to refund the extra shipping money. Product made of super cheap material. I can't get a refund and I will never wear the bath suit.

I purchased A sweater. Turned out to be a shirt that was horribly made. Terrible quality. And it came with a rip in it. I reached out to the company and went back and forth threw email. I was told that I will have to pay for shipping which will be 20 to 70 dollars. The sweater was $25. They suggested that I give the sweater away. And that they can offer $5 back to me. I am shocked. Extremely disappointed. Do not shop from this company.

Clothes did not resemble any pictures provided. Zipper was damaged on the jeans.
Company did not want to refund the money nor pay for return shipping for damaged items. I paid $23.50 to return the items and after 30+ emails back and forth with people who clearly do not speak English, I won't hold my breathe that they even return my money. Please spread the word. This company is frauding too many people.

Company should not do business in America. Takes over 30 days for shipment to arrive. And dresses look nothing as advertised. You cant return to them either, they want you to pay shipping, and will offer you to keep items with big discount on next order. DO NOT BUY FROM SELLER!

Horrible service, When I received the dresses, all of them either didn't fit because they were too small or too big. None of them fit according to the packaging. They were also were not good quality for the price that I paid. Also have not been able to get my money back. They really don't want you to return their products.

I'm not sure how editing reviews works since my update disappeared. But here's advice if you're dealing with this company. Make sure to take your complaint up with PayPal. PayPal will make sure you're reimbursed. And hopefully with enough people complaining about this seller, PayPal will blacklist or ban them from continuing to scam people.

Stay FAR away from this store. They make themselves out to be a US-based shop. My guess is they hired a pretty good copywriter from the US to write their website content, but they're 100% based in China with a Chinese staff. (You don't find this out until after you've already purchased their products. Here's a rundown of everything that's wrong with this shop: 1) High prices for low quality products. Their prices are not cheap. For the amount you pay for a dress, you would expect something along Express or Zara quality, but what you're getting is actually worse than H&M or Forever 21 quality. It's cheap polyester that doesn't fit well. And the thread is already coming apart at some of the major seams. I'm assuming in their photos, they must've used a ridiculous amount of safety pins to produce that look - but to be clear, what you're receiving is NOT what's depicted in their images.
2) Ridiculously long shipping time and poor packaging. My order took over 2 weeks to arrive. It wasn't until I checked that I realized they're shipping out of China using their cheapest, slowest shipping method. The packaging was non-existent, just a black, crinkly bag. The packaging was so poor, that the bag ripped during the shipment, and the product I received was scuffed up and stained. You'd think you ordered a commodity item off of a Chinese seller on eBay. It was not reflective of the price I paid.
3) Horrible customer service. Here is where their broken English becomes apparent. Their customer reps copy and paste their responses to you (twice!) with all the same grammatical and spelling errors. They won't pay for your return shipping (which is obviously a lot, since you're paying to ship back to China).
All their "positive" reviews on their website are fake!

I ordered two dresses about 2 months ago, unfortunately they never arrived. After consulting the online support (after about 6 weeks) I learned that the dresses had allegedly reached my country (I live in Germany) and could not be delivered. So I looked at the tracking details and saw that the order was sent back and forth between Shanghai and Beijing several times, but never reached Germany. On renewed inquiry to the support, with reference to the wrong given information and the request for refund, I have received a fake absence mail with a day delay (an autoresponder has no 24h-delay). My further questions about the order remain unanswered until now. Accordingly, I assume that this is a fake online shop and is a pure rip-off. I'm glad I wasted only $50 and didn't throw large sums of money to the wind.

I ordered a swimsuit and after waiting three weeks to arrive it was terrible quality-the pattern didn't even match up on the side seams! When I emailed about it they said I had to pay the shipping to return it... to China! $30 shipping to return a $26 swimsuit because it was such a piece of crap! Stay far far away!

I ordered 2 dresses in July that were too big for me. I wanted to return them and then they told me it would not be possible because the shipping costs would be more expensive than the dresses and I should give this as a gift to my friends. I went to the post office to ask how much it would cost to send it from Spain to China and it cost 12 Euro. Now we have the end of september and they never returned me the 60 Euro. I wrote 5 emails and they always say they have never received my return. It is unbelievable. And you don´t have any chance to get this money back.

I ordered 3 dresses paid $10 extra for for express shipping, It took 2 weeks but I canceled before it was ship because it had already been 9 days, when I emailed them to cancel order I didnt get a responds, the next night I recevied a email saying it shipped, when I email right back saying do not send they didnt respond

Complete scam business. Never received the item I ordered. Never received my money back after I requested a refund. You can only contact by email. I could never speak to an actual person. 40 dollars just gone.

Ordered a pair of small jeans. Fit was awkward and material was cheap and thin. After numerous attempts to get a response from customer service for return information, I get an email (in broken English) asking me to please keep the jeans and try to "resell". Buyer beware.

Do NOT buy from this store! The stuff looks cute in pics but it is not worth it, especially since there is basically no chance you can return the item and get your money back if you dont like it or it is damaged (which is what happened to me). I ordered the Classic Romantic Sleeveless A-line Dress in navy with sunflowers because it looks so cute online. Their merchandise ships directly from China and takes weeks to arrive. The dress was damaged and of very poor quality. This dress was not at all how it looked online- it is extremely thin spandex material that isnt even wearable. It already had a large rip in it by where the button was sewn in. I corresponded at length with a customer service rep named Mandy and showed her the guaranteed on their website that defective items could be returned at no cost to the customer and refunded. She would not give me a full refund due to the high cost of shipping it back to China, which is their fault, not mine, and was not described on their website. The best she did was offer a $10 refund and a coupon or to send another dress which I had already expressed that I do not want as the quality of the item is not what was described. Ive read others reviews and many other people have had similar experiences to mine. I also found that much of their merchandise is available for less money on other websites. I believe now that FriGirl is a scam.

They sell counterfeit clothing. They copy the models close and make a cheap $1 version of it. It's a scam. And they do not refund! H!

I usually have no issues with shopping online. Then again, Amazon is pretty amazing! However, I had tried (for my first time) a new online store called, Frigirls. Advertised on FB. It has many clothing items women enjoy from dresses to swimsuits. Im sorry for a negative post but this is a WARNING to NOT purchase things from this site! If I could give a 0, I would! I was unhappy with the two dresses I had purchased as they didnt fit well and the material was cheap. So I referred to their 30 day return warranty. Followed directions and basically got the response that it would be too much trouble for me to return the items; We are sorry that it doesn't fit you.
Return needs customers to cover more shipping fee, it is not cost-effective.

Would you mind giving it to your friend or families as a gift or you can sell it to others? Returning may need a long time to go because we are in China.

Next time you order from us, we will give you the biggest discount. You can contact us to get the discount before you check out. Hope it is fine.

This company sends knockoff items and doesn't honor their return policy. They will take your money and never give it back even after relentless emailing back and forth. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! You will not be satisfied with the quality of the products.

I should have looked this company up before purchasing a dress from them. It has been almost a month and no sign of the dress and several email attempts and no response. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!

This company is a joke. I spent $175 dollars on clothing that looked super legit. The site looks good and the quality looks pretty good for the price. I got them and it was the biggest disappointment. It's a scam. They weren't even true to size and it looked like they took pieces of cloth and sewed them together. They claim you can make returns but then they have you pay the shipping ONLY if you qualify and send them pictures to show WHY you want to return and that will determine if they accept it and refund you. I WISH I listened to the sites and didn't order. Their customer service is an automated person and is not helpful at all. DO NOT BUY FROM.
