Fast, Professional, and Helpful!

I was not completely confident in choosing which specific model numbers I was looking for on my replacement filters. I was able to call and speak with someone who was extremely knowledgeable about the type of system I had and was able to tell me exactly where I needed to go on their website to find what I needed. Checkout was easy and it is backed by Google. The ground shipping even arrived one day sooner than expected. I will be returning!

Unsafe

2 of the filters were shipped unwrapped and with broken caps. I was later told that none of their current stock of this filter is wrapped or sealed. This is very unsanitary. Also the item is not in the original packaging. It appears separate parts are ordered and then a package is put together from these items and then sold. I am still awaiting a resolution. Product described is not what was sold.

Easy to navigate

Very easy to find through your pictures. I went into a plumbing store and they had no idea what a plastic quick connect was, even when I showed the part. Your site made it easy for me to tackle the job myself and save $250 from a plumber. Thank You!

We had issues with the water system after a new pressure tank install. I was directed on how to disinfect the system. Even though it took 3 cycles it was corrected. The individuals involved were very helpful and courteous. A maintenance was also suggested on prevention of any future problems

Water Filters

First of all they had the correct filters I have been looking for since December.
The filters showed up on time as promised and they worked just fine. The cost didn't break the bank either. I was very pleased with the whole process and will not hesitate to order again in the future.

Terrible customer service, sent wrong part, will not allow me to return product since seal was taken off to install and they want to charge me a fee to restock the 2 filters that were not opened plus I have to pay return shipping.
I wish there was an option for zero stars.

Great help from agent on Chat

Heating element went out on a distiller we've had for about 10 years. The agent who joined me on chat was very helpful in determining the replacement part which would work for my unit even though the part description didn't clearly state that it would. Got the part quickly and it fit perfectly.

Ordering Replacement Parts is Simple
September 16, 2015

Supplier has a very friendly web interface that remembers ordering history and made equivalent part substitutions for items that have gone out of production. The order shipped and the replacement filters were almost identical. They were missing the color coded dots but the other labels made the dots redundant. I'm sure to return for future replacement parts and new systems too.

I easily placed an order, and just as easily received my FreshWater filter. Refreshingly, I have sparkling filtered water at the touch of a counter dispenser. I believe this product's
High end, and exactly what a former contractor has supplied us with. My purchase price
Is far better, so I would certainly order from FreshWater Systems again in the future!

Did not get my correct order

I ordered 2 "6 Packs" of filters, instead I received 2 filters. After talking to the company about how this was very bad for us no efforts were taken so I could get my order fast. The correct order arrived 1 week later.

System vibrations

Even since I bought the system, it vibrates before the air gap kicks in. I called twice to speak with a tech but was put on hold by a young sounding lady and then the line went dead. I have replaced all of the filters but it still vibrates.

Replacement water Filter

UV Lamp

I was quite satisfied with every thing, except I ordered a certain brand UV Lamp from their choices on line and they substituted a different brand and didn't tell me about it. I had to go to "on line chat" to find that out. I should have been sent what I ordered. I haven't installed this sub lamp, so not sure if it works or not. Otherwise I would have given a TOP rating.

Shipping nightmare
March 4, 2017

Three glass parts (PURA tube and lamps) wrapped with no barrier between - box of broken glass on arrival. Pictures. More pictures. More emails. No return authorization for damaged shipment. No replacement. I won't trust them to wrap toilet paper.

Fast and responsive

Nice quality

Love the neoprene covers for our stainless steele water bottles. Great quality - we've had two large ones for over a year and just bought a third for a smaller bottle. These take a lot of abuse as my teens use them for sports. They've held up wonderfully, keep water cold and the price is great!

Refreshingly fresh customer service rep!

I received an email from Freshwater Systems' CSR Sultana to inform me that the filters I had ordered were on back order from England. I researched their site to find replacement filters and then called Sultana to cancel my initial online order and to replace it with my new selections. Sultana was very pleasant and professional to deal with. My new filters arrived in a timely basis and my family is enjoying fresh water from the tap once again! Thank you :)

Shipping dept is a joke
October 17, 2015

Placed an order, paid for 3 day shipping, and a week later still no order. Called 3 times over two days to wait on hold for no less than 15-20 mins only to have the person tell me to hold some more, while they investigate, then gets back to me on the third call and says the order never shipped, even though they had charged my card the day of the order. I asked if they could overnight the parts at no additional cost due to their mistake as I needed the parts badly, but they said it was too expensive for them and all they could do is ship my order out with the 3 day as I paid for a week earlier. Will NEVER order from them again. A joke of a company.
