Very Happy Customer!

Freshwater Systems had the best price for my water filters and I received them very timely and in great condition. I appreciate them carrying the more expensive filter as it filters out more contaminants. A lot of people are just going with the cheaper filters but you get what you pay for so I'm happy to always find the GE filters at Freshwater Systems for a reasonable price.

Finally!

We lived in Vacaville and were grateful for finding FreshwaterSystems. We drink more water now and my blind husband can fill his water bottles by himself.
We live in Sacramento now and the filter has slowed the pressure but I am sure it will be restored when filter is changed out. Still good tasting water.

I ordered a flow restrictor for a water line that feeds a wall mounted faucet used for filling water pitchers. Freshwater Systems had a good selection and responded to my order very quickly. The expected delivery date was just a few days after I placed the order and the item arrived right on schedule. I was kept informed of all crucial steps in the process.

Ordered some pex tubing and fittings, and ordered with the purpose of having it by a specific day. FedEx screws things up first, and gets it delayed a day, but still within my needed timeframe. Package arrives, but the tubing is not there. Freshwater would not overnight it to me at their expense (I would have to pay), to fix their mistake. So now, my project is delayed significantly due to the next time I will be able to work on it. In my business, we would not have hesitated to overnight it, to fix our mistake..

Excellent service!

I placed an order easily on the web site for an "Instant Hot" unit. The price was reasonable and the delivery was free. I was informed I would receive the item within 5 to 7 days but it actually came in two days (it was either Fed Ex or UPS - can't remember). The whole experience couldn't have been any easier.

Horrible Company

Horrible Company - Worst Customer Service experience in years. Ordering over the weekend when no live people were available the website had limitations on entering a hybrid address - both physical address and PO Box combined. The result was a return shipment that Traci the supervisor told me was all my fault. Unwilling to spend the $5 to ship it back to me and losing over a $200 sale. Told my wife on a follow up call that "... we are not Amazon, go buy it from them..." GOOD ADVICE

Poor service after wrong part sent
February 8, 2016

Ordered a water filter for my RV and received the wrong filter. After contacting Fresh water I was told to send a photo of the incorrect filter and I would be sent a return label via email. I did as instructed on the day I received the incorrect part and four days yes 4 days later I received the return email. I spoke with several people trying to speed up the process and was told the returns department was out, on the phone or sick. If Freshwater had been efficient I could have received the correct filter before leaving on a 3 week trip. POOR service

I noticed when the fridge filter I ordered arrived that they looked small, so I never opened and initiated a return. Kat was very helpful in starting a return and offering to help me get the right filters. Thanks to her knowledge we both learned I recieved the wrong filters and it was quickly fixed. I recieved a return shipping label ASAP and the correct filters should be on there way. Very satisfied even with issues. Great Customer Service!

Purchase of o rings

Ordered a drain cleaner
March 20, 2016

Actually I haven't used it, I had a plumber tell me it my low flush toilets that don't work very well and aren't efficient because you have to flush 2-3 times, which doesn't save money. I replaced my bathroom sink drain and all is running well. I have not tried the product on my shower drain, which I will this weekend. Thanks.

Lost order..
April 26, 2016

After not receiving my order, or being able to track it for three weeks, I had to call to find out what happened. I was told it was a screwup in shipping and that the order would be placed again. They have no way of checking that an order is jammed up on their end! I lost three weeks on my project.

Doesn't Fit A Standard Filter Housing.

The base opening of this filter is slightly too narrow to fit the bottom center support ring of a standard filter housing. Every other filter I've purchased over the last 7 years fits just fine... but not the the two purchased at FreshwaterSystems. Almost fits, but almost doesn't get it. Was a waste of money.

AAA+ Very attentive

I thought I might need to replace our system due to a leak. FreshwaterSystems connected me with the person needed to fix this issue, at another company, without buying a whole new system. They also offered to take back the filters that were already in transit if I decided to go with a new system.

Very Disatisfied

The bulb was wrapped in bubble wrap and the FedX driver stepped on the package 3 times, needless to say the bulb was broken. Now the person I am dealing with at Freshwater systems isn't in the office and they're telling me it could take 3 weeks to get a new one. I'll never use them again.
