I ordered two filters three weeks ago. They came in cracked, so i took the pictures and requested two more sent. So I waited another week for the replacement, only for those to come in cracked too! They where not wrapped at all bubble wrap was placed only on the top of the filters. So I am now waiting again for my replacement filters from the first replacement filters.
My only issue with the transaction is they didn't tell me the part was out of stock and on re-order until a day or two after I bought it. That said, it did arrive much sooner than they said it would. After informing me of the delay
These filters did not include two parts that I needed so I had to purchase others at the hardware store. I was upset to find out I had to pay for shipping to return and a restocking fee. The $28 filter has now cost me a fortune!
I ordered an RO filtration system from this company. I found it was not compatible with our water system, and the box was never opened. I contacted customer service to return the item, and they slapped me with a large restocking fee and a reimbursement for their "free" shipping. In addition, I have to pay another $35 to ship the item back to this company. This is a total cost of $70 to me for an item I never opened--almost half the cost of the RO system. The customer service representative was rude and inflexible about the exorbitant return fee. I would avoid this company.
We purchased a portable water pump for five gallon jugs for filling our ice tray and for providing water to our new refrigerator. The pump was not functioning properly. When I discussed this with the Freshwatersystems contact, they were understanding and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.
Ordered on line, item delivered as promised. Satin Nickel RO faucet matches our kitchen faucet and stainless steel sink. Plumber installed this faucet with our drinking water system, and they work well, and look good.
Good, but there was no reason to remove the quartz tube, which resulted in its breaking as well as breaking the light bulb. Instructions explanations of the product in owners manual could have been better
After cancelling an order from another vendor for not communicating delay in shipping, Freshwater Systems had item in transit 5 hours after order was placed. Not the best prices I have found but best response.
The product was the exactly same model as on other sites, but less expensive, fair delivery charge, arrived 1 day earlier than expected. I go through a pump about every 18 to 24 months (pump runs about 12-14 hours/day 7 days a week@ 40 psi cutoff) and was tired of paying 2.5x the price on the Premier Watts website. So when the pump dies, I'll be back to get the less expensive pump.
Side Note: The only thing was the cushioning inside the packaging was a 6 out of 10, the pump (heavy item) was allowed to move too much and broke through the outer packaging, if it was handled any rougher the pump may have broken through the box.
My experience with Freshwater Systems (FS) for the most part has been good.
I would have rated them higher but I bought the same storage take from FS on October 30,2012. The take took water under the bladder so we were only getting about two cups before I replaced with the same model RO-122 in March 24 2016. The ordering process is very easy, priced right and shipment arrived sooner then I expected. I will more than likely return and recommend FS if needed.
Ordering was straightforward. Instant hot water unit arrived quickly. Advertisement said I required a plastic compression unit to install. I ordered it with the unit.
Did not need it, brass compression unit worked with the copper pipes.
After installation, water was cold. I called your number on the shipping label. I was told that I needed to supply photo of unit for warranty. I sent photo and received a form letter that said that you would contact the manufacturer and get back to me in 5 to 12 days.
I called the manufacturer after 3 days and was given guidance on troubleshooting the unit. It turned out to be a faulty electric outlet.
I should have been told to contact the manufacturer directly, saving me some time and not requiring a photo.
Good unit. Poor Guidance.
I needed a particular size of rubber / silicon tubing to use as grip material for violin and cello bows. After substantial online research, I determined that FreshwaterSystems was the best source for me: they stocked the particular size tubing I needed, sold it in reasonably small lengths, and with reasonable shipping charges. The tubing arrived as expected, and was precisely what I needed for my bows.

I was not 100% sure of the product we were ordering and your sales person named Timala walked me thru the process, and then followed up on the order to be sure we got what we needed. It was obvious to me that good customer service was important to her and I can't emphasize enough how much I appreciated her help in completing the order. We had ordered two different valves for our water filter. Told them we were leaving May 1/16. It took almost two weeks and they sent four of the same valve. Had to phone numerous times to get an answer. We are leaving tomorrow and the other two valves have not arrived. So no water filter system will be working. Since the product is so small I'm sure they could of overnighted it.
The unit arrived promptly. I installed it and have been checking it every few days to see if it has enough capacity. So far everything seems fine, but I left room to install a parallel unit if required.
Had a power supply for the UV go bad. Emailed the business I originally purchased it from and heard crickets. Freshwater gave me a prompt response and told me what the replacement was for the outdated part. Great communication. Fast shipping.
Our well had an extraordinarily horrific sulfur powder that was so bad it made one sick at your stomach. After using Well Safe the problem was eliminated. It was just a matter of following the well illustrated instructions in the packaging.
Order placed and paid thru Pay Pal and we received the wrong item. I made several calls to get a return label. It finally arrived and returned to Freshwater Systems today, October 20. The original order was placed around October l. We still have not received the correct item. We have been out of the filter for a week. What went wrong?
