Ordered five items to enhance my Reverse Osmosis System. Even though the site showed they had the pump they sent be another brand but still charged the price of the model I wanted. The pump they sent arrived broken from poor packing. They told me they couldn't get the model I wanted for weeks. They paid to return everything then took a long time crediting my account. I eventually got my money back. Check Better Business Bureau. I wish I had!
The tech support was a 10. I was able to return the Item I ordered due to the expertise and honesty of my tech. My sincere thanks to Freshwater for solving my problem and look forward to being a new customer. Thanks again.
They sent me the wrong size filter however they seemed sorry for mix up and were very courteous, and prompt to fix it.

I purchased a defective product and call customer service to explain. I shipped back and have made several attempts to get call back from manager ken Smith but appears he too busy to reply vis email or give me a phone call.

Bottom line very poor return policy and very poor at responding to their customers.
