The portions of some of the meals is nuts! Maybe offer smaller sizes for us tiny eaters. Also, you guys use WAY to much cheese on your pasta dishes.

Overall, I'm very happy with your service. I made commentary on my meals -- both pros and cons. It would be GREAT if you could offer sides interchangeable. E.G. I liked one particular mean but HATE kale so that precludes me from ordering that again. On the other hand, one of your sides was OFF THE CHARTS and I would choose that very often. I'm HOPING, once you become mainstream, you don't raise your prices as $60 a week is all I can muster. And as I don't know how to cook I would hate like heck to go back to pasta and other unhealthy meals. Your Customer Service is hands-down next to none!
One pain is your plate images. You can only see three at a time and it is VERY hard to remember one meal way up top when you scroll waaay down to see others. I emailed an image I made in PhotoShop so I could see ALL meals at once on my screen. I also made GREEN and RED asterisks so I would at a glace KNOW which ones I DO or DON'T like. A system like this would be VERY helpful for your clients.

I find that we don't eat some of the meals before due date and have to freeze then and they are not as good.

Freshly has been amazing for me. The food is always good and I love being able to just heat it up and eat it. It's saved me a ton of time and the meals are much healthier than I used to eat. I'll be a subscriber forever!
I LOVE Freshly! I have tried the "other" meal delivery services and I liked the food, but felt exhausted after preparing the meal. Freshly gives me the quality meals without the prep time which gives me more time to enjoy eating. I feel like I have a personal chef that prepares my meals... (oh wait- I do!).

I'm a single guy, living alone, working in sales. I come home late sometimes and I used to go out and grab a quick bite to eat at the local fast food stop. Not only is this very bad for me, but it's also very expensive. Since I've signed up for Freshly, I've been able to counteract a large portion of that cost of eating out all the time, and replace it with very good tasting meals that are actually way healthier than the 'junk' I was eating before! It's a Win-Win which works great for me! Thank You Freshly...

Wish they had more meal choices though, and kind of a hassle to get the plastic film off the meal when it's piping hot...
Almost impossible to peel off without having to use a knife or scissors... Ugh.

I work a lot, and Freshly has been a lifesaver when it comes to dinner planning during the week. However, I have a hard time justifying $60 per WEEK for dinner alone.
I get the quality of the meals is very high (and I love it!), but what if there were some commit plans that got the price down? Say for example, sign a 12 week commitment (where you are guaranteed to pay for 12 meals, but still have the option to skip) but 6 meals only cost $50?
Just a thought! If this becomes a thing, I'll be the first to sign up!

I'm a big fan and I feel like I have been eating healthier and saving money. Overall, it's been a pretty perfect experience. And over the last 5 - 6 weeks I have only been disappointed once. I felt like one steak was very bloody and undercooked. I tossed it.
My one thought is that it is very difficult to get the plastic film off of the container. If there was some sort of perforation it might help. Just so hard to rip especially if you don't have a very sharp knife handy (which is quite often because I take these meals to work). I put this into the comments and got a nice reply back.

Working full time I dont always want to come home and cook for myself since my kids are out of the house. Only ordered a couple of time, but so far the experience and quality of the food has been excellent.
So far all of the meals I have had were great, especially the pasta dishes. The vegetable sides are always good. The meals come to me quickly and packaged well.
I'm fairly new to the Freshly family, but as a single man who doesn't enjoy cooking, this has been the perfect option for me. I love the selections and the ability to skip a week if I need.
I am giving 4 stars as the meals are pretty good. I am taking a star due to the portions are very small. As well there are not enough selections. We use this product for a family of 5, in which 2 are children. After a while they get tired of eating the same thing.

Meal delivery is on time, food is good for the most part. My biggest complaint is with the coupon system. I never know if my coupon is being applied and I don't know what my next bill will be until it is already charged to my card.

I use to eat fast food. Now I actually look forward to coming home for dinner. I will drive by the fast food places with a smile because I know I have Freshly waiting at home. It saves me money, is healthier for me, and tastes fantastic. Best choice I ever made.

We will either remove an item and replace with something new, update the recipe on a current item or just add an item without removing one. As we continue to grow we will have plans to offer even more variety as well!
Answer: Hi Steven, Thank you for your interest in Freshly! We are a weekly subscription service, so you would be charged for, and delivered meals on a weekly basis. However, you can select to skip weeks, or cancel your subscription at anytime! These changes would just need to be made prior to your weekly deadline, which is outlined in your Welcome Email, Reminder Emails, and in your Meal Planner. I hope this helps!
Answer: Our meals are prepared and shipped out from our kitchen in Phoenix.:-) For Arizona deliveries we use FedEx.
Answer: The delivery window they give us is between 9am and 9pm. We package the meals to be safe for 2 days transit time, plus safe to sit outside for up to 12 hours upon delivery.:-)
Answer: Hi Nancy! We do not cook meals based on other programs' guidelines at this time. We're not overly concerned with calorie counts, but more concerned with where calories come from. Our meals are generally high protein, high healthy fat, low carb, low sugar. We use unprocessed ingredients free from hormones or added sugars, and never use chemical preservatives. Just keep in mind that our meals have a shelf life of about 5 days unless frozen. 3 - Pick your delivery day from the available dates! The specific day of the week will be your weekly delivery day unless changed. 4 - Select your delicious meals from our 30+ selections. 5 - Add your contact info, payment details, and delivery address.

You can certainly reheat our meals in a conventional oven, however, our current meal containers are not safe for the oven or stove-top, so you'll have to transfer your food to heat it up. First, preheat your oven to 350° F. Transfer your food to an oven-safe dish (don't forget to scrape the sauce out of the tray!) and cover the top in tin foil. Heat for 25-35 minutes, remove foil, and let sit 3-5 minutes, then transfer to your choice of plate or bowl and enjoy! (Keep in mind, heating times are approximate. You'll want to reheat the meal to an inner temperature of 165° F.)

We can deliver Tuesday-Saturday in Southern Illinois--deliveries can occur between 8am-9pm depending on the carriers route for the day. Answer: I've been getting mine in on time, but I assume as with all packages going through USPS, UPS, and FedEx right now, things have been backed up since COVID and only getting worse. So it's not Freshly's fault even if they aren't delivered on time.
