This service fits our needs perfectly. Meals are ready in less than 10 minutes FOR REAL! The choices are exceptional and you don't get locked into anything you don't need. With both of us working at home on different schedules, Freshly has been a lifesaver.

The food is absolutely delicious! It really does taste like a fresh cooked meal. Nothing like your old TV dinners. I'm looking forward to saving money by ordering less fast food. And the best part of all, no more cooking dinner!
Most of the meals we tried so far taste really good. However, choices are limited, especially for fish and vegetarian options. Also, as a person who doesn't eat red meat, I find it disappointing that some chicken meals contain bacon as well.
So far Freshly has surpassed my expectations. The meals range from very good to fair. Most are delicious. All ingredients have been fresh and tender. We tried Home Chef but this just makes more sense because of the time and clean-up factors. Just keep adding new meals. Thanks.
Great health food in 3 minutes. Love it. I come home from work and don't have to worry about any cooking. I am really save even more money really. Not going out to dinner as much where you can spend 40 or 50 dollars. That is a entire weeks worth of diner for me. I just can't seeing paying that kind of money anymore.

I'm a new working mom and so cooking is just not happening these days. This gives me an easy way to get diverse, healthy meals into my diet while exposing my little one to a wide variety of tastes. I love it!
I had low expectations because it's usually too late when you get the email saying your order has been processed. I was wrong. Bryan was great and provided amazing customer service. Totally would recommend.

Almost every meal I've received has been great! Perfect for lunch or dinner and I'm not going to the grocery store nearly as much! I'm saving about 150 a month. No throw away, pans to wash, wasted leftovers.

Delivered as promised! The food is honestly fresh, tastes great, and most importantly didn't involve me cooking during my busy 60 hour work week. I would highly recommend this to someone looking for a food service.

I had to cancel for a few weeks because of a temporary situation. Lee made it easy and I will certainly renew my subscription soon. My 99 year old mom really enjoys the meals. She says every single one has been very good.

This is our first experience with mail-order meals. So far, the food has been good and since everything arrives prepared, it is extremely easy. The portions are little bit smaller than we usually eat, but that gives us portion control, so guess it's a good thing.

We will either remove an item and replace with something new, update the recipe on a current item or just add an item without removing one. As we continue to grow we will have plans to offer even more variety as well!

However, you can select to skip weeks, or cancel your subscription at anytime! Answer: Our meals are prepared and shipped out from our kitchen in Phoenix.:-) For Arizona deliveries we use FedEx.
Answer: The delivery window they give us is between 9am and 9pm. We package the meals to be safe for 2 days transit time, plus safe to sit outside for up to 12 hours upon delivery.:-)

Our meals are generally high protein, high healthy fat, low carb, low sugar. We use unprocessed ingredients free from hormones or added sugars, and never use chemical preservatives. Just keep in mind that our meals have a shelf life of about 5 days unless frozen. 3 - Pick your delivery day from the available dates! The specific day of the week will be your weekly delivery day unless changed. 4 - Select your delicious meals from our 30+ selections. 5 - Add your contact info, payment details, and delivery address.

You can certainly reheat our meals in a conventional oven, however, our current meal containers are not safe for the oven or stove-top, so you'll have to transfer your food to heat it up. First, preheat your oven to 350° F. Transfer your food to an oven-safe dish (don't forget to scrape the sauce out of the tray!) and cover the top in tin foil. Heat for 25-35 minutes, remove foil, and let sit 3-5 minutes, then transfer to your choice of plate or bowl and enjoy! (Keep in mind, heating times are approximate. You'll want to reheat the meal to an inner temperature of 165° F.)

We can deliver Tuesday-Saturday in Southern Illinois--deliveries can occur between 8am-9pm depending on the carriers route for the day. Answer: I've been getting mine in on time, but I assume as with all packages going through USPS, UPS, and FedEx right now, things have been backed up since COVID and only getting worse. So it's not Freshly's fault even if they aren't delivered on time.
