Overall love it, but wish there were more fish and vegetarian options available. Also would like items to rotate more frequently so I don't feel like I'm eating the same three things every week. Great quality and service.
I like how freshly has given me back my life. I rarely go to the grocery store, don't cook, or clean really. I've lost 30 pounds. I have all this free time! I like the way the food tastes. I don't crave sugar anymore. Sometimes, they will get my order wrong, but I haven't been delivered anything I didn't actually like. I look at it like, "Hey, I know these are actual people making and packaging my food." I would love an easy way to be notified if the menu changes besides me needing to log on each week. I'm super happy with my experience and totally recommend Freshly!

Ice bags could have a biodegradable, safe liquid that could be disposed of in the sink, rather than into the trash (adding weight and possible spillage mess).

It would also nice to be able to add 1-2 single orders on top of an existing package. So I selected 9 meals for the week, and wanted to include one more to make it 10 (for an individual price discount based on my 9 meals), why not?

I enjoy receiving my chef made meals weekly and look forward to trying different tastes. It is so much better than getting take out each day saves on the calories and you can't beat the freshness and taste.

As happens once in a great while, my meals didn't arrive as scheduled, but were instead delivered to another address. I contacted Louis R at Freshly this afternoon and informed him of the missed delivery, and he immediately credited my account for this week's shipment. I've tried over 5 meal delivery services. Freshly is by far the best for the following reasons:

7. EASE. Just place in the microwave and you're set. NO PREP.
I'm 17 orders in so far and am not planning to stop anytime soon.

Commercials show appetizing, large portions, fresh-looking vegetables and happy diners. NOT! In reality, the potions are small as well as the sauces. The beef tastes like shoe letter. It's not that the meals are just tasteless but they actually taste so bad that I had to stop eating after a couple of bites. I threw out a weeks worth of food. Never again. Any food would be better than this. I now even have to resist gagging when I write about it!

The ordering process is super easy! All the recipes looked amazing! I had trouble getting any confirmation email but after chatting with their customer service agent all my questions were answered and then some! I am so excited t start receiving my meals!

I enjoy the Freshly meals. We started using Freshly because we are working parents with long hours and we have a teenager that is in multiple sports and other school activities. We noticed we were eating fast food more frequently than I would like to admit due to our busy schedules. Freshly has made meal time so easy and has definitely taken the stress off of us. We get healthy, fresh, tasty, well proportioned meals that we all love (including my picky teenager)! From the moment they arrived on my doorstep, I was impressed with how well packaged they are. My only complaint is that some of the meals we loved are no longer available. New meals have been added which are also tasty, but I feel the selection has become more limited making mealtime mundane.
Meals are always fresh, delicious and a good way to help maintain a healthy lifestyle! The portions are perfect with a variety of choices. Something for everyone! Even my picky husband is impressed. Love this meal service!
My husband and I receive 6 Freshly meals per week, so 3 nights each week I do not have to spend time thinking about what to make for dinner, making it, and cleaning up afterwards. I also can rest comfortably knowing I've eaten a healthy, calorie conscious meal.

I'm so glad to have fresh food delivered fast, but without the hassle of cooking and dishes. That said, some of the food (especially large cuts of red meat) just don't taste good microwaved. I also wish there were more options each week.

I really enjoy the meals and the convenience is just what I needed for my very busy life. Now when I am on my way home tired from a hard day at work I don't think about ordering take out or eating the most convenient thing that is usually also not healthy. Freshly meals are delicious and ready in minutes. No dishes to wash other than my fork, spoon and coffee cup. I do supplement the meals sometimes because they are a little small for my needs but I am more active than the average person. The protein content makes them very filling most of the time so just adding some extra veggies is usually all I need. And the really cool thing is I am losing some weight already.

Your website is so easy to use. The meals, so far, are great with the exception of a few I didn't care for. But until you try you'll never know, right? The deliveries happen with no problems, again except how much has to be packed inside to keep them fresh. I'm appreciative of being able to recycle the cardboard box, but the dry ice blocks and recycled jeans, while great for packaging, my state doesn't accept as recycle, so there's that. But, overall I do like this service and will continue trying different meals to build up my favorites!

I'm enjoying these meals so much... and not having to cook. Food is super fresh, with more vegetables than I'd normally eat. Wish I could afford more but my situation will change soon. I tried to get my sister to subscribe but it seems she previously did and tired of the meals. Are they different in California? What she described doesn't sound anything like my meals. I've been using Freshly off and on for about 3 years. I like that I'm able to skip weeks as needed. The servings are just right. They may look small, but I'm always satisfied and sometimes unable to finish. There's a nice variety that changes throughout the year. I'm automatically given a credit when it looks like delivery will be delayed. The site is easy to use and has good info on the meals. I wish it was a little cheaper, but it's about what an unhealthy fast food meal costs now. I've recommended Freshly to several of my friends. Also, I like that there's no prep. I toss it in my lunch bag and then toss it in the microwave for a quick and healthy lunch at work.

We will either remove an item and replace with something new, update the recipe on a current item or just add an item without removing one. You can certainly reheat our meals in a conventional oven, however, our current meal containers are not safe for the oven or stove-top, so you'll have to transfer your food to heat it up. Heat for 25-35 minutes, remove foil, and let sit 3-5 minutes, then transfer to your choice of plate or bowl and enjoy! (Keep in mind, heating times are approximate. Answer: I've been getting mine in on time, but I assume as with all packages going through USPS, UPS, and FedEx right now, things have been backed up since COVID and only getting worse. So it's not Freshly's fault even if they aren't delivered on time.
