Received damaged item and they disappeared and haven't responded to numerous emails. DON'T TRUST OR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

SCAM AND I FELL FOR IT!

Bought item on May 1st thinking it is a legit company. Order was set to ship may 20th, date came around no response from company. After emailing them the pushed the date back to may may 27th, date came around no response. After emailing them again pushed date to June 1st. They were trying stall and bide time. I emailed told them to give me my refund, because i did not wait the 30 day period i somehow got my money refunded. Took a 30 dallor loss due to the fact they didnt refund me my shipping price. Im jsut happy i got my 270 dallors back. This company is complete scam. Dont order from this company. You have been warned.

I purchased 93 dollars worth of merchandise from an "Adam Schwartz", operating the website "freshetech". I get the tracking number, from what I think is the United States Post office, and I am informed that my package is to be delivered July 5. It never arrives. I contact this individual, who is purported to be the operator of the website, and never receive any response. Very suspect business practice. I would like my money refunded.

I bought a pair of Fresh Buds e-Pro Bluetooth headphones via an offer in the Daily Beast daily email. StackCommerce was the facilitator of this transaction.
The product is GARBAGE. First pair broke on the 2nd use. Replacement pair stopped working on the 5th use.
I contacted StackCommerce (and Fresh eTech) insisting upon a refund. They have refused to make accommodations and obviously do not care about the inferior quality of the products they sell. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS. They sell crap.
