PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought 3 items on May 11th 2017. I returned one because it was NOTHING like the picture. Somehow I FINALLY talked to a lady on the phone, she emailed me a return label, so I shipped it back immediately. I've never heard from them again! I lost a lot of money and cannot make contact. I tried through twitter (@FreshTops), the phone again *******797), and two emails (*******@fresh-tops.com, *******@fresh-tops.com), and now FB. What horrible customer service. STAY AWAY FROM FRESHTOPS!

I ordered 4 things - a long-sleeve t-shirt, a cropped sweatshirt, a crop top, and a t-shirt with the word "vegan" on it. The long sleeve t-shirt looked nothing like the picture. The cropped sweatshirt had a raw hem that looked like it was literally CUT by SCISSORS. Very unprofessional. The crop top was supposed to have black writing as well as the t-shirt that said "vegan," but they both turned out being navy blue and the crop top was way too wide for a "small." I'm not impressed. (At least I received my order though...)

The first time I ordered, I bought a hat and it took a month to come in but I didn't mind because I live in Australia. It was the wrong hat, but I still didn't mind because I liked it anyway.

The second time I ordered, I splurged and bought two t-shirts and a hoodie (I would have ordered from a more reliable source but I couldn't find any other places that sell the hoodie). This was last November and it's now March - I still haven't received my order, even though my order supposedly arrived in Melbourne based on their track. I can't get in contact with them because my email says that their address is invalid. I'm so upset about this because I spent over $100 and my money has been wasted. Definitely NEVER ordering from here again and I wish I checked reviews after they stuffed up my first order.

WORST online shopping experience EVER! Communication is ridiculous with this company:
1. Received a confirmation email with my order #
2. Received an email saying I need to complete my order(?)
3. Received an email that my order has shipped the day after I processed my order
4. They really didn't ship it - they generated the shipping label B4 the order is ready
4.3 weeks later and a missed holiday - I still don't have my order and they aren't replying to my emails and are closed until the beginning of the year.

I ordered a shirt from them, it came two weeks later, but the medium was huge (it didn't say the sizes were unisex) so I emailed them, because there is no phone number available to see if I could exchange the shirt. They never contacted me back, but I was in a time crunch because I needed the shirt in three weeks before I move from this apartment to another state. I sent the shirt back, and paid $14.99 for shipping, and included a note with it saying I needed it exchanged for a smaller size and in a hurry. I also emailed them again explaining that I need it, and because I had to pay so much for shipping, I expected it on my doorstep before I move. They never contact me back in any way, but I know they received the shirt almost two weeks ago because I tracked it. I emailed them today explaining how appalled I am at their lack of customer service, and how I probably paid $40+ for absolutely nothing in return. I would ask for my money back, but they probably won't respond to that, either. Horrible company, I just wish I had seen these reviews before I wasted my money.

I ordered two shirts and one is a tie dye Disneyland shirt and the other one is a drake shirt. In total I spent about $70 including shipping. The Disneyland shirt looks like $#*! and it's a sticker basically and it will come apart in the wash, I paid about $45 for it so that was a complete rip off and I could of made the shirt myself and it would look way better than this did. The drake shirt was a regular Hanes shirt in white with a pocket and a tiny drake sitting on the pocket... Drake is also green. So it was just copied onto a Hanes shirt and copied a picture of drake him from the computer. I tried getting my money back and they told me no, all sales are final and I could exchange if I wanted but that was all they would do for me. So it's absolutely $#*! and they must know their stuff is $#*! because they won't give me my money back. 100% DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

My daughter ordered 4 shirts with these guys and ehat a JOKE! First off not a kids size, when it clearly askes size and gives you that choice! It fits my husband! It took 2 weeks to get them, and still didnt receive them all. Now I have been trying for a week to return them and nothing. They wont respond to emails and when u call them they hang up on you. Mickey Mouse Company! I've contacted my bank and hope to get my refund that way. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! NOT WHAT YOU SEE AND NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND! ZERO STARS
