French Crown

Ordered 2 shirts, took 1 month before I got a shipping tracking number. Followed tracking information. The shipper gave wrong address to shipping company. My items were delivered to wrong address. Customer Service insisted I got the items. I asked for delivery confirmation, which showed wrong address. 2 months and still no refund. I disputed the charge with Paypal, customer service kept contacting me to let them try again. I told them that after now 3 months of waiting for 2 shirts that I would NEVER give them my business. Paypay refunded me my money. Stay far away from this company. I do not know if the clothing is adequate, but they definitely wanted to keep my money and not give me any product.

Was a bit skeptical at first because of material and sizing variation but, after receiving this shirt and tried it on it fit great. The feel and quality of the fabric was nice. Very cool fabric. I did have to measure myself to ensure perfect fit prior to ordering. I would definitely recommend this shirt.

Poor craftsmanship and poor customer service! That should sum it up! Stay away! I have a few of the correspondence (copies upon request) between customer service. You'll be the judge!

This company sent me an item that was not what I expected and when I said I would like to return they refused. They provided no solution, the customer service is horrible and unable to reach.

Never, ever, ever buy from French Crown. They are a sub-par clothing company. They sent suit that didn't fit and when I asked for refund they delayed me until I couldn't get refund from my credit card company. And to top it off they sent letter making fun of me.

Horrible customer service. Horrible quality. Horrible in all respects.

My order #******* was received, but the shirt was damaged; color faded, dirty, no design which was shown on the picture. I paid 6000, they say no questions asked on return policy, but they're not responding me now. I'll be clear, when I saw so many negative reviews I was apprehensive about ordering from French Crown but I went ahead hoping for the best. I just got my order and WOW these are well tailored (hand made) head turning jackets! I'm not sure why others had so many issues but my jackets and suit (4 items) all were gorgeous! I made a second order already! They all came with high quality zipper clothing bags that fold in half and with a handle perfect for easy travel. (The travel from India will necessitate getting them pressed btw) So to anyone reading my experience was fabulous and I am now a loyal French Crown customer. I also found their customer service to be excellent and I had one minor issue where button holes were too small making it difficult to button and they said "no problem we'll send you a replacement no need to send the other back" wow try that at Macys! Finally you have to understand for $75-200 per item you're not getting $2,000 bespoke tailoring DUH but the quality is very good and they're hand made! For my money (about $700) I got 9 items including 3 suits! Try finding a $77 well made hand tailored suit that looks fabulous…. Nope. Have faith and talk to them they respond quickly (remember they're in India) Thanks to Pete and John at French Crown and the whole family there for making it possible to greatly expand my wardrobe with amazing styles for such an affordable price!

This shirt is one of the best frech crown purchases I've made so far. It feels amazing, fits awesome, and looks really nice. This shirt is top quality and very affordable. I ended up ordering to more colors.

Fits perfectly (5'10" 180lbs, medium) and I have gotten many complements on it. People are shocked that it's french crown. Fit true to size.They are good quality and look good. Definitely recommended.

Terrible Experience! Worst Customer Service ever! Received a completely damaged tuxedo blazer that cannot be worn. The merchant refuses to send me a label to send this back for refund. After 10 emails back and forth they refuse to send me a label for a problem that is not my fault! They want me to pay to ship it overseas at my expense….don't waste your money or time with this company!

The color on this really pops and fits like expected. This shirt looks a lot more expensive than it really is which is outstanding. My only concern is how it might hold up to washing, may be more advisable to dry clean.

Very comfortable material and fit,, classy and stylish shirt,, can be worth tucked or untucked. That fit me great, with a little room to give. The shirts are awesome, and you will look great in them. Good luck with your purchase. Will be ordering another one.

I bought two shirts from French Crown in March 2023 and till date I am unable to use their product. Out of two shirts, one white shirt was having dirt which I had to replace thrice and all the time received damaged or defective product. Other shirt which was replaced has shrunk after the first wash and not able to use any of them till date.

Now they are asking additional INR300 to replace the damaged product sent by the manufacturer.

I spent almost 3k for two shirts which was wastage of my money as I am not able to use the product for past three months for the merchant sending damaged product or poor quality.

Very nice & fashionable shirt - navy blue with red accent. Bought the navy blue one too. Fits perfect. Cool shirt. Love it. Very nice quality. It's exactly how i expected it to be, but recommend to all.

Excellent shirt, excellent material that does not show through, the perfect size, I am a size M, that same size I ordered and I look excellent. The only drawback is that the sleeves come good but not bad. In short, I'm going to buy again.

Just what I expected, light weight, nice fit and perfect for traveling and trekking. Nice comfortable fit. Had to order another one! Excellent shirt I use for a lot of activities. Comfortable as it gets for a durable shirt.

I had purchased a Jeans pant 34 size with above Ref. The size was not suitable and it was exchanged. The exchange size 32 was no different from 32 and hence i asked for returning the money. I was informed that the once exchanged the product can not be exchanged. All the communications were exchanged in Sept and Oct. 2022.

I had agreed for the policy and i had chosen 02 products and both the times the product chosen by me was not available (size). For the last 4 months i am struggling to exchange the product. I am not able to exchange the product nor money.
The sizes are unscientific and horrible. Except for the packing and pen nothing is good
Now i am forced to go to the Consumer court and will send you the notice from my lawyer shortly.

I bought a few shirts from French Crown and decided to return some of them. This company made the process so so difficult to return a product, I've never experienced anything like it. Beware!
