Utterly unprofessional customer service.
Ordered a custom tux, delivered early September - jacket smaller than specified custom measurements I provided. They recalled it and Nearly Two months later sent back identical garment with ZERO changes ie exactly the same wrong measurements!
After the distress and embarrassment of being scammed, I felt hopeless. RetrievexPro.___C°m changed everything. Their team was a patient, professional, and transparent lifeline. Do not purchase products from this company. Extremely poor quality. The pictures look good but when you finally receive your package ( very slow) the product is of poor quality. Poor packaging and poor customer service. Threw shirts in garbage after receiving them. Do not fall for this fraud of a company! 🤮
I ordered a Double Breasted Jacket and received an email from French Crown stating: That they could not ship my order because, 'We regret to inform you that both of these items are currently unavailable, as they did not pass our quality check and were rejected. I therefore asked for a refund, and French Crown would not refund the money. Some time latter they decided to ship the Jacket anyway. Well the description in their email was correct because the material was of such poor quality, the tailoring was shockingly bad, and the method of packaging and dispatch was appalling. How you could ever get a jacket for a large person into such a tiny packaging box is beyond comprehension. The Jacket was so bad that you would not wear it or even give it away to a charity shop, because even they would reject it. After endless emails over the past month trying to deal with them, and pointing out that they are breaking UK Law, under the Sale and Supply of Goods Act, they continue to refuse to refund my money. Their customer service don't even read your emails and only respond with a response that fails to address the problems. I also don't want an alternative jacket because I have already seen how bad their material and workmanship is. I also don't want a credit on an account wallet, because I would never purchase another product from them. I warn you not to risk purchasing from this company because French Crown's Customer Service and their products are of such poor quality it isn't worth the risk of parting with your money. I wish I could say something nice. But I can't. Don't deal with this company as you are wasting your time and money. Because they won't refund your money and they ship products out knowing that they don't meet acceptable levels of quality and workmanship. Shoddy workmanship and no better than thieves
Absolutely disgraceful company. They will gladly take your hard earned money, send you very poor garments not made to your specifications, deny their poor workmanship, offer you no customer service, deny you a refund of your hard earned money and then make up a whole new set of refund policy rules! I would not recommend French Crown to my worst enemy and would encourage anyone in the UK who has had an issue with receiving a refund to contact International Trading or your local trading standards. I would also mention that your items will come in a very small box - which a full size man's suit is forced into so that they can say the item is a sample and not pay customs tax on it. Expect your suit to come out looking like a piece of rag you would probably clean your car with! Morale of this story - stay away unless you want to throw your cash at rubbish!
This suit was disappointing and not what I was thinkin nor selected on the order. 1-The color of the suit was shot to be "Spanish Green" the color that is shown on the pictures is a washed up faded dingy looking $#*! suit. 2-The quality of this suit is worse than an H&M suit. Order#*******G
Buy from French Crown only If you want to waste your money. The product quality is bad and the service quality is worse. They are least concerned about customer satisfaction and do not respond to the customer, they don't even have the courtesy to call back the customer. They deduct money if the customer returns their product and they do not have reverse pick up in all locations. The only reason they are selling is because they've received some momentum and brand visibility due to Shark Tank. In a nutshell, not worth it!
It's a fraud company, what happened to me, follows.
1) Placed a Prepaid order, shirt with customization size.
2) One nonsense called me after that your choice shirt is not available, then I asked to refund my money, then the goat said that money can not be refund despite of your choice is available or not.
3) The goat sent me that shirt choices by his color of fabrics.
4) When I received that I said it's not my choice, then the bloody ful said this is customize order can nt be returned.
My question is that, when my choice is not available then and there you bloody should refund my money. Why you went for customization with your choice of shirt?
Never ever buy anything from French Crown Luxury.
They are big time cheaters and fraud.
Returned 2 packages of 4 orders worth $250-300 and now they are saying both are not received. The status shows delivered for Both.
They don't even reply to your mails. Even the CEO doesn't care
I ordered 2 order 3 shirts each (buy 2 get 1) 6 shirts total 5k for each order.For 7 days they continuously showed order will ship in 2 days,then I read reviews here and sent a mail to them and I got reassurance that I will get the product soon.
Today I got it but one shirt is missing from each order and the bill on the package shows 3395.
Product is also really really average and you can toatally get it for half the price they are selling at other good sites.Don't waste your money and time.
After trying unsuccessfully to reach customer service regarding a problem with my recent order I decided to try and reach out to the CEO of French Crown. He responding with obscenities and a gay slur. So if you want poor quality merchandise and hate this is definitely your company! See screen shot as proof. The company claimed they are conducting a "full investigation" but instead they are simply blocking angry comments about this incident.
Pathetic quality of cloth, worst road side customer care. Fx in people, cheap in all respects, avoid at any cost
The calculation of price payable is
5 shirts for 1997+2497+2797+2997+1997=******* less one free 1997=******* less 15% MPSHYPB ie 1543.20=8744.80 less 5%for prepaid 437.24=8407.56 the net payable. You have charged Rs.*******.24 is an excess of Rs.1654=68.
Prepaid is allowed 2% instead of allowable 5%. You have not allowed your own committed discount of 15% MPSHYPB.
Please refund me the same urgently. Alternatively you confirm that the excess amount charged + Cash discount in lieu of above order will be adjusted in next order.
No customer care executive responded. Wanna cancel the order placed by their fraudster means n promise.
Imagine French Crown never bother to reply n ratify. Order of 5 more shirts is already due but they don't sort out the issue.

In general French Crown's products are good. However if there is a problem their customer service is terrible. They sent my last order to an old address where I haven't lived in two years and the package is lost. Despite many attempts on my part to resolve the problem they do not respond.
This company sent me an item that was not what I expected and when I said I would like to return they refused. They provided no solution, the customer service is horrible and unable to reach.
I ordered a 2 piece suit and a tie-pocket square combo with a total price of around *******.
These guys decided to pack the above 3 items and a free gift in a box smaller than a sneaker box! Imagine!
And adding to that they didn't even send any cover to keep my suit.
When I received my suit, it was all ruined and had wrinkles all over it. It already looks worn even before trying it on! On top of it, when I tried to raise a concern I only received 1 response, probably automated, that your complaint will be addressed shortly, which was never addressed.
After that they decided to IGNORE my emails.
Definitely not buying from this fraud company ever again and urge people not to rely on social media ads.

I wanted to assure that if ordered a suit it would be here in time for my wedding (Dec. 10th). I was assured that it would be. So I placed the order. After placing the order I received no correspondence for WEEKS. They initially gave me a tracking number for the order. After doing research I discovered that the label was initially created in July of 22. We are now at Nov 29th with no movement whatsoever. I asked for the status and was told the suit had just begun "production" even though the website stated that the size I ordered was on hand already(which is why I chose the one I chose). I immediately requested that the order be cancelled because there was no way it would be here by Dec 10th or anytime before just in case I needed to make adjustments. That's where the problems began. I received no response. Three days later I received a notification that it was being prepared to ship. I contacted them again stating that I wanted to cancel the order. Whomever I spoke with said that the order couldn't be cancelled and was being sent. I inquired as to why and never got a clear answer(I have emails to prove everything I'm typing). Now the tracking number is active. I immediately called FedEx and refused delivery before it even left their warehouse. FedEx complied and returned to sender. Now they are refusing to refund my money stating that it is their "policy" that a customer must receive delivery and then contact them for a refund. Makes no sense because I requested that the order be cancel before "production". More than likely just a scam to get the customer to pay return shipping as well. This has now been going on for over6 months. Please do not do business with this company! Clearly the good reviews are fakes. As I stated I have the emails to prove everything I have typed. So i have ordered 3 suits worth 25k from from FC on October 24 for my sister engagement, received the product on nov 5, so there were sizing issue due to which i decided to exchange and returned all 3, they were picked up on nov 9, so i requested them to send it on urgent basis before 24 November for the event for which i bought, they told me they will send it asap, after messaging and calling them regularly they did not send it, so i wore normal formal for the event, but that was also fine, then i asked them when they are gonna send, they keep on telling lies and lies( sir manufacturing mai hai, production mai hai, quality checking mai hai etc). I wanted to abuse them but i decided not to and learnt my lesson. Today on December 14 i received my suits, but now they are of no use to me. Such a pathetic after sales service. Wasted my hard earned money. Be safe, don't buy. They don't even gave suit bag, 3 suits stuffed in a box. Picture attached.
French Crown is a total disappointment. Their products are shoddily made with terrible craftsmanship, and the fittings are way off. I spent 15,000 INR and have received no response for a refund, even though I returned the items over 15 days ago. Avoid them at all costs.
The quality of the goods are average and not as good as other brands. Also noticed not good customer service provided by the back end team./
