How this site operates I have no idea. You can not cancel your account. They just by pass the bank hold on the money. They do not fix errors on your credit and the price goes up and up for member$#*!

This site is awful and to make them worse, when I tried to cancel, which they make you believe you can do online, my "membership" was not canceled. It was not until months later that I noticed I was still being charged for the ": membership". I went back online to "cancel" when I noticed that after you choose not to pay $9.95 for the site it takes you to another page telling you to call to cancel. If you missed that page you are screwed and they will not refund you anything. Deceitful jerks. Don't use them!

This is a joke! I input all the info and nothing worked. I got no info. I got a ton of questions for signing up for even more things to pay for. I did all it said to do and got no credit scores. I was so frustrated I could scream. I called my bank immeditately to make sure they didn't charge me since it's supposed to be FREE. I just found out they charged my account $1 so far but I can't dispute it until it's completely and it's a pending charge now! Grrrrrrrr... So mad!

I signed up for free score and they decided to sign me up for identityhawk. WTF is identityhawk? I never received any information on this company but I was getting charged for it every month even after I cancelled the free score! That was $30 in fees! This company needs to be closed down they have no good reviews for them. I wish I would have looked it up before signing up hopefully this helps others. Keep checking your account for charges even after you cancel! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

FRAUDULENT CHARGES to my credit card, register on frescore.com so they charge me $14.95 also they charge another $14.95 for indentifyhawk (I dont know what is this).
When you want to cancel membership make sure you have to call them to cancel. (they give fake cancel page online they said like to cancel membership you must fill the from below to cancel, after filled that form poeple think they are already cancel but not its fake. To cancel you must to call *******076.

This company should be close.

I got my true free report at annualcreditreport.com however didn't realize that after you view it and leave you can't log back in to view or print it until the following year when you qualify for your free report again. Since I needed to print my report I created an account with freescore.com printed my report and emailed them with all my proper information and requested my membership canceled. The following month I got charged again. I called requesting to cancel and to be removed from their email list as i was receiving 3-5 emails per week from them. So they "did it". For the next few days my email was completely SPAM! I called to complain they said that my membership was canceled but for whatever reason they had not taken me off their mailing list but now it was done. AGAIN! For the next few weeks my email was blowing up with emails from this company sometimes up to 2 emails a day! I don't understand why this company just doesn't LISTEN! Be weary! Don't do business with this company. If you want a free report go to annualcreditreport.com NO MONITORING FEES, NO MONTHLY FEES WHAT SO EVER JUST YOUR FREE CREDIT REPORT! Just be sure if you need to review it again print it the first time or you will no longer be able to view it until the next your when you qualify for your free report again.

I don't know where they recruit the people that work for them but OMG! Completely unprofessional. I actually did cancel, had a confirmation of my cancellation BUT they still would not credit me the full $30 they would only credit me $15. This is not about $15 its about the fact that I cancelled, got a confirmation but still could not get my money back. On top of this, what REALLY frustrated me was how unprofessional this Rick guy was. At first he wasn't going to credit me anything but I threatened to call their headquarters so he said, "Well you haven't came out to directly ask if I could credit you the $30." Even though he was insinuating that no credits would be made he didn't directly say it AND supposedly I didn't directly ask for a credit. Then Rick proceeded to be very argumentative in a passive way, like I asked, "Is there anything else you can help me with Rick?" And he replies, "Well is there anything you would like to ask me?" WTF! Really! Soooo immature! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! THEY SUCK! I don't know how such companies can do business in such a manner and not get penalized for it!
