I recently experienced exceptional customer support at Freelancer.com that I wish to commend. Reaching out through their live chat, I was quickly connected with a representative, demonstrating Freelancer.com's commitment to prompt service. The representative, Jewel, provided a warm and attentive response, thoroughly understanding my issue without rushing the conversation. Their expertise shone through as they offered clear, actionable solutions, simplifying complex procedures with ease.
I'm out of pocket for hundreds of dollars and I have no digital selling website I can use. This Freelancer website has no protection in place for clients ripped off by Freelancers. You can't trust a system that doesn't protect their clients! You simply have no way of knowing whom to trust. The Freelancer Company ignored my pleas for a full refund of all fees paid to the Freelancer under Australian law for a service she never delivered. This site operates more like a scam company with no protection in place for people that do the honest thing.
I commissioned a contest on freelancer to have a logo designed. I received over 700 applications. Unfortunately none of which were matching the brief and my creative vision. I went back and forth with over 10 designers who were unable to fulfil my requirements. I contacted customer service who kindly refunded my deposit back to me. The app is very buggy and not so user friendly. The desktop website works better when trying to review submissions and chat with designers.

I have a problem to freelancer customer service help me and give a powerful solution, thank you get support center.
I have used Freelancer for many years. Unfortunately, it has become harder to find good programmers at decent prices. Also freelancer closes many accounts far too fast and before you know it some you hire is dropped off and account discontinued. It has happened twice and both times has led to a loss of several months of work and in one case I lost a fair bit of money. Still you can find good programmers, just takes longer and you have to look or pay more to get good ones.
I do not use Freelancer.com but I had to contact the customer support team, as some fake job ads were posted on the platform, and pretending to be from our company. The support team has been helping me investigate the issue and try to stop it, as much as we could.
The only criticism would be that I did not get to deal with the same advisor each time, in fact it was a different person replying to each of my messages - this makes the experience feel very impersonal and not all advisors who dealt with our issue showed the same interest and will to help us out.
It is a very good platform
I hope freelancer is the better working place for us
And please give me some work
Tip for consumers:
I am new here

Nothing i am new here
Mobile website code may not be very well integrated with chat agent text service options as cleanly usable as you might prefer.
I am new here abs would like to trust that this is the best place for projects as freelancer.
The support you recently provided me with on payment method was not customized to my needs. It just seemed a ready made response which failed to address my problem specifically. You'll find that if you go back to the email correspondence we had. May be you are already overwhelmed with support requests from the many clients you serve. However, I believe that you can still do better. Regards,
The staff was great. The programmer I was paired with by the recruiter was not very professional, asking during our first conversation if I would pay him outside of freelancer since they took so much money from the milestone that it wasn't fair to him. Well, it seems as though that is a scam to take my money and, if freelancer takes so much money, and he knows that, and is not happy about that, why work with freelancer on the first place? I don't know… it just seemed very shady on his part.
I did not enjoy my experience using freelancer due to fraudulent listings and inaccessible usage.
However the interaction with Judith J at freelancer user support was efficient and incredibly easy to resolve withdrawal and account deletion.
Just a suggestion: You might want to let your customers know that they should notify their credit card companies when they are trying to make a payment to a company (like yours) that operates outside of the United States. This would eliminate a ton of effort and confusion on everyone's part.
I will express later future my experience.
Now just doing well as a beginners
Judith j has done the good help to me for my queries.
I invited the client here to Freelancer and he hired me more than two months ago I finished the project with him, but until today I cannot withdraw my money. I had to document my identity KYC, and then a PayPal account with the same email is required here to start the money on it. The procedures are incomplete and a little tricky. I hope in the coming days I will get more projects here, the recruitment process will be faster, the withdrawal of money is easier, and the use is easier
I waited over 10 minutes for her to just look at the link to my project after I told her what I needed help with. But she did help me to change the title.
In general, for Freelancer, I'm finding the quality of submissions appalling. People are stealing other people's work and submissions, being lazy and copying my own example images and stock images, misspelling things, etc... it's bad.
If you could have known that the more payment options would be available in desktop / laptop only, i wouldn't have wasted time in trying in your mobile app for over a week.
The chat with the service representative was fully satisfactory. But I guess everyone can save a lot of precious time by avoiding situations that necessitates such chat sessions. My query was about my subscription. That query wouldn't have been there in the first place if proper description of the particular subscription is mentioned on the subscription page itself. When asked, the representative fetches the details for you with some obscure link. He did his job well. Answered the query satisfactorily. But I don't think I had to waste time for such a thing in this 21st century. This is a honest feedback. No offense intended. Thanks.
Informed me how it works and what I had to do to get a new account. However I am a bit mifted that I had to set up a new account with a different email address. Thought that these days with the technology available all I would need to do is change my username and password.
Considering no one else would have the same email address. Telecommunications companies would not allow it.
I paid Verified in September, but only had the badge now in January. However, both people who helped me when I complained (Russell and Frank) were very friendly and agile.
This issue was resolved but it took quite a while. Perhaps because of COVID-19 issues with small staff?
My experience has been very convoluted, frustrating and for the most part not really very professional. The last freelancer support agent however has resolve the issues at least as far as I can tell.

Frankly, I'm having a hard time getting jobs within Freelancer. Although there are many jobs in demand that I understand I would be qualified to solve, I never have the opportunity to be chosen. I suppose that by not having prior qualifications, when choosing the proponent they always play it safe. Likewise, in a positive way, I note that the page puts me in tune with job applications, and the level of training required by the jobs. It forces me to train in other areas, deepen my own knowledge and improve my level of English, among other things.
Overall the response was satisfactory. However, some improvement is required in terms of dealing quickly with requests
I have contacted the support team for 3 days, it was some sort of emergency. They haven't been responding. That was highly irresponsible. Finally, when I contacted them on twitter, my got solved
We had an issue on a project where the Freelancer who accepted the job and I couldn't release the payment for a milestone - more hours were tracked on the weekly limit and my card had a charge attempt. Because of this, a second project was then created to complete more of the work. But then the charges were duplicated, I am glad that my freelancer and I could have worked without releasing milestones. Freelancertook a long time to assist, but in the end solved the problem on the freelancer system.
Pretty good platform for work sometimes support service feels so bad no one reply, Live chat not working properly and tickets get solved without doing problem solved, This platform need to improve Freelancer support system.
