Great Experience!

Freecash is one of the best rewards sites, if not THE best. Your earnings reflect the amount of effort you put into it. There is an abundance of games to choose from for every gamer out there and if you like surveys, they have that too! I highly recommend if you want to earn a few bucks and have fun, too!

Positive, Passing the time & Payments

At first I was hesitant. I saved up my points and then panicked that perhaps it was going to be another app that scams you. *THANKFULLY IT IS NOT A SCAM* I was able to cash out. After a simple verification.

The support offered is amazing. The system used to upload screenshots - impressive.

I don't blame FREECASH for these errors. It could be the app developers fault. But they offer instant, swift support. That has a far quicker response time than many large companies!

Play til your hearts content! Or you'll regret it!

Works well as long as you plan it out

So far so good. I mean I was able to make what 1100 bucks in one day the other day. Just people need to remember you have to spend money to make money. So thinking about like a small business did you want to make money doing this? You need to invest money into it so therefore those level ups and all that stuff like the bingo ones especially and they pay out a lot but you have to spend a lot to get there. I spent 350 bucks and I made $1,100 off that so it's pretty good but you're not going to get that far through it unless you spend money to do so or it just won't work. My only issue is I should wait 7 days and now every time to get my money so that kind of sucks. But other than that say it works. If you make it work you should go to plan it out just right

Payout takes too long

You have to wait 7 to 14 days in order to get paid for the games even if it's $1. I didn't know this until I met my first goal! Most of the surveys disqualify you and the customer support is no help at all. They just send a bunch of pre typed responses and don't try to do anything to really help you.

Not friendly to African users

A lot of game offers were "not available to my region" (Zambia). Never got a single survey. After fighting tooth and nail to gain what I could… I only made $10. And I have no usable offers left
The withdrawal process was instant though so that was good.

I played Bingo Blitz, reached Copenhagen (did not say that it was expired and STILL does not say that it has expired), and have passed Copenhagen by a few cities and still have not been credited my $80. I've never had an issue with any of the credits before this city. So I filed a ticket with all the screenshots and it was rejected without an explanation. I'm very disappointed and irritated. It's been several days since I completed this offer.

Warning! Full of scams!

They keep refusing to pay rewards without any detailed explanation. I spent money and hours completing tasks, but suddenly, they didn't track, and I didn't get rewarded. I submitted a ticket and provided every detail with evidence showing I completed the task within the timeframe, but they kept saying, 'We can't provide details, but we can't pay.' The unpaid rewards have now exceeded $200. They never pay for bigger rewards. Don't waste your time and money.

STRAIGHT SCAM
April 14, 2025

SCAM. You may be able to cash out once or twice from the bonus and some small tasks here and there but then any significant rewards will say 'pending' for 7 days and then it still won't release. I contacted support and just got these automated messages back telling me 'my chargeback rate is too low (Wich I only had one chargeback and it seems confident that it was a survey for 4.50 that I took my time on because it paid good) then they proceed to tell me the only way I can get the money is to make over 4,000 points by doing surveys or playing games. It's a straight scam, they disqualify you from something to "drop your chargeback rate' so they can then tell you that you have to play or do surveys more and make thousands of points to have your money released. Straight SCAM

Waste of time

Most games don't pay after a task has been completed and when cashing out, the virtual card payment was a scam, kept declining, even if the purchase was way below the value of the funds on the virtual card 😏

First big cash out unreceived

I finally got my cash out balance to 30$ and cashed out this morning only to not be credited to my bank the 30$ reward I cashed out. I tried to fill out a support ticket but there was no option to do so, I filled in my contact email as it appears on the app and that I've never had trouble with before along with my account and routing number and have been unsuccessful to receive any help

I recently spent $200 to receive a gift card and it hasn't shown up yet. While I'm sure it will appear eventually, there is no place that I can find to check on it's status. I have also experienced several times where points weren't credited when I completed the task. And I don't know how to let you know. I also love playing Match Factory and there are times when it doesn't show on my list of games. Other than that, I love the challenges to reach goals! I would really love more sorting and matching games! Thank you for asking about my experience!

The amount of ads to revenue ratio is so skewed. For some of the games, it would take a month or more to get a few dollars. And since it can only be new users, I can't play 75% of the games shown since I've tried them before. There's not an option to get rid of an offer I would qualify for.

Support Mishap

The support team has been dreadful. Just simply using copy & paste generic replies as if they're working for Amazon. If you have a specific issue, like my account did, where the verification link wouldn't show, they're useless. After over 65 days of trial and error, I finally got my payout. I recommend taking some more time to train the support team properly instead of relying on copy and paste responses.

There are better options

Freecash used to be good, but they changed their odds structure so the streaks and daily bonuses now are always $0. Support is worthless and can never/will never help other than to just make excuses - usually blame the survey or the offer partner and tell you to contact them. Freecash also takes a percentage from Paypal cashouts which no one else does. Mostly just frustrating to use now.

Again could withdraw money
April 14, 2025

Again I wanted to withdraw money clicked on new option of visa. Then I realized I don't have my Visa card and that it will give me some kind of Visa card in dollars that I don't need and wound be able to use. I never did cash out and just wanted to go the old way through pay pal. But those funds were already off my account. So now my account doesn't have that money but they have never been cash out as well. I can't reverse this anyhow. There are just stuck there. And the helpline was a nightmare. First the bot chat - useless, secondly I finally was transferred to a person, and they just simply never got in contact with me… so now I literally just lost money and time

You guys decided, without reason, to deny my payout for a completed 50$ task. When I spoke with customer support I was told, they didn't know the cause for the denial and they couldn't fix it. Wasted a week and 15$ of my own money, you guys got me good, disgraceful.

Great earning rates
