I spent $400 completing domino dreams and the app never tracked my progress. They are saying there is nothing you can do and I have now lost $200 of my own money.
...however, small amounts here and there with long wait periods to cash out. Now they charge an even higher fee to cash out to PayPal? I chose the pre paid visa because you get the whole cash out amount NO Fee.
I have been playing this for about 8 months and have had over £100 in Amazon vouchers.As I like playing games, it has been no effort and I have made no in app purchases. Really easy to claim vouchers.
Overall, I would say the service is great at what it does and how it performs. However, I would say that the large payout goals are too difficult to accomplish and would rather prefer those larger goals to have a lower difficulty for completion but would require more time to be spent on them so each goal is possible to complete for free with effort.
As with other similar apps, I had my reservations and assumed I would delete in a couple weeks. However, I am happy to say, I have been proven wrong. It doesn't take long to increase your payout balance, and the withdrawal was also very fast and simple! I couldn't be more pleased!
The final communication was great. They solved my problem but that was after a month of being ignored and redirected by automated messages. The main problem was with Veriff. They are awful. The application is garbage. Freecash customer service was very apologetic once they saw the problem but I believe that Veriff should be the party held accountable. I like Freecash but the association with such an incompetent service like Veriff hurts their reputation. A change in verification services would make life a lot easiers for both Freecash and their customers.
As I sit and enjoy my time playing games or doing surveys I think it's crazy how times have changed to the point that u could get paid to do something u injoy
The app started out good with tracking and gave a few rewards then after a week it stopped tracking as it should. In which made me loose out on valuable rewards that a great deal of time and energy put into. Reaching out to customer service is pointless they same same thing it's working on are end. Making a ticket is pointless sits there for 10 days then it's solved with no reward or explanation.

My merge dragons 3000 power task wasn't tracked and I gave evidence with 2 pictures and they didn't give me my money, and I had previously ordered $10 and $25 of Google play gift cards which said they need more information to be redeemed. Freecash did not apologize and refund me or give me my money.

Overall pretty good app for some side money. User interface is good and pays really well. I have it a four stars only because after you get 20$ in your account you have to wait two weeks to cash out money you get from completed tasks.
Great to have a platform where you can make a little bit of money from games however I think it deceives people of how much you can learn- and it's not very simple to withdraw the cash.
Freecash is a very good app for extra income, so far I don't have anything else like it, I can only say one thing, try it and you will be satisfied, bravo for this app
If you didn't want to sell away your personal data, note this: you will have to provide facial recognition data and a picture of driver's license/id just to cash out. How much did freecash make off of that, without giving me a cut?

I started doing this for the extra money and quickly found out that you need to find your niche. Setting goals and reaching those goals. Recipe for life they say. Don't take it too seriously and you'll find that it's actually relaxing. My favorite payout is the Amazon gift cards.
When wanting to withdraw. Everything is possible in GBP apart from Visa which is only USD. You are basically scamming everyone out of an extra £1 for every £4 just to convert from USD to GBP, even though it says no exchange rates. And nothing else has an exchange rate either.

The games are fun and easy, but the goals don't give you the time limit at first, which is deceptive. You don't know you missed the goal until it tells you it's expired so why should I even bother if I can't know the time limit?
It's easy to use and customer service is quick to respond. I don't always cash out a bunch but when I need 25 dollars or 10 dollars here and there I know I can count on my game pay most days!
There were some issues with not being credited for completing an offer but for the most part you're able to appeal them. They give legitimate cash rewards.
I've been using free cash for awhile and usually experience no problems, but occasionally there are some issues with certain rewards not being able to be claimed after completing them. You can put in tickets for them to take a look at your problems, but I've experienced that it takes awhile for a response from support. Overall not a bad app to make a some extra cash fast and easy
