Styles are not consistent in size; clothes are overpriced for the quality; delivery takes entirely too long; and customer service is completely abysmal. Tried to make a return for unworn merchandise with the tags still attached, and was refused due to an unknown timeline "window." If you purchase online from here, beware
Used to love this site, but two consecutive returns that I had to follow up with customer service after months in order to receive my refund has really tarnished it in my opinion. Great clothes, but $#*!ty customer service is ruining my experience.
First off, there needs to be a way of giving 0 stars, or for Frank & Oak, NEGATIVE STARS. Still waiting for an order placed in mid Dec (an order which they confirmed they had and delivery would be before Christmas). I've sent multiple emails and contacted them on messenger and received one response, They state they can't cancel the order because it has NOW been shipped. BUT WAIT turns out, THAT'S a lie. Plug in the tracking number and BAM, NOTHING. This order has not been shipped. AND here's the best part, they DON'T have a phone number to call and actually TALK TO SOMEONE. They hide behind the emails and messenger and just IGNORE YOU. I called a Frank & Oak store and the girl told me they treat them the exact same way (LIKE GARBAGE). What kind of a company doesn't have a CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER to call? I'll tell you what kind of company, ONE you should NEVER do BUSINESS WITH.
I was excited to try this website but they don't offer plus size options. And plus size clothing subscriptions offer clothing that is too large for me.
