I, too, purchased a dress from this website after examining the refund policy and sizing guide. I sized up because I wasn't sure if the material was stretchy. Upon receiving, the sleeves were too long and the waist sat under my busy (an empire fit). After requesting a refund, I was given the run around about sending photos. When I notified them that it was a design and size issue, they requested that I measure the garment and send them the measurements compared to the sizing guide. I told them I read it before buying and I wanted to request a fast refund or exchange (which they ignored the exchange request). Their response was "shipping to our facility in China is very expensive," in bold font. Funny because their business is based in Southern California, 50 minutes from my house. I told them how upset I was with their business model and customer service and that expecting customers to pay for shipping that is equal or more to a dress is ridiculous. I also filed a complaint to the BBB and FTC.
I wish I saw these reviews before purchasing. They have 2 social media accounts with nothing on them. I hope the BBB can get me my refund.
