I was attracted to the store because they seemed to have a slightly different inventory than a few in the mall. I made a purchase of 2 for $25 in earrings. One pair was a patterned stone with wires. One by one, both stone pieces detached themselves - leaving the shell of the earring dangling from my lob (in only a few months). Mind you, I have a variety of earrings so I did not wear these every day -- Obviously, cheaply made. Unless you have money to waste, keep yours in your pocket.
I had ordered from Francesca's online and needed my shipping address re-directed. I contacted them multiple times moments after placing the order. They did not respond until after it had processed and shipped (about two weeks later). They said there is nothing they can do and gave no next steps to take. The package was unable to be delivered (obviously). I reach out to them multiple times regarding what net steps to take since I was already charged. No response. They do not answer their phones, reply to voicemails or emails. Like talking to a brick wall. This is highly disappointing since their in-store customer service is usually right on the ball. This has definitely changed my opinion of Francesca's.
I made a return in-store on June 1,2023. It is September 4th, and I do not have my money back. When I contacted the customer service, their response was: "Hi, I found the return and it did process successfully on our end. It was electronically data captured. You may show your bank the below snip."
I checked with my Amex service provider and they did not find any refund from Francesca store.
Francesca' s response: "Our suggestion would be to have AMEX get with Chase Bank to figure out where the disconnect is, or have AMEX dispute the charges via a chargeback."
So they are basically asking the customer to get their own bank connect with Francesca's Chase Bank, instead of figuring out where the refund "got lost".
I am never purchasing anything from this store again. It is their responsibility to ensure that the refund is in fact refunded to the customer not the other way around. They are most likely defrauding the customers and never issuing the refunds. Do not support this kind of "business".
This resale is a scam. I asked for the shipping to be sent to a certain address and the company sent it to the wrong address and then refused to give me a full refund included the shipping. DONT waste your time or money on these products! They should be ashamed for their actions.
A friend & I went to the winston salem store and the lady there was very rude and unprofessional. I also called the store about a product and she was rude AGAIN on phone. I definitely won't be going back to the winston location.
My orders have always been on time and the items exactly as described. They have a great selection of stylish clothing that is pretty well made. Would definitely order form them again.
Took a little while for my items to ship and when I received the package ''twas missing an item I purchased. Tried to contact by phone but couldn't get through so I sent an email.

Grace is really awesome! She greeted me when I came in and made sure to check on me throughout the visit. I can tell she's a people person and she asked nice, casual questions during checkout that led to us talking about how her partner and I have similar careers. There was an in store deal of buy one item of jewelry get another for free. I bought a necklace and a pack of rings for 18 dollars. The next day the necklace completely broke out of nowhere and I found it on the ground later on. I didnt even do anything to make it snap. The rings are already rusting completely. They're turning into a gross copper color. Never buying from there again. It's cheap products.
I have never ordered from their online store so I dont know how fast the shipping is but we have a very large boutique close to where I live and I love shopping there. The clothes fit true to size and are extremely stylish and on trend. Love this store!
I placed my order almost a month ago at this point. No updated status, still has not shipped. Have not responded to any of my emails and just put on hold forever when I call. So I have no idea if my order will ever ship. They have not responded to any of my emails but the promo emails are sure going through. Don't order from this website! Not worth it if you have any issues/questions about your order. And if you ever get it.
I had ordered online and the shirts we're too tight on the sleeve. I exchanged for larger size and for some reason there sleeves are just extremely tight. I dmt have large arms, I'm fairly petite. So anyway, I returned it all. Second order online I made, (short sleeves) they charged my credit card twice. Every time I hit the pay button it said error try again. When I called they said I never placed an order. They said they couldn't not help me. So now I have $116 racked up on credit card and no clothes. They will not refund me because they claim the order was never processed. So apparently they just charge people regardless of sending u the clothes or not. I'm pissed. What a joke.
I have been in this store twice and will return as long as Cori Morrison is there to help! Her personality and knowledge is unforgettable! This lady definitely makes you feel welcome and knows how to make you feel your best when shopping. I left with so many new things and Was very pleased! Frederick store is awesome as long as they have her! Cori is so good she doesn't even ask your size she just knows! She helped me in so many ways when I shopped but most of all she made me feel good and excited about shopping. We need more people like her. I definitely recommend this store and hope u get Cori because you won't be disappointed!
I have placed an order on Francesca's Online Store. It has almost been two weeks, and I have not heard anything regarding the status on my order. I have tried calling customer service regarding this issue earlier today, and I have not been able to get in contact with anyone on that end.
I returned some items a couple of weeks ago and I have yet to hear from them. I went ahead and emailed, which it's so hard to even find any customer service information for them. Decided to call and here I am on hold for 30mins. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to someone to even try and help you. Even if I do, I'm afraid they may not be of much help. As I continue to be on hold I tell you don't buy clothes online at francesca's, please just go to the store, you'll have a much better experience.
I recently received my Calise Woven Mini Tote and initially I was very pleased. However, after carrying the tote for the 3rd time, the interwoven straps came undone. There is evidence that the interwoven straps were once lightly, yet insecurity, glued to the lining of the tote ( traces of glue remain). I have enclosed a picture. I am greatly disappointed in this purchase and the poor craftsmanship of the tote. As a first-time shopper it is doubtful that I will be a returning customer with Franchesca. I contacted customer service via email two times and never received a reply.
A Store manager at Francesca. She needs to focus on her own people ( standing and eating behind the register) Instead of focusing on other stores that is not even the same company and reporting them to that DM company what that staff or employee is doing at the store.
I made an online order on May 9. My order finally shipped May 21st. Here it is, May 27th and I have yet to receive my order. The tracking says I will not receive it until June 1st! Ridiculous! Shop in the store.
