I had ordered from Francesca's online and needed my shipping address re-directed. I contacted them multiple times moments after placing the order. They did not respond until after it had processed and shipped (about two weeks later). They said there is nothing they can do and gave no next steps to take. The package was unable to be delivered (obviously). I reach out to them multiple times regarding what net steps to take since I was already charged. No response. They do not answer their phones, reply to voicemails or emails. Like talking to a brick wall. This is highly disappointing since their in-store customer service is usually right on the ball. This has definitely changed my opinion of Francesca's.
