The sign outside showed "entire boutique 35% off" except it was only one rack with about 20 items on it. Their regular prices are ridiculous. I can't see paying $60 for a top that's already got strings falling off and seams starting to come apart. As in the clothes are literally falling apart on the hanger. It reminded me of what you find on Amazon for $12-20. I tried on a few things and everything looked awful, like it was made for someone under 4 feet tall. Rompers fit like slingshots. Like when you get something made from China and the Amazon seller warns Americans to but 5+ sizes larger because of the sizing discrepancy. The styles are cute but the quality is subpar. The jewelry is obnoxious, it's the same Paparazzi stuff you can get for $1 everywhere else. I wouldn't shop there if everything was free. It's literally garbage.
For some reason when I tried ordering, their website only accepted 1 of my 2 orders. I sent an email to ask about the first order, since it wasn't showing up in my account but they'd still taken my money, and got no response. I eventually called customer service, who picked up after about 20 minutes of waiting, and was told that it was a system order and that while I could replace my order, one item was now out of stock, so I wouldn't get the discount anymore- which was the whole reason why I ordered. I asked them to make an exception and to allow the discount on the second item since it was their system's error, but they denied my request, so I told them to just not bother replacing the order and to cancel the 2nd order as well. They told me since the 2nd order was already on its way that it couldn't be cancelled until it reached the store, and agreed to call to have it cancelled upon arrival. That never happened. I went to the store today to see what needs to be done and they informed me that they never received a call or email from customer service, and that since I paid with PayPal, even if I do a return, I'll be ineligible for a refund, only store credit. I have NO interest in shopping her anymore, so I have no desire for store credit. This entire process has been insane. I'm so upset at the level of miscommunication and errors that have occurred with this process. I'll now have to contact their customer service AGAIN to try to get my money back for clothes that I've never even held in my hands.
A Store manager at Francesca. She needs to focus on her own people ( standing and eating behind the register) Instead of focusing on other stores that is not even the same company and reporting them to that DM company what that staff or employee is doing at the store.
This resale is a scam. I asked for the shipping to be sent to a certain address and the company sent it to the wrong address and then refused to give me a full refund included the shipping. DONT waste your time or money on these products! They should be ashamed for their actions.
I returned some items a couple of weeks ago and I have yet to hear from them. I went ahead and emailed, which it's so hard to even find any customer service information for them. Decided to call and here I am on hold for 30mins. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to someone to even try and help you. Even if I do, I'm afraid they may not be of much help. As I continue to be on hold I tell you don't buy clothes online at francesca's, please just go to the store, you'll have a much better experience.
Took a little while for my items to ship and when I received the package ''twas missing an item I purchased. Tried to contact by phone but couldn't get through so I sent an email.
I placed my order almost a month ago at this point. No updated status, still has not shipped. Have not responded to any of my emails and just put on hold forever when I call. So I have no idea if my order will ever ship. They have not responded to any of my emails but the promo emails are sure going through. Don't order from this website! Not worth it if you have any issues/questions about your order. And if you ever get it.
Normally I don't bother to leave reviews like this but I'm kinda disappointed. I ordered 10 items from Francesca's website during their semi annual sale and paid for all 10 but only received 9/10 items. My order delivered on a Friday and they don't open again until Monday and customer service is only available during business hours as well of course. I sent an email so hopefully I'll have someone get back to me soon and make sure this issue is resolved.
My third phone call this morning I was on hold for 20 minutes when I got hung up on, my other calls have been a total of 15 minutes and counting (still on hold while I write this). They have not answered any of my emails. I was shamed by the first woman I spoke to for not contacting them sooner which was ridiculous because I emailed as soon as my order when out because their site glitched and unselected the correct address and instead was sending my order to an address from 2 years ago. But of course it was a three day weekend when this happened and even tho I emailed and tried calling their offices were obviously closed and I didn't not get a response until I called on Tuesday. She told me she'd correct the address and that the shipping company might still send my items to the wrong address even though my package had not been shipped yet at the time. On Thursday I received an email at 11am that my items had shipped, displaying my correct address. So I was under the impression that it was being sent to the right place. I then reviewed a delivered notification at 5pm THE SAME DAY. It was only then that the tracking I for provided from fed ex revealed that it was sent to the wrong address when it was listen at the bottom along with a picture of my front porch from 2 years ago. Great. Of course I took the initiative since no one at Francesca's was answering me and contacted my old apartment complex and was able to get the package myself. However, an item is missing. And I am still on hold after now as I am writing this, almost an hour put together from my now 4 phone calls and I have yet to reach a person. I would just like my item that I paid for please and thank you. And if it's conveniently sold out then I don't just want my money back but I'd like some kind of compensation for having had to go through this whole hassle. Save yourself the trouble and just buy from someone who's actually going to pay attention and be able to take care of their customers
I never received half my order and was told I would get information multiple times and never heard back. Almost impossible to get ahold of anyone.
Due to their sale, I was able to buy two nice summer dresses online for only $26! I was a little hesitant to order online because of the reviews I read, but I decided to see for myself and place an order. The package arrived to my house about 4 business days after ordering. The only problem was that I was unable to track my package (something they claim you can do on their website) but I anyways got the package within their 4-7 business days time frame, so I'm not too upset. I will definitely be ordering/shopping here again.
I have been in this store twice and will return as long as Cori Morrison is there to help! Her personality and knowledge is unforgettable! This lady definitely makes you feel welcome and knows how to make you feel your best when shopping. I left with so many new things and Was very pleased! Frederick store is awesome as long as they have her! Cori is so good she doesn't even ask your size she just knows! She helped me in so many ways when I shopped but most of all she made me feel good and excited about shopping. We need more people like her. I definitely recommend this store and hope u get Cori because you won't be disappointed!
Every time I order from this site I'm disappointed with the product. I've tried at least three times, each order having a few items and I always end up returning them. I did keep one shirt, and it started to unravel after two washes. Ever notice how nothing on their site is reviewable? Yeah I've realized there is a reason why. Don't waste your money or time.
Grace is really awesome! She greeted me when I came in and made sure to check on me throughout the visit. I can tell she's a people person and she asked nice, casual questions during checkout that led to us talking about how her partner and I have similar careers. She was really excited and interested to hear about what I had to say and I found a new resource for my music education courses! Overall one of the best exchanges I've had in retail! Today 8/16/2021 I visited the Merrimack NH Premium Outlets for the first time. I was in search of a wedding dress since I will be a guest in just a week. The associate Alyssa helped me so much! She helped me find the perfect fits, sizes and styles. I ended up leaving with two dresses because I couldn't chose but without her help I would of just gave up and went else where. I wish more stores had associates like Alyssa. I can't wait to shop at Francescas again!

Never order online. I have pictures of earring being deluvers with no jewels attached and a 40$ hat that has missing gems and a tear. Will NEVER order here again.
There was an in store deal of buy one item of jewelry get another for free. I bought a necklace and a pack of rings for 18 dollars. The next day the necklace completely broke out of nowhere and I found it on the ground later on. I didnt even do anything to make it snap. The rings are already rusting completely. They're turning into a gross copper color. Never buying from there again. It's cheap products.
I went on their website to purchase some items and when I checked out the order did not go through. I checked my bank account and noticed that they were able to take the money out of my account, but weren't able to process the order. I called their customer support line and found out that the order declined because the billing address I used was different from my card (sounds reasonable), but my money will not get back into my account for another 3-5 business days. Ridiculous! They shouldn't take the money out of my account if they weren't able to process it in the first place.
Answer: You can't. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. Social media team might answer you, but they have no info and won't help with anything.
