I ordered Eternity & Boss Unlimited from FragranceX.com. Requested on my order & insisted on emails after that that it shouldn't be left at the door but locked in a parcel locker because packages go missing where I live but still they left it by the door unattended. They sent me a picture of the package which was clearly printed on "PUT IN THE PARCEL LOCKER" left at the door. It went missing & when I claimed they made me wait 2 months & told me they cannot pay because they couldn't access the parcel locker, they never asked the building superintendent they just threw it on the door. In my opinion the delivery guy should have been smart enough to know why the package was printed "PUT IN PARCEL LOCKER" & atleast take it back with him if he couldn't deliver it there.
I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER AGAIN

Terrible service! They neither delivered my order nor refunded my money and now they're saying I'll be charged 5.99 USD. Total scam. They expect you to sit and move nowhere waiting 24/7 in case their courier might come. They do not respond to queries or try to resolve the issue either. Just avoid at all cost and look for better alternative especially if you're ordering out of US.

I was in the United States visiting & drop shipped to a friends home in the United to an address 30 minutes away from the FragranceX warehouse. I am from Australia so generally the shipping in very expensive. I have purchased from FragranceX for many years but on this occasion drop shipped to a US address to save on cost and time with receiving my products. The delivery day was changed to the day of my departure. Unfortunately due to the delivery charge date I missed out on my package and am not entirely sure where it ended up.
