Ordered 3 products, of 2 were blind buys.
They were all excellent. Only wished Fidji came in a bigger bottle, but it only was in 50 ml. Same for the J'ai Ose. Demeters Pink Lemonade was in a 120 ml, so that one will last me through the summer. I'm pretty happy with the way it was packaged too, loved the tamper proof box. Thank you and will order again.
I had an order for five bottles and received them in perfect condition in the signature red box. The package came on time and I'm glad that there are no shipping options other than Post. Thanks Fragbuy!.

Fedex failed to deliver my perfumes and is keeping them in a far-away location. This situation can be rectified by the seller which is FragranceBuy. I have emailed them twice and called them over 10 times in the past 3 days and haven't received a response.
So when I first recieved this bottle I was very confused because it did not smell like the tester I had for it at all. I was worried that it was a fake product, but something in the back of my brain was like "no, you've smelled this exact smell before". I contacted Zeba at FragranceBuy anyways and recieved a considerate and detailed response to my concern. But I needed to get to the bottom of this, so I went to the store that sold me the testers, and THEY were the ones that mixed up the labels and didn't even offer anything for this mistake, only saying "well if you bought it from us this wouldn't have happened". I brought the bottle I bought from FragranceBuy to the store and they actually autheticated the bottle!
Anyways, long story short once I figured this out I contacted FragranceBuy to inform them that the mistake was made on my end and that there was nothing wrong with their product. They don't normally take back opened products, but Zeba immediately sent me a shipping lable to return it and gave me a refund, even though the mistake had nothing to do with FragranceBuy!
So all in all, the customer service is actually exceptional and responsive! Because they helped me the most with this mix up, I will for sure turn to them again when I'm am looking to buy more fragrances :)
