I ordered a Sebamed lip balm from Foxy and paid online. They offered the best rate- it was ₹134 cheaper than MRP. Delivery was within 24 hours. I had the product in my hand the very next day after ordering. Super satisfied with the service and would definitely order from them again!

I had ordered the It's skin Wh effector serum... it showed delivery in 2 days but the product was delivered in 4 days... since I raised a complaint they were kind enough to give coupon for next order.(since the validity of coupon was less it was of no use). But the product was authentic. I placed another order for Minimalist serum and mascara. The product is delivered on time but didn't use yet. Overall I am satisfied with it.

I made payment through my credit card after which payment cot deducted but still no order is generated.The customer care team keeps postponing the refund.The app and the customer care looks super shady.

Pathetic service, they send 1200 rs toner without any proper seal and whole product got leaked, and they told me that it's not their responsibility if it got leaked in transport. And they took 5 days to give me this response. Even after sending pictures and videos. Even box in which it is delivered was not sealed with tape. Anyone can open it even tampered your products. I am regreting why even i yried this app. Please avoid using it.

Its a scam guys! Prices were so cheap i went for it but after i made the purchase my product could nver arrived! I contact them which is only possible through watsapp. Cant even call through! I just lost a lot of my money!

It's been one month, my order is not delivered. I have complaint many times to foxy, they are telling we will do it, we will do it. Or atleast they should cancel my order nd provide refund, they are not doing or agree for that also. Worst customer handling and giving false hope that delivery will be done, but how long, it's been already one month will they say till one year also i believe. So so so bad. Please don't purchase anything from here and get regret later.

For 25 days foxy shut down w out expectation or notification. It returned and because of its unreliability i requested to cancel my page w payout. They canceled me but I've received NO payout. No communication regarding payout and no replies to any email account I've sent emails to. They're still using my face and body for their promotional videos on their mainpage even tho I'm not a content creator for them and they have no permission to do this.

This website is a big scam. They don't deliver on time nither cancel the products and process refund as well and if you contact them they lie a lot and disconnect the call on customer face. I ordered on 4 Sept and cancelled on 9 they didn't cancel the goods and on 15 sept they delivered goods forcefully and now they are forcing me to accept the goods and not refunding my money. BIG time fake. Please don't buy anything from here.

They scam you with a bunch of vouchers and when you cancel one item off the lot a $#*!in mini costing to Rs 100 orginally came to Rs 274 and the service terrible showing attitude to the customers like I didn't pay $#*! for my products i should've gotton a refund of 1074 instead received 839 what a load of bull$#*! from this brand its my honest money and i am entitled to it

I order items on routine basis, and have found that the coupons and discounts on foxy are much better than others.
Genuine and original products, never found any issue with ordered items
Packaging is plastic free so i feel good about helping environment in this way.

You will never receive your order, phone number is no good, they do not respond to emails. I'm having to fight to get my money back. I will report them to everyone possible. Extremely poor service.

One of the most 3rd class online shopping site... they just send wrong product and there is no customer care service. Don't buy anything from this site.
